I've been waiting to write this review just to make sure the service is consistent and YES! Deepa does an amazing job with my brows! I used to go to another spot in Anaheim but ever since i moved to Santa Ana i wanted to find somewhere local and thanks to yelp i found this hidden gem :) I am extremely picky with my brows and Deepa always cleans them up so well and exactly how i want them! I come here every 2 weeks for my brows to be threaded and once a month i will get my full face done too. What i like the most is that no matter how many ppl are waiting in line she still takes her time on me and never rushes the job like other places. This is truly a hidden gem! I was in the Starbucks (which are in the same shopping center) and started looking up threading places, first I was confused since it says their are 2 in the same area but I drove back around the shopping center after leaving SB and found Roop, I was really hesitant going in for many reasons: 1. Sometimes it's so packed and their aren't enough threaders (usually 1 threader and many people are waiting and walking in) 2. I'm always hesitant trying new places, since I've moved back to California I really haven't found the "one" place that is my go to, I was going to a place on Katella but the woman hurt me so bad I couldn't bare to go back any longer! Not to mention when my eyebrows would grow out they would be uneven -___- I went in around noon and I'm glad I decided to give it a try because not only was the store empty but my eyebrows came out looking great with less the pain than the other shop! I didn't get the name of the woman who did my threading but she took lots of pride in her work and wouldn't finish until she and I myself was satisfied. She spent lots of time on my brows to get them even and cleaned up, I didn't feel rushed either! I'm really glad I came here and definitely will be coming back when I'm in the area! Been coming here since December and have been very satisfied! My eyebrows are shaped differently to begin with and am usually told they are hard to make even, but after coming here they have been even and I'm satisfied with the shape. There's usually only 1 lady here and since its new no long waits especially in the mornings. Also they have a reward card that after 10 visits you get the next eyebrow threading for free. read more

Roop Threading is a great threading salon! The ladies are sweet & the service is quick and convenient. I trust them with my eyebrows--they know how to stay consistent with the eye shape, thickness. My skin is a bit sensitive so always gets red and some minor cuts afterwards at times, but they apply diff topical ointments that work well. Recommended to all my friends in the area! read more

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with very friendly customer service. The place I previously went to over-threaded my eyebrows so I had let them grow out quite a bit. Just recently I went in to Roop Threading Salon on New Years Eve to give this place a chance since I read amazing reviews from other locations under this company. I was a walk-in yet as soon as I came in, I was helped by Doopa. She was extremely kind and sweet and had amazing customer service skills.
