I had a dentist appt at 11:30 which I mentioned to the scheduler who called and told me she "just dispatched" the tech. He gets to my home to tell me he can't install our softener because there's children present and my babysitter isn't over 18. The softener is in the garage. No need to enter the home whatsoever. Now they just simply won't answer their work phone to try to get this rectified. Bottom line: if you're keen on wasting multiple days waiting for these people to show up at their convenience, this is the your lucky day.
