This place has great fries and nothing else. Salmon took as much time to chew as a well done steak or worse, worst fish I've ever seen cooked. Nobody had knowledge of basic drinks. Every waiter there seemed annoyed with their job, actively rolling their eyes at customers. Lighting was oddly off putting and the whole place smells strongly of bleach and chlorine. This place sucks at taking orders. This is the second time I have ordered take out and they screwed it up. All I asked was to put the fries in a separate container so they do not get soggy. I stead of that, they not only had everything together they piled the raw onions, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles on top of the fries and the juice left the hamburger bun soggy and the fries gross. If the menu said these condiments would be included I would have asked they left them off. They also did not have the onion rings on the burger. When I asked about it they said they ran out. How do you sell a product that you advertise one way but then change it and just say "we ran out" but don't tell the customer? Don't waste your patience on this place. read more

The food was good. We had wings and a salad. The upstairs was empty and it is not a rooftop. Lots of TVs for watching games. They make good drinks but need to tone down the lights in the bar area. On Sunday 7/24, I stopped at Rooftop on Miller to have a hamburger and a beer. After being seated, I ordered my beer and burger. Within 15 minutes (the restaurant was about 75% full) my burger was brought to the table. It was cooked as ordered, but the bun started falling apart in chunks. I'm not a bread expert, but from what I know, the bun was either left in the open air for an extended amount of time, or it was at the end of it "use before" date. This was my second time at the restaurant. My issue with the first time was that our waitress forgot to add my dinner to the order! After the food was brought out for the other four people in my party, she looked at me kind of dumbfounded and asked if I wanted anything!! Ahhh, the burger that I had ordered! To top it off, after re-taking my order, it was brought to me 15 minutes later. So much for expediting the single order because the waitress messed up. 0-2 in my book. After i went through the other reviews i noticed it seems like they are paying people to give these reviews. The service was horrible staff was rude when asked for anything. No flavor on any of the flood we ordered. I give this place 5 we been here about 3 times and every time the food is delicious, customer is good and the manager always seems to make his way around to check on the customers. Nope. Tried it tonight. I had a strand of Red Hair in my Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta. There was a bug in our Sprite and Service was very slow. Have been here 3 times. Each time we were seated at an unclean table. Servers were slow to respond and drinks took too long. Food has always been good. Service however not so good. Last time I wanted to leave a note for her saying it you would like to double your tips call me! Wife said NO! Acted nonchalant about the whole process. Water never refilled, but finally offered at end of meal. Server walk by our table several times with empty hands but never took out finished plates for cocktail glasses. I would have ordered another couple of cocktails but she never asked. Now all this time we and others were not being properly taken care of she was at the computer talking to the other servers or no where to be found. The fajitas are awesome! The service was good too. I was a bit disappointed that my tortillas were all stuck together and when I asked to have more tortillas, they charged me. And they charged me for a small amount of salsa, which I'd think would be included with fajitas...I guess not. The food was quite flavorful though! read more

Been going to the Rooftop Restaurant for over a year now. I was totally taken back by the bar lady who served a "martini" with only 1 oz of gin in the glass - the rest was water. The glass was 3/4 full (mostly added water), so I complained. She then proceeded to come to the table and told me that's all I got for $10.00 - one ounce of gin and a "splash of vermouth". I have gotten better from them in the past and now wonder what's going on with the bar service and bar management? I am very disappointed by her poor customer attitude, poor bar service and a poor excuse for a martini. read more

I moved here less than a year ago and think I finally found my place! Friendly staff and patrons (I'm sure we've all been to that bar that makes non-regulars feel a little out of place), and for it's price, the best food I've had in a very long time. I'm retired Army, and have been to a lot of towns/cities with a lot of bars, and Rooftop has a winning combination that I personally like. I've been over a half dozen times and sit at the bar, and it's a very laid back and friendly atmosphere. My next goal is to make my way through the menu, and I haven't been disappointed yet! This place is very clean it is ran with the taco place next-door I believe that the owner owns both businesses, I've been there multiple times and quite frankly and hooked on the pork chop mill the price is right a little under $11 and you get to fatty pork chops not fatty is in for a fat but fatty is in nice size pieces of me can dine downstairs with multiple TVs to watch sports you can sit in the bar area or you can sit in the dining room, to top it off there's an upstairs location for the rooftop hence the rooftop that you can go upAnd enjoy your dinner or lunch their staff is very friendly I've only had one waitress that was not on top of drink refills we won't mention her name haven't seen her in a while so who knows but I would definitely recommend the pork chop meal and my wife gets the hamburger every time stating that it's the best in Buckeye. read more

I would have loved to give this place more than one star because they have good wings, but they have crappy waitresses. We sat at the bar, and all the waitress/ bartender could do was talk to her friend and complain and cuss about everything. This is my third time coming. The first time it was okay, the second time all I got was a salad, and today made me realize I don't wanna eat there again. The table smelled like they were wiped with a dirty rag. My drink tastes watered down. My friends mashed potatoes were cold when they came out. I asked for extra sauce on the wings and they didn't get it at first. The Cajun and shrimp was pretty good but they didn't cut the tail off one of my shrimps. The best part was our server, Kylee. She was super nice and patient and checked on how we were doing more than once. I'm not sure I'd return again. read more
