Went last night for the 1st time. Husband tried the deep dish pizza and I had the chicken tacos. Apparently the pizza was a big hit because 3 slices disappeared into his belly within 10minutes. The chicken tacos were pretty good, not spectacular, but not bad either. Overall, pizza is a winner. We'll go again. read more

We have only had the mexican here and I was pleasantly surprised. Authentic mexican style tacos with cilantro, onion and juicy meat served on doubled up tiny tacos. They are delicious, the perfect size (3 to an order) and cheap (5 bucks). Guacamole was delicious too. If you are familiar with the Red Hook Ballpark vendors, this is what it reminds me of. The people that work there are very nice. The problem is that they do not give you the food you ordered. This has happened to us and a friend. The problem is that I ordered 40.00 worth of food. Paid for the food and was given the wrong order. Then they tried to tell me that what they gave me was what I ordered. Which wasn't... Then they refused to take it back..that's right..( because they can't take the food back due to covid). I didn't even know what it was!! When I asked her what it was, she couldn't tell me. Then had to re order and pay for the food I reordered. Don't go there for tacos. I know.. we always go to Tito's but we figured we would try somewhere new. Take my advice. If you want a good taco, go to Titos. It's on Main Street in Beacon across the street from The bank square. This place is like playing Russian roulette.. My family and I were looking for something different and this was it. A Pizzeria that serves authentic Mexican food. They have been open for 21 years and started serving this mix for the last 10 years. I will say we have had a lot of Mexican food and this was one of the best we have had in the area. Order here several times through work. The only thing good here is the deep dish pizza but other than that I was disappointed. I like to order subs and for some strange reason my subs are always made wrong and when I get a salad, it is always swimming in dressing. I have had better service from other local delis. This is a hidden treasure in Beacon, NY for mexican food. They do pizza and mexican. The pizza is different, its pan pizza not cooked on a stone. Its OK but not earth shattering. Being in NY state you really have to be amazing to shine in the pizza world. They do however have a maxican pizza that is super yummy. The mexican menu though is great. It is a limited mexican menu but everything is VERY authentic. Juicy meat, soft tortillas, real house made salsa verde and good guac. Prices for mexican food are typically over inflated in the area but not here. This is VERY reasonable. If you want some good mexican food and reasonable prices come here. The folks are super friendly and really take care of you. read more

Just had bbq chicken pizza. A big disappointment. Too much bbq sauce, a fourth of the amount would have been enough and the sauce was too sweet. It was edible after scraping off the majority. We let the staff know but apparently it was a standard amount of sauce. We left disappointment after spending 30$ on that pizza. read more

We absolutely LOVE this little pizza/mexican place off of Main Street. The guacomole is sooo fresh and yummy. We are big fans of their burritos, tostadas, flautas and just about everything we've tried is fresh, prepared and presented beautifully and the service is always with a smile. I have lived in beacon for pretty much all of my life on and off! When I was a kid Roma Nova and John's Pizza which is no longer there had what I think the best pizza in beacon..?! I have not had Romanova pizza and at least 20 plus years.! Last night I decided to order a pizza from them I ordered a large with extra cheese and sausage it had to be the worst pizza that I ever had it without a doubt was a premade preformed crust like the frozen pizzas in the supermarkets you can tell besides the taste if you flip it over it had the tiny holes in the bottom like all for the majority of frozen pizzas have besides that the sauce was sway sweet too much sugar, garbage the sausage was at the Celtic little sprinkles on the top of the extra what they call extra cheese horrible now I finished all that they're Mexican tacos are good I have not had them and I'm reluctant to try that pizza was unforgettable a horrible.!! read more

Really Great place. They have all your pizza place stuff including deep dish pizza. They also have a whole bunch of Mexican food. Then they have random stuff like Gyros and BBQ ribs. The pizza is good but there is better in beacon very close by. The dinners are hit and miss. The gyros are great and super cheap. The strombolis and chicken rolls are excellent and super cheap. A lot of the Mexican food is really good and super cheap. In particular the Mexican Sub, the fajitas and above all the Chicken Burritos. The Carne Asada is good but SUPER HOT. I must say though the yellow rice does not taste authentic. I think they just use Goya which is ok if you like that. STAFF: The staff is super friendly and always doing a great job. PRICES: The place is very very affordable. However they almost always are using old menus so the prices will be higher than what is advertised. In any event I love Roma Novas.
