The manager would stop by and see if we were okay when we didn't say yes and instead said we were waiting for our food, it's wrong, etc she just walked away. I'm not sure if there was a language barrier or something because when we would ask questions our waitress just said "yes" and we didn't seem to understand any of it. They automatically include an 18% tip on all tables so the staff doesn't need to work to get their tips either. Why provide good service if you know you're getting a good tip?
