They had a massive selection of combinations so you can make it exactly to your liking. My order was ready super quick. Great service. I liked how you were able to sub different kinds of rice and salad for the base. The regular can work as two meals depending on how hungry you are. The left overs were still good the next day. Definitely going back to try other stuff on the menu and to get the poke bowl again. So worth it and for the price I thought it was affordable because you get so much food. We did delivery through Grubhub (this is important, mentioned below). Our first order was a combo of sushi, poke bowl, and we decided to try one musubi. The result: The sushi was adequate (good but not the best we've had), the poke bowl was very good, but the Musubi... OMG! The next order was musubi, musubi and musubi,. The one after that was musubi, musubi, musubi and more musubi. Yes, the musubi is fantastic! Definitely recommend! Now, to the delivery: We tested the delivery service on their webpage to see what it would cost. I have finally found the Poke place I will be my go to whenever I am in Pasadena. I have been trying to find a place where I love both their fish and their sides and I have finally found the spot. My main gripe is about the limitation of sides compared to other poke places, but that issue becomes null when you see the sheer size of the poke bowl they give you for a large, but I digress. For the poke bowl, they either have Regular or Large size, with the bowls giving you 2 or 3 scoops of both sides and protein respectively. The poke bowl they provide is on pricier side compared to many other places, with the large clocking in at around 18-19$, but it is worth it for how much they give you with each scoop. I personally got the large bowl with a purple rice base. The sides I chose was the seaweed salad, crab meat, and spicy crab meat. I got two scoops of salmon and one scoop of tuna. And finally topped it off with almost all of their toppings and mixes. My favorite part of all of this though was variety of yummy sauces. I personally got a combination of garlic ponzu, spicy mayo, and black sauce, but their options seem super varied and would love to try more when I can. Overall, a solid 9/10 poke bowl that I would love to go again and would highly recommend anyone to check out this if you haven't already. read more

This is my favorite poke place Ive been coming for 6 years now and I come here all the time. The manager/owner is pretty rude but the other workers are extremely kind and they give pretty good portions. I recommend all the friends and family to go here but honestly beware of this owner. He fought me once about a free yelp check in lemonade. The other time he fought me because his lemonade was extremely sour and when I told him this he said I made it myself it's good when in reality it was undrinkable. The guy is just really sensitive about his lemonade I guess. But, that was only two times where I've had encounters with him. I am not sure why it took me so long to try Roll Factory, but my husband and I both went in recently and ordered Poke Bowls to go. Both of the individuals who took our orders were incredibly sweet and patient while we struggled with our indecisiveness. I am very picky with poke and am usually not easily impressed, but these poke bowls were really good! The fish was super fresh, the toppings were delicious, their signature purple rice is AMAZING, and they have so many yummy sauces to decide from. I did not have any of the regular sushi rolls, but I can imagine given our experience with the poke bowls that the sushi would be just as good. One thing I did note on the menu is that they charge about $14 dollars, give or take, for a 8 piece Philly roll, which is a little steep for a basic roll like that in my opinion, but I thought the poke bowl was a great value! This is a Japanese poke/sushi café, but they also sell soft serve ice cream. They used to be called Stray Cat Poke & Dessert I am not a poke girl, so I can't speak about their food. I have only been here for the soft serve ice cream. In the beginning, they used to sell Taiyaki ice cream, however, they no longer have them. I don't know why because it was so popular. It is so sad because, this is the only Taiyaki spot in Old Town Pasadena. This place is directly across from IPIC theater. I do like their ice cream selections such as Milk, Matcha, Rose & Berry and Black Sesame. They can also mix two flavors together. Staff are very friendly and will allow you to try samples. This place is super small, so it is more like a to go place. Overall, I will upgrade my review if they bring Taiyaki back. They do sell sushi roll, noodle and drinks. I am updating my review as I wanted to try the sushi again from here. I'm really glad that I did. The sushi was really terrific. It was some of the best prepared and most flavorful sushi in Pasadena. They did a wonderful job with the presentation and I really like the purple rice. In addition, the rolls are tightly formed so they don't fall apart like most rolls do. I thought the black dragon was the best roll, followed by the caterphila roll. The classic rolls were also very good, the Philly and the salmon avocado, in addition to even the California roll. Got take out here for the first time here today and the service and food were excellent. You fill out an order form if you order a poke bowl, checking off everything you want. The medium bowl comes with 2 proteins and 2 sides. The large bowl comes with 3 proteins and 3 sides. All the other mix ins and toppings are included and not limited. They definitely don't skimp and filled our boxes to the top! I love them for this. They even have tofu for the vegetarians and vegans. The fish and tofu were fresh and the veggies were green and immaculate. The amount of sauce was perfect, too. Not too much or too little. I got the ponzu and it's simple and perfect to let the poke shine. The Superman burrito is super delicious as well. They had us wait outside and brought our take out bag to us. It's so much healthier too! For my poke bowl I got the salmon, albacore and yellowtail for proteins. And I choose seaweed salad, tamago egg and avocado for the 3 sides. But it also comes with choices of toppings and sauces. This is the most filling Poke bowl I never had, however I could had definitely use more sauces. I don't think the worker put enough sauce to satuated everything for such a large bowl. Hubby and I really enjoyed the Old Pas Musubi. This pretty much has almost all the ingredients in my poke bowl plus spam and wrapped in a seaweed. It really felt like a musubi burger! You will need both hands to eat this. They have 5 possible soft serve flavors but only 4 swirling at a time & a very limited number of toppings to choose from ---rose berry: unique rose flavor, it's good swirled with the milk flavor ---matcha soft serve in a fish shaped pastry with custard filling: matcha is good but very milky ---poke: even the small was tons of food but I love their topping options especially fried garlic and fried onions!
