Been coming here for 10 years but the owner just lost a long time customer. I called to order 3 dozen vegan donuts for my son's 7th bday party, I told her I'd pay upon pickup. The website shows a dozen donuts for 20$....my mom shows up to pick up the donuts and it's 115$ for 3 dozen donuts ?! (Side note - I ordered 5 dozen donuts last month for only 120$.) My mom was just picking up the order and figured this was normal price. The owner decided to take advantage, without asking me if I wanted ALL SPECIALTY donuts, she decides to give me humongous specialty donuts. These donuts are like four and five dollars a piece. I never order specialty donuts because they are too big and they are definitely not for seven-year-olds. I just wanted the basic donuts like I always get.... Thankfully, when I called the gentleman that works there understood how wrong this was to take advantage of a customer and he gave me a full refund. The donuts were a little bit of a let down for me. I got a classic creme filled. Good ratio on filling to dough, but the doughnut itself was not the best. Also tried and apple burrito. Really fun concept - it's like a rolled tube of doughnut fried crispy - but the final product didn't sit well with my taste buds. What I'm pretty certain was pre-made apple pie filling isn't the best at the best of times, and the fried exterior is really better suited to a fresh-from-the-fryer treat. Incredible service, and some of the best donuts I've ever had. They were out of maple bacon, but they had maple bars so they added bacon to them for me. Highly recommend the maple bacon, vegan and pork versions are both delicious. And you would NEVER know the vegan donuts were vegan. They have Boston cream that's vegan too, delicious. The "fancies" on the top shelf cost more than the ones below, so make sure you think of that when buying. Their top sellers are the apple fritters, so if you like those then this spot is for you. The spinach twist were so crazy this time around the lady said her son made them a little too big. I can only eat a fourth of it and I was done . But like the cinnamon rolls. I've been visited this place for 10 years I bought 3 dozens of regular donuts and 1 dozen of donut holes. Love it, the price is already over $100 +. I know that price has been changed compared to 10 years ago. As you know, it's not a lot if you compared other things lately. I'm surprised how they are maintain the certain price point so far. The size of the donut is huge! It's bigger than my face. I bought a lot since I'd like to share with my coworkers and my in laws. They all like these donut no matter of the age. The service is always great. We always had conversation while I chose the donuts. That location is also really good in China town. These donuts are incredibly delicious, and I find it hard to believe they're vegan. They do offer non-vegan options, but their vegan donuts are simply amazing. You wouldn't even guess they're vegan. I ate them later and they all held up for more than 24 hours. I've concluded that I don't like fritters due to the shear amount of fried dough, but fritter lovers would love these. The place feels like a bit of a hole in the wall so don't expect the ambiance to be anything special but I think in its own unique way that makes it special. I've been to Ronald's once before but this is my first review. My first time going I wasn't sure what was vegan or not because they weren't all labeled, only a small section. This time I decided to ask what all was vegan and found the first two top rows all the way across are vegan. My eyes lit up. I ended up getting 6 donuts and was given two free donuts!! Love free things. The young man working was so nice and answered all the questions I had. The donuts themselves were delicious and sweet! I ordered 2 glazed, a white sprinkle, a bear claw, cinnamon twist, and chocolate filled. The glazed were pretty good, a typical glazed donut in my opinion. The white sprinkle was amazing! I enjoyed how it had more of a cake texture versus the airy donut texture. The chocolate filled was really good, the custard was nice and sweet. The cinnamon twist reminded me do the sugar donuts from the fair and I enjoyed that! The bear claw had to be my favorite aside from the apple bits in the center. I don't really like fruit in food lol. But I really enjoyed the rest of the bear claw, the taste was soo delicious and you can taste all the spices. Delicious (mostly vegan) donuts! I had the vegan old fashioned donut, which was absolutely perfect. They also have a few hot food items, like bagel and croissant sandwiches. They also do coffee and tea but nothing fancy- tea is just a tea bag in hot water and coffee comes from one of those machines where you press a button to dispense. I love that most of their donuts are vegan, my only complaint would be that not all the donuts are not labelled as vegan/non-vegan so it is kind of confusing. My little sister got a bag of donut holes but they were not labelled vegan, so I didn't realize I could have them until after they were all gone when I overheard someone asking. My non-vegan parents and siblings thought their donuts were delicious, nobody noticed that they were vegan. read more

Great selection of old school classic donuts. We tried their glazed and sugar donuts and they were delicious and you could taste the quality ingredients along with passion infused in them. There are several tables inside with adequate parking. The decor inside is classic and clean and the customer service was friendly and efficient. There were coffee and Thai tea options that we will try along with more donuts. We love that they open early and know how to make old school donuts that are fresh, taste great and are not overpriced like some of the designer donut places that are popping up.
