I get major panic attacks and back out on a lot of things but not once did I have any hesitation. One of his patients posted about suffering from panic attacks. It was a very honest post that really calmed me. It even gave me strength. I thought, if she can do it so can I. The staff was so chipper on surgery day. It made me relax. I thought to myself how could I be nervous when this is just a normal Monday for them. You can tell they love being in the OR. I can't wait to see the 3 month post op results. The anesthesiologist told me he was going to give me something to relax then what felt like a few seconds they were waking me up to tell me I was in recovery and the surgery went well! Go figure! I had a tummy tuck, breast lift, breast augmentation, arm and flank lipo. Daria recommended I stay at an aftercare facility for two nights and I am so glad I did. That played a huge role for having such a speedy recovery. I was able to start walking on day two. I also elected for 2 hyperbaric oxygen sessions. Out of all the procedures I would say the breast augmentation was the most challenging because I'm still a little sore. The tummy tuck is a breeze especially if you've had a C section. All in all, I could NOT have achieved this without Dr J and his team. They had to hold my hand for the entire process. I had 10 questions per day the two weeks following surgery and I received an email as well as a follow up phone call each day to have all my questions addressed. You did not do surgical marking on my face before the anesthesiologist put me under anesthesia for my deep plane facelift. My eyes are Still hollow, you did not do the fat transfer on 5/2023. My hollow eyes was the reason I came to you, but I allowed you to talk me into a deep plane facelift. I specifically had Maria (your office manager ), to ask you if the upper and lower eye lift and will that come with eye fat transfer, Maria said you said yes. 1st disappointment Then had to go to your office for a revision of left side jawline 11/2023, as you started to cut open the bottom of my chin, you said "Oh, I left Fat behind". And you charged me $200 for revision of Left side only hoping that would fix it. But it did not fix the lump on the left bottom jawline still! Then 5/2024 you did another revision left jawline under local lidocaine, no charge, but charged me 8,000 for the fat transfer to the eyes/face and they are the still hallow. You was Injecting my face with lidocaine and cutting behind the ears of the left side and fat transfer to the face but you injected most of the fat to my face only 1 mil to the eyes (still hollow eyes (02/14/2026) your assistant had to tell you that you only have 1.0 ml of fat left and you still had not transferred to the eyes AGAIN. What really amaze me is that you was ready to fire me as a patient due to me not being happy with the lump left behind and hollow eyes. You dismissed my concerns. The main key that I recognized how you failed with my facelift is that you did NOT draw on my face for the surgical markings for the deep plane facelift before I lay laid down on the OR table on 05/2023. And you did not draw on my face for the 3rd revision, mostly likely because you did not make surgical markings on the first surgery. The only surgical marking you made on 5/2023 was for the upper eyelid and Not surgical markings to lower eye lid. All I ask of you is to genuinely clean up your mess you left on my face. You should have done a total revision of my deep plane facelift for the best result. You should have pictures or video of your surgical markings to my face??? Do you? Earlier this week, I had a lovely follow-up appointment with Dr. Kotler and Mary. I had not seen…read morethem since my last procedure back in 2020, so as you can imagine it felt like a lifetime had gone by and there was so much to talk about! I received a warm welcome at their brand new office. It was a pleasure to reconnect again. I am still so happy with the results of my last procedure. I had a minimal set of the permanent nose injections, perfected by Dr Kotler. My result is beautiful and looks as fresh as the day I had it done. The only adjustment I wanted to make for myself personally was to have some fullness injected into the very bottom of my nose. I used to have a very full columella, but unfortunately a DIFFERENT surgeon had completely removed it during my surgical rhinoplasty back in 2015. I've always missed that part of my nose. Dr. Kotler listened to all of my wants and also looked over the old photos I brought in showcasing my original pre-op nose (I came fully prepared this time)! This helped my ability to recover much easier ! I was able to sleep comfortably because I can breath out of my NOSE and mouth! (As opposed to having cotton dressing in your nostrils, your throat gets so dried up while you heal and you will be miserable ). Additionally, the tubes allow you to keep your nose cleaned during the healing process which really help with decreasing the chances of infections. Lastly, when the time came to remove the tubes, Dr. Kotler applied a moisturizing liquid which allowed the tubes to be removed easily (rather than pulling cotton with dried blood). Dr. Kotler cares about making this experience as pain free and comfortable as possible and making sure that his patients are safe and walk out with the BEST RESULTS! THANK YOU DR. KOTLER!
