While not dry, taking bits of the tzatziki sauce with the rice and meat helps add a juicy flavor and texture. On the side is a hearty Greek salad that has a similar effect, the vegetables are super fresh and help the rest of the plate taste juicier plus adds a nice crunch on the lettuce. Overall, it's an above average plate with high quality ingredients, but not extraordinary compared to many spots here.

Nice selection of plate or wrap items, a la carte sides, salads, kids menu items, baklava, and chilled beverages too. There's even Turkish coffee and Arabic tea available. Since this was an all in one late breakfast-lunch-early dinner meal, we ordered the following: 1 gyro sandwich ($11.29), 1-12oz lentil soup ($6.49), 1 Arabic chicken shawarma ($12.49), and an order of Special Heroes Fries topped with lamb/beef, spices, and garlic sauce ($13.99). With tax and tip, it was under $57. First off the portion sizes are huge! Duly noted, fresh produce were used, which was greatly appreciated. Everything was cooked and seasoned wonderfully. The dessert menu was very inviting. Our table enjoyed the basque cheesecake, zeppoli, and a skillet cookie. To be frank, I was craving some delicious pizza, so I did some research in Edmonds and Lynwood, and that's when I came across Romeo's Pizza Kitchen. It had some great reviews, although there were a few negative ones, but I decided to give their meals a try! We opted for the House Pizza, a 10" pie loaded with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, onions, chopped tomatoes, green peppers, olives, and feta, priced at $19. The Sicily, another 10" pizza, featured pepperoni, Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, and salami, priced at $18.50. We also couldn't resist trying the Cobb salad, which boasted a mix of house greens, lemon-roasted chicken, bacon, avocado, tomato, red onions, cucumbers, peppers, kalamata olives, boiled eggs, and feta, with Italian dressing, all for $17. The portions were generous, and the flavors were fantastic! It's not the cheapest place in town, but it's definitely a classy and mouthwatering restaurant worth visiting. We haven't been here in many years due to previous bad experiences, but we've returned and they're back and better than ever! There must be management and new staff, plus new decor that's to die for! The food was so fresh and tasty. We had the spaghetti with meat sauce, salad, and a house special, which is a favorite in the family. The servers and waitstaff here are nothing but kind, caring, and helpful, always attentive and giving their all. One time I wasn't sure which beer to get and the server was able to describe all the different options in great detail! They really know their stuff! Well balanced flavors, savory, salty, and slight sourness from the tomatoes and tzatziki. Rice was a bit plain underneath the layering and mixing didn't quite get all the grains. May benefit from some sauce immediately above the rice, sandwiched below meat but still very tasty.
