Roll Em Up popped up on DoorDash today and I've driven by the shop numerous times, so I thought I'd give it a try. I wondered if dine-in would be the best avenue here, but service was quick and food arrived in no time. It was hot and smelled really good, but how does speed come out so burned? Across the board! Taquitos had good flavor, but were a bit burned. The taco? Also good flavor, but totally overcooked. It didnt look anything like what they show on their site. Queso and guacamole were delicious, but you guessed it, the chips that came with, while a generous serving, were definitely on the overcooked side The churro donut might need to be tried only in-house. It wasnt warm, much less crispy, and the dusting of sugar and cinnamon was exceedingly heavy on the cinnamon. The inside, dense and heavy. We ordered two, but two bites were more than enough. If I try this establishment again, it will be in-house. This meal? DoorDash was stellar, the food delivered, not as much. read more

Food was FAST. Good. Filling. Pretty high quality for the buck. Great options. Pretty fast casual style...pick a thing...order...get food. Enjoy. Service was exactly as you'd hope, and in a great location. Great pick to enjoy before a Movie at the Alamo, Costco so you don't shop hungry, or before some dinking /Pickleball. I was excited to try a new spot when it showed up on DoorDash but I was sadly let down by this experience. I ordered one of each of the taquito flavors (chicken beef and potato), taco burgers, and a churro doughnut. First of all my food came cold, not even a little warm so I don't know how long it had been sitting there. The taquitos on top of being cold were extremely soggy and not crispy at all, perhaps for delivery it would have been better to order the sauces all on the side in retrospect but either way they had been sitting a long time to be as cold as they were. Inside the potato one for a large portion of the taquito there was no filling at all and the filling there was inside was incredibly bland and flavorless. The best of the three was probably beef but in general they were all lacking flavor, soggy, and just a complete waste of money. Taco burgers were also cold but decent. The one good thing was the churro doughnut, it was really good. Just weird that the one thing they should be known for by their name was their worst item. Probably won't be back but I did enjoy the doughnut. read more

Oh my! I stopped in here because I enjoy these flavor profiles. I honestly felt rushed and ordered some nachos, in my head I'm thinking how did I order nachos at a taquito restaurant? Oh my, I'm good. These nachos were good. First off, the bag was so heavy I had to check out what I actually bought in my truck. Then I drove back to my office and shamefully devoured this in my parking lot. Pretty good, need some for of salsa though. Will be back. read more

We stopped by here for lunch on a Wednesday. We were greeted by the owner and his son who was delighted and enthusiastic to tell me all about all the different combos. I'm a vegetarian and I was happy to hear about the potato option. I ended up getting the "loaded" taquitos with rice and beans with a side of the Green Goblin sauce. I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor profiles. At baseline, the beans have a little pep to them. Add some Green Goblin, and viola! Spicy deliciousness! Food was good, would have been better if we ate in. Ordered takeout, taquitos, chips and queso and corn cup. Having brought it home the taquitos steamed a bit in the box so they weren't as crispy as I'd like, but they had good flavor. Chips were crispy and queso was very good. Will not be coming back to this establishment solely based off the food. The service was great. We were greeted when we arrived and the gentleman that cashed us out was nice. The food...looking at their website I was excited to try this place. We bought the 2 beef taco combo with queso fries and the 4 taquitos with fries combo coming out to a total of $28. It smelled good driving home, but when opening the containers the food looked nothing like I had pictured. Fries were soggy on both combs. The taquitos tasted like the frozen ones you can get at the grocery store. The lettuce was wilted and the guacamole was brown. The tacos were so incredibly greasy and one bite I immediately spit it back up due to it being so salty. Ultimately had to throw everything away because it wasn't edible. Great food and definitely worth checking out! The taquitos were delicious, and the chicken was my favorite. The chips were nice and sturdy, which made them perfect for holding all the nacho toppings without getting soggy or breaking. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. First off if you're at the register learn how to count from 1 to 5. My meal cost 23.80. My change was supposed to be 16.30 but the girl didn't know how to count up to 5 as she insisted she was right but I only got 2 - 5'( and 2 - 1', which is only 12 not 16. So, service is terrible out of the gate. On three occasions while I was here the girl at the register handled to touch screen and money then went to cut cheese on the slicer without washing her hands or wearing clothes. Major health code violation. I got the prowl which has usu been good but today the chicken was Luke warm. For having 8 guests and 3 employees. Why were 2 of the 5 tables dirty. read more

I had been to this restaurant once in Ca. Decided to give them another try. We asked for the flour taquitos and the woman kept going on and on about how they weren't as crispy. She wouldn't let it go. I'm sorry, I'm from California. I know Mexican food and the difference between the two. I had to agree to corn just to get her to be quiet. First time we went there was trying to order online my granddaughter who's a vegetarian ordered the potato taquito they said they didn't know what they were and they don't have those but it's on their menu. Also ordered ship flight. They didn't know what they were, but that's on their menu. She went ahead and ordered taco salad one without meat and one with meat.
