My name is Randy and I needed an Anniversary gift for my wife in January. I was at Rogers Jewelers in December getting a Christmas gift picking up a necklace. I asked Todd Evans, my salesman who has helped me in the past, who by the way when I walk in the door he remembers my name. I told him I needed an Anniversary gift and gave him an approx. figure I wanted to spend for a bracelet that would match the necklace color. He said that he would start looking for me. I left and went on my merry way for Christmas. I received a call a couple days later telling me that he had found a bracelet and there was one in stock that would fit my wife's wrist as she has tiny wrists. He remembered that. Kudos on that! I came down and he showed me the bracelet, it had no stones in it. I looked at him and he told me not to panic, we are going to build it. So he went to the back and pulled some diamonds and emeralds to show what it would look like, not too many just enough to get a taste. Todd spent as much time as I needed even though there were more customers coming in. He acknowledged the customers then went right back to helping me. We agreed upon the clarity, size and stones. We set a date to have it completed by prior to my Anniversary. A couple of days later he called me back, that he got a great deal on an upgrade on the stones and it would be no problem getting them. I know this is a long story but when you are purchasing something very nice for someone special it is important to feel that you are being taken care of. The bracelet came in earlier than expected. I received a call and made my arrangement to pick it up. Todd went over the quality of the stones, the paperwork and I took home a beautiful bracelet to give to my wife. When I decided to finally pop the question, finding the right ring took some time. I did my research and visited almost every jewelry shop in Modesto, Ripon, and Manteca. Rogers Jewelry in Modesto not only had the best selection but helped educate me and guide me in picking the ring. TODD worked with me every step of the way. I can easily admit I'm one of the more indecisive and difficult customers he's probably had, but he stuck with me. Super informative and did not push me to make a buy even though I had been in his shop every week for three months looking and learning. Todd helped customize my wife's wedding band, and worked with me on purchasing the right ring for myself. Between the first day I started looking for that engagement ring to today, 2 years later, I've built a solid relationship with the guy. He's gone out of his way to help me out. This store and it's workers have been nothing but the best! Our journey with this store began about 2 years ago when my fiancé, now husband, decided to buy me an engagement ring. My husband is a researcher and likes to get the best bang for his buck, so Todd had his work cut out for him. Todd has been nothing but the best, he was so great and patient with my husband throughout the entire ring selection process, since he had a ton of questions about what would be best for my ring. It took my husband over 3 months to finally choose the ring and another 8 months to propose. When he finally did the deed, I was overjoyed! The ring is spectacular. It has fire and ice diamonds, which sparkle like no other ring I have ever seen (the photo doesn't do it justice). Once I finally had the honor of meeting Todd, he was just as great to me as he was to the hubby. He took us through the steps in creating our own custom wedding band and stopped at nothing to make sure we were 100% happy. We also came back to get my husband's ring and again he made sure it was perfect. I am constantly in the store to get my ring cleaned, just because I like it to look brand spanking new, and Todd and the rest of his coworkers are always there to greet me with a smiling face. First of all, Todd is Amazing. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. My husband and I went on a Tag Heuer watch hunt for our 25 years wedding anniversary. We decided to go to Rogers Jewelry. As we walked in Todd greeted us right away and asked if there is anything we are looking for in particular. We told him we are looking for Tag Heuer watches and he immediately started showing us the watches. With Todd's help we ended up buying two watches that same day and paid out of pocket. I am so happy he was able to give us a great deal and was able to answer all of our questions. He texted us as well to make sure everything was okay. This all started with a challenge. Seiko released a limited to 2500 pieces, Presage watch about one year ago. I knew it would be tough to find in the area, given as it is a worldwide release. I called several certified Seiko retailers in the area of Sacramento and alas, could not find it and the jewelers couldn't get it from Seiko directly. Deciding to take another go at potentially finding one in the area, I find Rogers store as a retailer for them. One call led to speaking with Todd in Modesto. From inquiry, to the store acquiring the piece from their Bakersfield location, and to holding it "in the back" for me till I got there and not selling it prior to me being able to see it; it was nothing short of excellent customer service from Todd. Bought this beautiful necklace for my wife for our one year anniversary. I remembered she wanted an adjustable necklace but couldn't remember the exact one she feel in love with. Luckily Todd from over a year ago had the information about the necklace saved and was able to save me from purchasing the wrong necklace. I have shopped at Roger's on several occasions: gifts for Mom and Grandma from the extensive collection of Pandora Jewelry, and most recently for a replacement wedding ring for my husband. Not only did he need an uncommon size, but I (of course) procrastinated and needed it within a few days. They had exactly what I needed in stock and I was able to pick it up that day! WIFE WIN! I have been going to Rogers Jewelry for serval years now. Todd has always been the one that has taken care of me every time I've purchased anything. Our relationship started when he help my wife and I pick out our wedding set, in which he was more than accommodating help with. This local jewelry store has some amazing rings. I had had search many different jewelry stores in big cities but I ended up buying the engagement ring here at Rogers Jewelry after a long search.
