Also, the roof valleys were done poorly. Be careful when you sign the contract, read every little detail, because they take no accountability nor responsibility for anything, and their attitude is take it or leave it, once they begin the job. Once the roof is completed, they never return your call, you have to keep calling and leaving messages until they finally call you back. Forget about the roof warranty, we live in Florida, and every year we get some type of storm, they will blame your roof damage on any storm even if the storm was not in our path and all we got was a little wind just to void the warranty. I had to call another roofer to repair my roof since I will no longer give them business. After the new roofer went up, he found all the tiles that needed to be repaired. I was only able to see 6 tiles only from looking up at the roof. Unfortunately, the roofer can not check every single tile, so God knows how many more tiles are loose and I won't find out for another year or two as they become loose with time.

Their loss and I will now always be calling Sean and ARR for repairs ( even though my garbage HOA should have to repair the roof since it is a shared roof). I don't like writing negative reviews, but my frustration with this company has reached its limit…read more I signed a contract with this company on April 3, 2026, to install impact-resistant windows in the small patio of my condominium apartment. As of today, August 11, 2026, the project still has not been completed, and I have received nothing but excuses and conflicting explanations. According to what the company confirmed when I called their office, the materials have been sitting in their warehouse since the first week of July. Now, I'm being told that the delay is due to a permit issue. I personally contacted and visited the City of Tamarac to try to understand what is happening. The information I received was consistent: the company had not properly processed the required documents. At this point, I no longer have confidence in this company or in their ability to complete the work as promised. I want to cancel the contract, but I'm being told that I cannot simply do so. I find it extremely frustrating that I am expected to remain tied to a contract with a company that has failed to deliver what was promised. I will be seeking guidance on what options I have to resolve this situation and, if possible, terminate the contract. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. This has been a tremendous disappointment and an extremely frustrating experience.
