Roosters is a go to... Good wings - great staff, and a happy place to watch a game! I have had few issues over the years - like the soups are not hot or the salads are warm . Came in on a Sunday afternoon, football was going so it was extra busy and yet fun!! Once we got Sat our server Zipporah was there offering us drink options and appetizers! She was great! We couldn't decide on. A starter so we just got their fried pickles! Now normally we get the fried pickles and they come out in these little chips, this place the pickles were a excellent size and the flavor was perfect. I order the 10 hot wings traditional with Hot sauce and "Nu Killer" sauce on the side! Once we got the wings in front of us we were overwhelmed with how BIG they were! I definitely hold have eaten 5 and been full. My lady had 5 traditional wings with Donkey sauce and also came out perfect! I will say that even tho this place doesn't have many high star reviews I think you should try it out for yourself because for me it was a perfect 5 star experience. Let me just say super disappointing that a restaurant would display this kind of behavior. But we were asking to sit the 8 people we had together maybe a table with two or just two more chairs but they told us no because of covid we were nice and got it figured out... we ate food that was great but then as we were paying and about to leave we saw a group of "white" people and a nice two table where they sat comfortable with no problems as we sat a booth all mashed together. From this I can say that they used judgement for it. I even asked the manager why they were allowed his only response was that they were not allowed?? No apology no moving them... not even an excuse... our table was mostly hispanic so this is disappointing that a nice restaurant during this age period chooses to use judgement on who can sit at a big table and who cant. Roosters is one of those clever restaurants. The kind that make their employees wear 15 pieces of flare or have chotchkies hanging all over the walls. That doesn't make it a bad place to eat, its just that kind of place. Most restaurants have several dining sections, but Roosters on Dressler is just one giant open room. The tables were large enough to sleep three comfortably. It was clean and spacious making it a perfect place to go when you have large groups. Kick back with some friends, drink a few brewskies, and watch one of the many large-screen TVs hung on the walls. I counted 32 of them. Roosters is essentially a kid-friendly sports bar. They boast a pretty decent kids menu, including a pretty decent grilled cheese sandwich and fried macaroni and cheese. The meals at Roosters don't come with the obligatory fries but most items are cheap enough that they don't need to. It gives you the opportunity to select an appetizer of your choice to go with your meal. Roosters is a pressure-free restaurant. It's perfect for a casual meal with friends and family. You don't go having have high-expectations of the food, nor do you leave disappointed. But you might have some fun while you're there. read more

We stopped here for dinner on our way down south. We parked, walked in, this place was packed... put our name on the list and within 10 minutes we were seated. For starters, we went with Dumpster Fries and Fried Pickles. As for the main course, we opted for 20 wings in hot and 2 wings in Thai chili sauce, since you CANNOT mix sauces. - Dumpster Fries - the order is only good for ONE person. The portion of the food is very small... the "dumpster fries" implies that it's loaded with tons of unhealthy goodness, but in reality, it should be renamed "Loaded Fries", as it was topped with tomato, peppers, etc with cheese. If you have more then 2 ppl at the table, make sure you order more. - Fried Pickles - pre-made frozen pickles, fried and served - you can't go wrong on that. - Thai Chili Sauce - very sweet, not bad. BW's Asian Zing is a lot better. - Hot Wings - should be relabeled as "Mild", as it wasn't hot. I ended up using all of their hot sauce on the table to enjoy this wing as "HOT". Otherwise, the wings were seasoned well... tasted like they seasoned the wings prior to frying and adding the sauce. Service was decent. The reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is - you can't mix sauces, which in my humble opinion is STUPID. If you order 20 wings, you should at least get two sauces! They need to change this rule. My new official favorite place to spoil myself! This place is just the absolute best! A little gem in Canton I shamefully didn't know about until I asked a friend for a recommendation for a place to find good classic chicken wings, (and other general sin food.) And boy did Rooster's hit the spot when I was craving buffalo wings! This is the first place I heard of that will serve you all 'flappers' or all 'drumette' parts of the wing, all you need to do is request! I'm a flapper lover myself! So imagine my joy to find out I could guarantee my whole platter would be 100% flappers! I've had their mild sauce and Carolina Gold sauce, both are delicious, and they will give you a sample of their sauces if you are indecisive. The skin is a PERFECT texture, it's a little crispy, and generously slathered in your chosen sauce. Did I mention these wings are MASSIVE? Like seriously, these appear to be mutant birds! You get plenty of bang for your buck! I recommend their "Dumpster Wedges/Fries". We had to get another order because our group loved them so much and polished off the appetizer plate quickly! I never left there hungry or feeling unfairly charged for the quantity or quality I received. Just as it says on the restaurant's sign, it's a casual and fun joint. A satisfying place to spend some time, chilling and eating good flavorful food while watching the television sets or soaking in the amusing aesthetic of the interior. The service there is friendly and quick, and they can laugh at a joke. So in other words they are very human and relaxed, not uptight and enveloped in the need to be professional which is a breath of fresh air. I love roosters. This is by far my favorite wing place I believe their wings are very large compared to some other places like a BW3 or Beef O'Brady's. The Waitresses are always really nice people are good they got great cold draft beer I got hot wings always go with the donkey wings with ranch and fries with no telling how much money I've spent in this place to be honest. But I've never had a bad meal here, steak and potato chicken wing type of dude and this is right up my alley I put this above Hooters I put this above any other wing place this is by far my favorite sports bars American bar whatever you want to call it. We're long time Rooster's fans from Columbus so we were delighted to find this location about 3 miles from our new home! Woo hoo! As expected, the food was all delicious and the service was great. Rooster's wings might well be the very best on the planet, and it's what they're known for, but I LOVE their burgers! The only thing that would make those burgers better would be if they offered avocado on them; as they are now, they're pretty close to perfect. This is a review ONLY of the terrible take-out service from this location. Today they did not even answer the phone, so we had to go to the restaurant to order take-out. They said they "had" to turn off the phones, but when I was at the restaurant they were not too busy, several seats open and not a single person waiting to pick up any take-out orders. Was a little disappointed for the first time ever at this restaurant last night. We had to wait which was just fine. I expected it with hall of fame weekend. We ordered the roosters nest which we never ordered. It looked great and tastes great but I was hoping for more fries with all the toppings on it. Love going there for wings as I believe it is the best spot in town for them. My buffalo chicken pizza may as well been called the blue cheese and celery pizza because that is all I could find and taste. I would love to see that Italian sub pizza back again.
