Buyer BEWARE. Stay away from buying any vehicle from this place. I bought a BRAND New 2019 Chevy Trax in 2020. I have had nothing but issues with this vehicle. NOTHING has been covered by the so called warranty. I have had to have the Coil pack changed 2x, the valve cover changed 2x, the coolant resevoir replaced and now it has a oil leak. All of these expenses have come out of my pocket with repairs costing on average 800-900 each time. It goes in the shop every 6 months almost like clock work. Its currently in shop again with a bill of another 800 not including the cost of my rental. Buyer do not fall for the "Forever Powertrain Warranty" as it will not cover any of the repairs you will be responsible for. I will never buy another car from here. I bought a 2 year old truck from them. After a few months of ownership, it became winter a d one of the fog lights got considerable moisture in it, and the front bumper clips sprung a d would stick out at the top. When I went to repair the fog light, I realized there is several,"non original equipment manufacturers parts in the front of the truck". This is odd because I was told the truck had a clean and clear carfax. After finishing the foglight, I tried getting the bumper put back together, but it's way to broken inside, and entirely too far out of alignment. Next came some deep cleaning to the interior where I removed the front seats. Under the drivers side front seat I found a credit card from the original owner. I debated on destroying the card or reaching out to them through social media. I ended up reaching out and returned the card to them. I asked them about the damage to the front of the truck. They said," yes, we hit a deer and traded in the truck damaged". So now I go to the dealer and ask how this happened? John, the sales manager, told me yes they took the truck on trade damaged, and will repair it. He told me they will need it for a whole day to remove the bumper, realign everything, and put all new clips in it. When I went to get it the fender flairs, and bumper were still not secured, and intact, now I have paint chips where they were working on it. When I asked the service manager about it he became irritated and yelled at my wife and I. I filed a complaint with the attorney General office, and if needed i will retain councel as well. A negative rating is what I would give this dealership. I was given poor service in response to handling a complaint and they tried to brush the concern off and not take any responsibility for it. I would not recommend anyone going here. The only people they send home happy are the smart ones who leave without making a deal with them. Even in trying to resolve my concerns they tried to pull a fast one and cheat me out of the total amount they owed me. RUN don't walk to anywhere else but here. And especially steer clear of John. He spends so much time telling you he's a great salesman that I think he starts to convince himself or he needs to feed his own ego because he lacks confidence. Hey Ron Ward!! I am HAPPY HAPPY that my dealings with you are OVER!! Never set foot here folks - it's not worth it. Did I mention they like to pass the complaint off from one person to another so you never really know who to speak with? When I attempted to contact the "manager" Tracy, who had given me options straight from Mr. Ward, she would not even accept a phone call from me. So then i'm stuck with the sleazy salesman John again who calls and "wants to resolve this". And tells me I shouldn't be contacting that manager because she had nothing to do with this. Well then Tracy should have kept her nose out of my business! Read everything, make copies of your dealings with them because like I said even trying to completely be done with this nightmare they were trying to cheat me out of money.
