I make an appointment to see Bryce on 3/19/26 10:30am just to see what available to purchase for my daughter and normally leave with empty hand. Surprise I got offer what I am looking to purchase for my daughter. Bryce was great. My daughter was so happy.

I had an excellent experience at the Rolex Boutique thanks to Jeff. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. His attention to detail and customer care truly stood out. If you're considering a Rolex, I highly recommend asking for Jeff--you'll be in great hands. P/s: Asley was very nice to me at the front door also.

I'm very disappointed with my experience. I made an appointment in advance and drove 45 minutes to get here, only to arrive and wait another 30 minutes outside for the business to open. No one showed up. After contacting them, the automated system said they will be close on 25th and 26th. Unfortunately, that error cost me over an hour of driving time plus wasted waiting time. If the appointment system is unreliable, it should be fixed or customers should be notified ahead of time. Making customers travel long distances only to find out the appointment doesn't actually exist is unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so others don't experience the same issue.

FOOD: N/A SERVICE: 5 AMBIANCE: 5 VALUE: 4 We were in the city on one of the most beautiful warm day of the year, went we walk by this new store. It was a Tuesday morning around 11AM, we were dressed very causally because we were going be walking. When we approached the entrance to the store, it was unlocked and we were greeted warmly by the hostess. We told her that we were interested in looking at some watches and wanted to know which ones were available for sale. We were promptly introduced to Rachel. Rachel asked us what we were looking for and she said that they had several models meeting our desire. We were shown to a seating area and she brought out several watches for us to review. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of choices available and how Rachel presented them for comparison. Rachel is probably the friendliest Rolex SA we have met. Maybe because they are a new store and they had more selections for sale. Of course being an authorized dealer, they only charge MSRP. All in all, a very good experience and an atmosphere conducive to make you happy.

My husband and I are celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary and had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel T. at the San Francisco boutique. Rachel was warm and professional. She took time to understand what was most important to us and we were able to purchase the perfect watch for my husband as we celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary! What a terrific day! Thank you Rachel... Warm regards, Michelle

    Thanks Rachel!

Every part of this garden is absolutely beautiful. My family and I came on a Sunday, of course it was very busy and crowded as expected. There were many people everywhere and taking pictures. You're most likely in the background photos and not know it! lol There's a small cafe where they serve Japanese bites and Matcha teas. The small deck/ area was very crowded, there's barely room to sit, and there was a line just to buy the snacks. There was a Buddha statue and many small structures to see. The koi ponds were beautiful also. You can get plenty of steps just walking around this garden since every angle of this garden is stunning! I don't think the garden has a restroom. Highly recommend to come on weekdays since the weekends are very packed. Would come again when I'm in the area.

For $5.70 one can buy an all-day Muni pass which allows you to ride these cars along with all other transit EXCEPT the cable cars. These cars are a collection of preserved vehicles from the '30s to '50s. Each one was given from a city in the US. They were originally brought to San Francisco to substitute for the cable cars when the c.c. Went under major renovation back in the '80s. The street cars became a hit with locals and tourists and are now a part of historic transit systems in San Francisco. The museum is small but detailed. It is open limited hours and run by a team of volunteers. They are passionate about these street cars and it shows. They are very detailed oriented but expect a pause every 10 minutes when a street car goes rolling by. The museum is free with a suggested $5 donation. It will only take about 30 minutes to cover it but a great stop if a rail fan.

If you're following google maps, make sure you put in the actual Mission and not just Mission Dolores because it will take you to the high school or park. Parking for the mission is challenging. There is lots of street parking, but everyone is parked and we didn't see anyone leaving. We did find Sunday Church Parking. I believe it said tow away zone except between 8:30 and 4:30 on a Sunday. It was a smidge after 4:30 and a space opened up and we took it. Thankfully we didn't get a ticket, but I did see 2 meter maids coming though when we left. The mission is beautiful. I wish we had come earlier so we could have taken a tour.

I'm now a STEAM instructor myself, and I still feel the same sense of wonder every time I walk through the doors. The Exploratorium understands something incredibly important: science isn't just a collection of facts to memorize. It's something to touch, hear, build, question, experiment with, and experience. What I admire most is the institution's mission to make science tangible, accessible, and genuinely fun. The exhibits invite curiosity instead of demanding expertise, which makes them just as engaging for adults as they are for children. Every visit reminds me that science belongs to everyone. As someone who teaches kids for a living, I know how difficult it is to create experiences that are both educational and exciting. The Exploratorium has been doing exactly that for decades, and they continue to set the standard. Their educators, exhibit designers, and staff have created something truly special. San Francisco is full of iconic landmarks, but for me, the Exploratorium will always be one of the city's greatest treasures. It played a role in shaping the person I became, and I have no doubt it will continue inspiring generations of curious minds. Logistics wise, you really have to come early to secure good parking. We came an hour after opening and street + parking lots were full. If you plan to come, I say it's a deal via City Pass, but I wouldn't pay full admission prices to go.
