They have earrings, wallets, various mugs and cups, flags, stickers, jerseys, slippers, lunch bags, magnets, pens, beanies, hats, coolers, chairs, sofa covers, pop sockets, chargers, lanyards, koosies, shot glasses, sunglasses and many other items. A couple of TIPS: -This is their second store. Their first store is on Oahu in Waipahu. They share the same parking lot as Pacific Supermarket and Savers. I hadn't been in for a long time but we decided to do some back-to-school shopping. We went in yesterday and saw signs all over "Buy one get two free." We headed to the back and found a big section of clothing with blue dots on them. My daughter approached the salesman to inquire about the sale. He said "all the items with blue dots are buy one get two free." So she found a table with shorts that all had blue dots on them. She grabbed a few, tried them on, picked out three that she liked. We headed to the counter where they were we made small talk and he rung them up. The total was $60. We asked what the deal was. He said "Oh. Only the items on the wall are buy one get two free. Sorry 'bout that." Since there was a line forming behind me and we'd already wasted over 30 minutes in this store, I just bit the bullet and got them all. But really, it felt a little shady. I think he probably knew the situation with the dots but just didn't say anything? I don't know. It was just frustrating. Ya gotta get your pricing info straight Pac Sun. It's never fun to get to the register and have to deal with conflicting info.

Went in after shopping at the mall and felt like getting my man a lil somethin' somethin'. I went it, and of course, like always, I manage to find a ton of stuff I like on sale. I asked the girl working there if I would still get the 50% off of one item, like the sign says, and she said it was for regular priced tanks. Her manager butted in, after I was staring at the sign, and said that since the sign didn't specify, she would still give me the discount. Rock on! I was finally ready to go, when the manager was ringing me up, she noticed that I needed one more item on sale to get another 50% off the sandals I picked out... She asked if I wanted to grab one more thing on sale. I grabbed a tank, and thanks to her pointing that out, I got the tank for no additional charge! The manager at this Pac-Sun went above and beyond, and that's something to Yelp about.

I went there this morning to get some hardware for foiling gear. waited patiently for 15 minutes in line. when i got to checkout i asked if they had hardware, the girl at counter had no knowledge or info, so she said wait here and i'll get someone to help you! i did, five minutes later she came back and said someone with knowledge would help me soon. so i sat on the side for another fifteen minutes and they kept helping new customers cashing out but i just waited, and waited , and waited after another ten minutes i knew that they were just cruising non-shalantly loudly talking so evrybody in store could hear, as if they knew everything about everything with loud voiced egos, yah brah im out there tomorrow. very unprofessional, and maybe unkind to real locals who dont have a load of cash like tourist. Ended up walking out after a half hr of waiting, Home depot had the hardware anyway. dont get stuck with high priced poor service, buy before online cheaper anyway, you dont need old bros telling anything just to sell you something overpriced, Mahalo a true local experience!!!
