Using it was delayed by some life events, but yesterday the promised cake was created and I'm here to tell you that mixer never sounded or worked better when it was brand new! I creamed butter, sugar, and cream cheese and it actually picked up all ingredients and did it perfectly! Absolutely thrilled with the work. Thrilled to keep it going without ending up in the landfill. I have a "new" mixer for many times less than the cost of an actual new one and anticipate many more years of use. After looking at it the technician informed me that the compressor was bad so it was time to buy a new refrigerator. It's rare but very much appreciated for someone to be up front and honest vs trying to sell unnecessary and existing dive repairs. The technician let me know that due to its age my refrigerator has went past its life expectancy and that it's not worth spending over $1,000 for a repair on such an old refrigerator. He even told me when I go looking for a new refrigerator what brands to stay away from as he has seen many of those brands require constant repairs. Literally, stuck his bare, unprotected hands all up in that swamp water. 30 minutes and $40 later he explained the drain line was too low and the bracket was detached. But, we are good to go and cleaning the S out of the dishwasher. It's operable, he did the damn thing and we are happy customers. This is as straightforward as they come. In June 2025 we searched for an oven repair project on Yelp. The oven was overheating and the door…read morewould lock as a result. Food inside would burn. Error codes appeared and were provided to Peter who responded timely. Over time Grant and Peter both came to our home and attempted to repair the oven. Both were cordial, on time, and left the place clean but neither seemed to have the knowledge or capacity to complete the job. First visit: Grant spent a considerable amount of time researching the error codes and how to proceed using his electronic device (phone or tablet). He replaced a small part and the oven worked a few times then the problem reoccurred. We requested a more experienced tech come out and the owner (I believe) Peter came out. During that second visit Peter suggested rebuilding the motherboard. After months of waiting we received a text that the motherboard had come in. Peter reinstalled the motherboard on the third visit. During our Thanksgiving meal preparation on Thanksgiving Day the problem reoccurred. We called and sent a text in desperation - advising our ham was in the oven. We didn't hear back. We received a text message on 12/1/25, stating they were closed for the holidays, and asking if we were able to get our oven fixed? During the fourth visit Peter didn't know what else to do, and offered to install a new oven or refund the amount of the service call. He sent a quote for over $2100 for a new (low end) Whirlpool wall oven (our current oven is a slide in) which included installation and haul away of the existing oven. I had done some research and determined that that price was greatly inflated so on 12/12/25 we accepted the offer for a refund for the service call of $477. We finally received the refund via Zelle on 1/14/26, after numerous follow up attempts in writing and by phone. Based on this experience it doesn't appear their skill levels go beyond maybe simple repairs or installations. Both Grant and Peter admitted that a lot of the work they do is for home warranty companies. The integrity however is a bit bothersome - the delayed refund, lack of communication pertaining to its status, a lie from the office staff stating an email was sent on 1/5/26 asking if we had Zelle, accepting a job they weren't equipped to complete, and not having on-call response for emergencies. Sorry I can't recommend at this time.

I don't write Yelp reviews but felt compelled to after a really great experience with Linet…read more My LG OLED TV suddenly died on me after the initial warranty expired, which meant I'd have to pay for any repairs or replacement. Thankfully I bought it on a premium credit card with an extended warranty benefit so decided to go through with it. LG's site pointed me towards Linet to attempt a repair. Alex was very helpful in trying to diagnose and explain the problem. Ultimately a replacement board didn't work out, so the most likely fix per Alex's experience was a very expensive panel replacement, at which point a new TV made more sense. Even still, Alex was very helpful with my extended warranty claim process which required documentation. Alex was experienced with this process and even advised me on how to get through it more quickly by telling insurance to call him for additional information they were seeking. Got my claim fully paid out shortly thereafter. Thanks again, Alex!
