The shop is not as big as the market next door but the space is just big enough to house the variety of things they carry, from takeaway meals, bowl, and rice balls to produce to teas and side dishes. I'm not familiar with the cost of Japanese groceries so have little point of reference, but the teas we got were priced competitively. There's a minimum spend of $10 for a credit card payment, but the staff were patient and reasonably friendly. I can see us coming here regularly as locals. I hope they stay open for generations.
