Absolutely hands down the best place in Dallas to grab a unique, delicious, and price friendly wrap. Literally all of them are good, but I'm hooked to the Texas Tuna and Chicken Cobb. Also, the employees there are probably the friendliest I have ever encountered. This is especially true for Kristin who works so hard and does her job so efficiently and in a friendly manner. I called these guys for an emergency catering for 10 people. I ordered the Best Seller's sandwich platter and the Walnut salad. A few things: They quoted me at least an hour and a half before I could get it delivered and I got it in less than an hour. I was COMPLETELY surprised at how fast they managed to get a catering order to me. The food is like, RIDICULOUSLY fresh. The salad was so delicious and the sandwiches all with fresh ingredients. I'm a very tough critic when it comes to food and customer service. However, I must say, "Roly Poly" near SMU is AWESOME! What's my favorite sandwich? At this point, I've had pretty much every sandwich on the menu. My favorite go-to sandwich is #52, the Hickory Chicken. Even though there is BBQ sauce on the sandwich, I still prefer the BBQ Ranch over the regular ranch sauce that normally comes on the side of the sandwich. Why do I like this place? 1. I love the fact that the sandwiches are pretty healthy and the calorie counts are displayed on the menu. As an entrepreneur, I eat out a lot when I'm on the go. This helps me keep my daily colorie intake down. 2. Everything on the menu is very very cost effective. You can get a sandwich, a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie (I'm in love with them) or chips, and water for less than $7. 3. Most importantly, their customer service is top notch. The food is amazing, but it's the superb customer service that I receive from this establishment that keeps me coming back; I'm there at least 4-5 times a week. I would like to shoutout these three associates as I feel that it's very well deserved. Yeronica, Wendy, and Kristen are amazing. All three have very positive attitudes, great energy, and have been there to help me with sandwich suggestions. I've been eating here since 2000. The food is consistent and the pace of service is good. It's got a pretty good vibe too. Def try the Peachtree melt (no brie + extra swiss). I've been eating that one for years! A combo of Peatree melt + pasta salad + drink will run $9.20 including tax - not cheap - but the place gets a pleasant clientele and you can consistently enjoy a nice relaxed meal there. read more

Roly Poly was generous enough to donate box lunches for my volunteers working the Dallas Film Society summer film camp! This was a donation that really goes a long way in showing our volunteers our appreciation. This generosity also helps us continue to put on programs like our Summer Film Camp, as it allows us to allot the funds we would have otherwise used to pay for lunch to go toward the camp itself and the students' experience. I cannot thank Roly Poly enough for making this a smooth process and for supporting their community in this way. Sandwiches are good. My two favorite sandwiches are the Sante Fe Chicken and Hot Honey. The Santa Fe Chicken has chicken breast, cheese, vegetables, dressing, and salsa (as a dip). The Hot Honey has turkey, bacon, vegetables, and honey mustard sauce (as a dip). In addition to being part of a chain of restaurants, my main gripe of Roly Poly is its price (not sure if prices are the same at other locations). The ingredients are average, yet a whole sandwich (advertised as 12 inches long) cost about $7 before taxes. While still inexpensive for a 12 inch sandwich, the sandwich is nothing as wide as what you would expect from a conventional sandwich shop. Rather, the sandwich itself is about three inches in width (certainly, no more). In reality, its fair value is probably in the $4 to $5 range. read more

The Roly Poly wrap is a great alternative to the lunch grind of sandwiches and salads. They have so many combinations that they throw into a tortilla and the wrap can be grilled or eaten cold. There are options of chicken, turkey, steak, or veggie. They also have tons of toppings like mushrooms, green or red peppers, jalapenos, onions, plum tomatoes, etc. They also have low fat options that I usually ruin with a side of jalapeno ranch. Couldn't be more disgusted right now. I ordered from them at 1210 on uber eats as they advertised to be a 30 minute and under choice. It is now 1250, I haven't received my food. It is showing it is still being prepared and will be here by 1255, even though that is impossible. The shortest distance from their establishment and where I am is 15 minutes. Complete garbage and a disappointment. I've had better at subway. The bacon was limp and half cooked, the meat had zero flavor, the tomatoes were not fresh. For a place called Roly Poly, you'd think that the sandwiches would be wrapped really well but it was clearly just folded over and thrown on a press. I order delivery via Eat24 from this place when I'm at work sometimes. They always deliver quickly, even the one time that Eat24 texted me and said my order might be delayed due to the restaurant being busier than normal, they were still on time. I stopped in to Roly Poly to have a quick lunch in between running some errands. I ordered the #13. I can't remember the name, but it had smoked turkey, bacon, spinach, and cheese with a side of honey mustard dipping sauce. I was so disappointed at the size of the wrap. It had one slice of turkey lunchmeat, one strip of bacon, and 3-4 pieces of spinach. I almost ordered a second wrap, but I didn't have time. Luckily, I had a banana and a half of a PowerBar in my purse to keep me going. If you plan to eat here, be sure to order twice as much food as you think you will need. read more

I always stop at the Starbucks (next door) and decided to give it a shot. I was happy I did so. I order the veggie wrap. What makes a good sandwich and any food...) is the freshness of the ingredients, This sandwich was one of the best! The vegetables are fresh same with the wrap and even the avocado, you can actually see and taste the freshness of the veggies... I feel bad to give them 3 stars with such a great sandwich BUT: The service - ONE WORKER in the rush morning hours ! This poor guy worked his ass off but it didn't help. He is the one who take the order AND prepare the food.There is about 5 or six people in line, so he is writing there orders and go back to prepare then go again to write another one the get the napkins and so on.... I wouldn't mention it if it was the first time (things happen...) but common I can't wait 20 min for a sandwich on my way to work. Another thing, People love coffee in the morning and I rather give you the business then to Starbucks next door, so please work on a decent coffee, where its tasty and hot.... Tried this place today. I wish that a "sandwich" place that only sells wraps would at least have fresh tortillas. Fresh ingredients excepts for that. The tortillas tasted bland and cardboardish.
