Called them to re-install a metal chimney that had blown off during a recent storm. Showed up the same day and fixed it for us. I wasn't there at the time. When I came home, I felt it was a bit slanted. I talked to them and they came back next morning to straighten it up and even paint it to address any concerns around rusting and made it look like new. My roof needed to be replaced years ago, but I finally got around to seeking proposals last year. One of the companies I contacted for an estimate was Roof Raiders. Robben came out and gave me an estimate, as did a few other roofing companies. But things happened and I ended up not getting my roof replaced ... until now. I restarted my search this year. Roof Raider's name came up again, although, truth be told, I totally forgot which roofing companies I had contacted. Robben came out to see the house and the roof again. He then called me and told me that he had given me an estimate last year. Thinking that his estimate would change given the circumstances, I was totally surprised when Robben stated that he would honor the estimate he gave me last year. After receiving a few other estimates, and weighing the pros, the cons, the costs, etc., I decided to go with Roof Raiders. Robben and his crew are true professionals. They came in early to work, even on a couple of weekends, and got things done. Robben was always around and was hands on. He kept me updated on the progress of the roof replacement with pictures, text messages, and phone calls. He also expertly dealt with all the drama that came from the City inspections. And the roof looks beautiful. As I told Robben when he gave me the final paperwork, I hope I won't have to call or see him again for at least 25 years. Our roof sprung a leak and it probably had been going on for a while. We solicited several contractors and decided to go with Robben. Among the different contractors, Robben approached the job professionally, and offered different solutions with pros and cons and not to mention very competitive pricing. We had a few challenges, but what my family appreciated most, was the thorough communication. Robbens crew took 2.5 days for approx 600 sf torched down flat roof demo and replacement which included a day rained out. Robben was delighted to protect the roof from water intrusion during the one day rain. Overall very satisfied with the experience. So far no leaks visible on the new reroof. I had Robben of Roof Raiders do 2 jobs for me recently. The second one was replacing a 2nd story flat deck/roof that was 45 years old. All work access was via ladder. They had to remove several planters, tables, furniture via ladder and ropes. Difficult! The old roof removal was hard. They had to replace plywood flooring pieces, and build up a surface to drain water properly. New roof was torched to lay down. A lot of work! Finally all the furniture and planters were restored up the ladders. Job site was completely cleaned. I'm ready for winter. Thanks Robben and crew. read more

After getting some bids to address a leak, I made the decision to replace the roof entirely. Luckily, my neighbor recently had their roof replaced by none other than Roof Raiders. From the get go, Robben was great, and he provided a timely and fair estimate. While discussing the project, he answered every question I had and went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable. I was looking to purchase a home and needed to have the roof of the property inspected for any issues before close. Robben was quick at scheduling a time to come out and take a look at the property and was prompt and thorough come inspection day. He tested the structural integrity of the roof, assessed the life and install of the shingles, noted potential problems with our gutters, and found issues with the current roof which we would never have been able to discover ourselves! After his inspection, he talked to us to explain his findings, the problems that could come up over time if we left items unaddressed, and answered any questions we had. He was awesome to work with and we got a full written report of his findings and recommendations in the same day. The price of the inspection was fair given how prompt, communicative, and thorough we felt Robben was. Robben also mentioned that if we decided to address the issues we found during his inspection, he would be able to apply the cost of inspection as credit to the costs associated with the repairs. I can not speak for the quality of any Roof Repairs as I did not request any, but in regards to a roof inspection, I was very pleased. I had Roof raiders clean my roof of debris and clean the gutters. The price was reasonable, but the service they provided went above and beyond, They cleaned a few downspouts out that had dirt packed inside. They cleaned out the tiles in the valleys to ensure good drainage although this is normally an extra charge, The two guys stayed longer than originally planned to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. I found a leak in my roof because I noticed that the ceiling was cracking. Went to Yelp to find someone who could help with repairs. I contacted Roof Raiders through yelp, but then switched over to contacting Robben via phone and text. Robben was able to come out the same day to check out my issue. He did notice that the leak was probably due to the valley in the roof. Since there was so much water during the big storms, it probably leaked over the metal sheet and caused the water damage to my drywall. He gave me a quote fairly quickly and I decided to go with them. They were able to get me started in about a week's time. The crew came out, removed the tiles, added weatherproofing, and re-installed the tiles. Robben kept me updated and came by later in the afternoon to check on it.
