It was dry when it was not raining so I figured it must be the roof over the garage that is leaking. Since World Exterior did a good job repairing a roof leak more than 10 years ago, I called them and Chris came to my house the next day to evaluate the situation. I remember Chris from more than 10 years ago. He is still easy and friendly to talk to. He lifted up the tiles and found the wood was rotten and already had a hole a few inches in diameter!! Chris took pictures and sent me a proposal in 2 days. I accepted the proposal. Unfortunately our area started to rain almost for the whole week. Finally the rain stopped 9 days after and World Exterior crew (Salvador, Jesus, and another worker) came to fix the roof. World Exterior called me that morning to notify me the crew was on their way to my house which is very nice of them. They fixed the roof, cleaned the gutters, and inspected the roof.
