The other company had me waiting for more than a month. The other reason is because Super Bros was super communicative and explained the whole process before it started, asked lots of questions about my preferences, and was incredibly transparent about every details and process. My primary point of contact for this job was Jeremy. He was actually another reason that I went with Super Bros, as I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything or push me into doing something I didn't want or need. He was clear about where there were options and where he has seen challenges from a project like mine in the past. His experience and demeanor were what locked it in for me. After agreeing to use Super Bros, the next week I was met by Mike, who walked through with me as he was point on the project. I work from home so I was around for the entire thing, but I can honestly say that there was barely any disruption to my workday. Yes, the water was off for one of the 3 days of work, but other than that and the expected noise of cutting out metal pipes here and there, the disruption was nearly invisible. I was also greeted by Serge and Denis who were handling different parts of the project. Both incredibly polite and obviously damn good at their jobs. This was NOT some group of minimum wage kids subcontracted to do the work. every one of these guys was an experienced and efficient tradesman from what I could tell (admittedly I'm, not a plumber, but you could tell that they were professionals by the quality of their work, their speed, and some of the challenges my house provided that they were able to find workarounds for). You can probably tell that I'd recommend Super Bros for your next plumbing project, but in case there was any question: you should use Super Bros for your next plumbing project. Highly recommend!

In the process of selling my home, I was told the master bedroom drain was slow and the dishwasher loop needed to be fixed so I spoke with Jimmy and made a service appointment. No upfront scheduling fees, and I was given a fair quote for the estimated work to fix the two items. Come the day of the service appointment, Roger updated me on his ETA, showed up at the confirmed time, and looked at everything. The honesty comes in where he confirmed there was nothing to fix really and explained that the dishwasher loop would require an air intake valve which meant cutting through the granite counter and he ran the dishwasher which ran just fine. All this to say, I could have had another company charge me just for the visit and for a fake fix but not Mako! Roger went the extra mile to write me a report invoice of $0 explaining his inspection. This is the epitome of integrity. Happy to write this review to express my gratitude! If I was keeping the house, I'd keep Mako as my go-to plumber and will still be sure to pass along this name to our neighborhood community Facebook group. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. My AC Drier was cracked and inoperable since last year. In this region of the Sacramento Valley and Placer County, 916 Auto quote beat 5 shops I contacted in the region and 1 shop even told me it's not worth it and I should get a new car. Bet if my car was a 69 Camaro, they'd do it. Why? Cause its a Classic Camaro. No matter the condition. Some shops don't want to work on Imports. But oh well. Their loss, not mine. I contacted 916 Auto and spoke to Samson to schedule an appointment and he said to come by that very same day. And so I drove from Roseville to Gold River that morning. Samson is honest & to the point. When he pulled my car in, he noticed a coolant leak. Now I didn't notice any leaks in my driveway, as it would seem the Coolant is evaporating or dissipating, but he notice it was getting on my Alternator, by the stains. It turns out, my OEM water pump (factory part since 2003 for this model year in 2004) finally gave out at 262K miles. Who'd ever think a Mazda/Ford part would last this long. This was an unexpected thought as I only had budgeted for the quote. So I called my CFO (Wife) and let her know of the issue. She said get it fixed and she'll adjust other expenses as she knows I need AC for the upcoming summer temps. So I authorized Samson to proceed with the entire job. Now I can't couldn't do any price comparison, but he did give me a discount which still fit in my overall budget. I spent my whole day in their lobby. They have updated their lobby to make it feel more comfortable and less Auto Shop feel. I notice the many people who drop by to have their car service are all happy and are returning customers. From a Dealership oil drain plug that was torqued too tight, to oil changes, brakes, and even a customer who was a bit upset where the Dealership sent the wrong part twice. The Dealership. I spoke to many of them and they all had the same answer when I ask. "What made you come here?" They replied, "Their price can't be beat!". In summary, my AC is now working as it should. Now I only used my AC for 2 whole days It gets cold and it has been awhile since I have felt cold in my aging car of 22 years. With my new water pump installed as well, my car is running smoother overall. Smoother shifts, heater gets warm fast. Almost, now almost like it was in 2004. So, Did I find a new shop for my Project Commuter Car? Yes I sure did. They have gotten a new customer. Up next is my Transmission Gasket & plug. One thing at a time! He found an issue that had somehow been missed by another HVAC company that had been performing routine annual inspections on our system. He was courteous, respectful, informative, and very genuine throughout the entire visit. He explained what he was seeing in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable before doing any work. We never felt pressured or like we were being sold something we did not need. Alex clearly takes pride in his work and in making sure the customer understands what is happening. We called out Rooter Hero as we had a clog in our main sewer line. I've seen their trucks around and was hoping for a good experience. Kyle came out and although he was really nice and helpful, he was unable to clear the drain with a cable. Mind you, we have a clean out and the clog was just 4-5 feet from the clean out. He got on the phone (almost like it was staged) and said a guy would be out in 20 mins with a camera. Sure enough, Adam arrived and put a camera through the line and immediately started a sales pitch. Adam told us the only way to clear the line was to have them HYDROJET (basically putting a high pressure hose in the drain and blasting it with water) for a low cost of $1,850. This guy was like a used car salesman, aggressive and super pushy. I had to tell him several times that I needed to think about it and talk it over with my wife. I paid them for the service call (even though they resolved nothing) and he finally left. I decided to get a second opinion and called a company that rhymes with Romco, letting them know I likely needed a hydrojet. Eric came out (he actually had a trailer with hydrojet equipment) and immediately questioned why I would need a hydrojet for this when he could do the same thing with a simple snake. He asked, "Who told you this, Roto Heroes?" Hmmmm...good guess. He said hydrojet is used for commercial/restaurants with grease clogs. So he used a snake with a blade and within 15 mins, he had our main drain completely clear and even showed me on the camera. He advised it was a mild root obstruction and had ZERO need of a hydrojet. For a reasonable service charge, we had our back up completely cleared with outstanding customer service. Eric told me that Rooter Hero is known for this. They are fairly new in Sacramento from the Bay Area and are always upselling the expensive and often unnecessary hydrojet and/or recommending a total repipe. To add to this, on their Citrus Heights location, a pop-up from Yelp advises you on their page that "We have caught someone offering up payment in the form of cash, discounts, gift certificates or other incentives in exchange for someone to write, change, prevent or remove reviews for this business. We wanted you to know because these actions not only hurt consumers, but also honest businesses who play by the rules." Shocking! Based on my experience, I would recommend staying FAR FAR away from this shady company. I would appreciate if a rep from Rooter Zero could give me a call and explain what happened here. read more

We had a sewer issue which carried over for many days. The main toilet started flushing slow on Saturday and by Sunday afternoon stopped all together. I initially called my home warranty company which delayed service due to lack of emergency services, but that has nothing to do with my issue. One of the two plumbing companies the warranty company sent out to my home recommended I contact one of the major plumbing companies that starts with a 'R'. For transparencies sake I admit I thought I had called the other guy. I'm more than happy I didn't. I called Rooter Hero on Wednesday and someone came out quickly few hours after call. They ran a scope down the sewer line to diagnose the issue and give me an estimate. The project manager took the time to review the video footage of the sewer line with me and discussed my options. The sewer line between the storm drain and the house had several sections where the pipes had separated and one section where the pipe sagged catching waste and water. The recommendation was to add two-way clean out, remove section of driveway to replace damaged pipe, and then shoot a sleeve in the pipe from house to storm drain (more than 22 ft). I must say the estimate seemed pricey, but that was likely sticker shock from lack awareness. Once we signed the contract work began the same day. Start to finish the project took about 5 or 6 days but that was only because of multiple days of significant rain. While the concrete was drying I noticed several spots that appeared to remain damp. I continued to watch and wait a few weeks, when the issue didn't resolve itself I called Rooter Hero out to investigate. They came out to the house the next day to assess my issue. The project manager made the call to open the repair site and assess the status of the repair. Due to their workload and lack of urgency the project began 2 days later. The contractor broke the concrete and opened the hole. There was no leak found the dirt removed was dry. He scoped the line to verify the pipe integrity, there was no leak but the line was still catching a bit of water. I thought it was okay but the project manager decided it made sense change out the replacement pipe to improve the pitch. Start to finish the contractor took about 6 hours to finish and reinstall the concrete. I highly recommend Rooter Hero for your plumbing needs. SCAM ALERT 2 of my drains stopped up recently and Rooter-hero was my first call. I'm a new homeowner, so deciding what to do and who to go with on a big repair was scary. They were quick to come out for a diagnostic, and seemed helpful and polite during the process. I explained to them that the only reason I was calling a plumber was because my dad had recently passed away, he was who always helped me with this kind of thing and I was terrified that home repairs like this would quickly drain the inheritance that he'd worked his entire life for.. They gave me a quote of 35 thousand dollars. Safe to say, I cried the second I closed the door. The next day I got two more quotes from other companies, (literally) neither were even HALF of what Rooter-Hero had quoted me, and their diagnostics were free. I'm a pretty UN-trusting person already, but I really thought that being as honest as I was about my dad and my fear of being taken advantage of would appeal to their ethics. That was clearly not the case, all they saw was a young inexperienced female with dollar signs all over her face. They seemed like really nice guys, so its a shame to have my lack of trust confirmed like this. This company is highly unethical, and frankly should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to people. Also, both my 2nd and 3rd diagnostics mentioned of their own accord that there are tons of lawsuits that you can view online.. a quick google search found not only the lawsuits but a full website about their unethical practices with countless testimonials. I woke up in the middle of the night to use my only bathroom and looked in horror as there was sewage backed up in my bathtub/sink/ and toilet. I live far away from friends and family and skipping a daily shower before work was not an option for me so I frantically searched for anyone to come through and take care of this disgusting issue. THANK GOD I FOUND ROOTER HERO. I saw the 77$ drain coupon along with 24/7 service and gave them a call... a dispatcher picked up immediately and informed me that he will have a technician at my door in 30 minutes!! I was ecstatic. Not a minute late... David L greeted himself and apologized that I was going through this and that he was here to help. I showed him to the bathroom and gave him the 77 dollars to snake the drain. I watched as he spent 40 minutes trying to clear the blockage with his snake and sadly to no avail. I was pretty stressed at this point thinking that the issue wasn't going to be solved but he told me that he could have a Jetter out here in 30 minutes to do the job and quoted me at 1800 for it. I thought it was pricey but he was understanding and offered to clean my bathroom and to take the 77 dollar fee away. In no time at all the Jetter showed up and cleared the drains immediately. David did a great job cleaning up after himself and for the drastic circumstances... Rooter Hero Plumbing made it happen for me and I'm very thankful. We recently engaged Rooter Hero to excavate a trench and replace our main water line, which was severely cracked and leaking, and composed of old galvanized steel. The replacement involved installing a new flexible main line and copper piping under the house. Additionally, they connected two hose spigots, installed a new emergency shutoff valve, and performed several quick fixes to various fixtures within our duplex. The team managed the inspection, removal, and replacement of concrete with remarkable efficiency. They also provided a financing option with a reasonable interest rate. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our main technician, Jacob, who ensured our complete satisfaction throughout every phase of the project. Furthermore, we are especially thankful to Alfonzo, who worked tirelessly to replace the entire copper line on the same day the original steel pipes were disconnected, ensuring we had running water despite the extreme outdoor temperatures exceeding 110 degrees. Their dedication and hard work were truly commendable. While the project took longer than anticipated, this was understandable given the high temperatures and the complexity of working in our extremely narrow crawlspace. My Technician BRANDON FLORES was supposed to show up on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 between 11am - 1pm but had an early opening at 8am on 1/9/24. He contacted me and asked if I minded him coming early and I accepted and BRANDON FLORES arrived at my house within record time and came in to introduce himself to me and I did the same. We briefly discussed the issue that BRANDON was here to clear a drain in the sink washroom area. Shortly there after he retrieved his equipment in his truck and I escorted him to the bathroom sink that was clogged. When he had unclogged the sink I joined him in the sink area where he explained to me that it was hair and other debris that he removed from the clogged drain. He ran a full sink of water and let it drain to show me the drainage was working properly in the sink. He even took the time to give me advice on how to keep my drain clear which was extremely helpful and will save me a service call in the future. He was fast , efficient, respectful and professional while performing his duties. I will be using ROOTER HERO for all future plumbing needs and would appreciate if BRANDON could be my regular technician as long as he is still working for your business. I called them for My tenant drain cleaning because the tub wasn't draining well ! Despite of their false advertising, 24/7 service, they didn't show up till next day!!! The guy who showed up Christopher tells my tenant that this is a big job and your landlord should pay for it because she is getting lots of rent and must have money ! Then, he manages to take few fake pictures and send it to his boss Gregory! I received a call from Gregory that there are roots are growing inside the drain!!!!!!! So, they need to open and clean it, which is gonna cost $2500 I told all I need is simple drain cleaning and there are no trees and as a result can not be roots there ! He said, we will not put a band aid and we have to do it right...!!! I noticed these people have a plan and trying to scam...I asked them to leave! After they left my tenant sent me the picture and I noticed they put some dead grass and dirt there to show that there is a problem... I called a plumber and they were just able to unclog the drain with simple drain cleaning for $80 These people are scammers and without a doubt the professional one too....they are scamming like nobody, s business...very very experienced in taking advantage of people and manipulation.... I am a homeowner. In the South Placer area, I had a clogged toilet that I couldn't unclog myself, so I called Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air. The receptionist that I talk to she got me right over to the main people that I needed to deal with and they made an appointment with me right away and the gentleman that arrived at my house was very friendly, professional and he had a very good attitude..He got right to work and was very thorough and unclogging the toilet right away. I was very impressed he cleaned up after himself and it didn't even take very long it was just like 10 minutes, and then he was finished. So I woke up in the middle of the night with my stomach burning. It's like someone set it on fire that night (I had eaten nothing but Taco Bell, el pollo loco, chipotle, and Mc Donald's for the past week. So just imagine how fat and spicy and sloppy that dump was). I went to the bathroom and fell asleep on the toilet because I was just so tired. I sat on the toilet at 11pm and woke up at 3am. I was scared because I was stuck and I knew that my toilet was clogged after flushing. The suspense almost killed me when I flushed the toilet and saw the water beneath me rising. Luckily the muddy water did not touch me otherwise this would have been a much more serious matter because I was still stuck there. Luckily I had my phone and I was able to call rooter hero. I was crying when I was on the phone so I appreciate them being patient and compassionate. They were able to talk me through Everything. Jake came in a timely matter and found the problem. The gentleman was on time, very professional, knew his job, n was very reasonably priced. Was wary when I saw the company name because of the several bad reviews on Yelp but couldn't of been more pleased when he completed the job n the job cost exactly what they quoted me. I had had another company come out before them n they quoted me a price that was twice n 5 times what this company charged me for the same exact service. It just shows that not all companies are represented by their reviews on Yelp. I would recommend this company n especially this technician to everyone that needed this service. The only negative I have to report is that they were suppose to send me the receipt for the service n send me a quote for a service I asked about ni have not received either but I may be jumping the gun on that, they may sent both to my husband's email n I have just not received it yet. We called them out Monday for a clogged kitchen sink, they said it was broken or rusted pipe and would cost 12,000 - 18,000 depending on condition of the pipe when they got in there. They cut a hole in my wall and they cut the drain pipe and none of it was necessary! My brother in law showed up that evening with a buddy of his from the plumbers union and he didn't even have the top of the line snake like rooter hereo's. His first words were "Why did they cut the line"? He worked the line for about an hour as he said he likes to work the pipes lol but after that hour flush! There it went and he snaked all my drains right down to the street, replaced the cut pipe and didn't even charge me a $1000! Actually tip included was under $800! Rooter hero says my bill for the previous days work is about $2000. $2000 to cut a hole in my wall and cut my drain pipe. I have asked for an itemized bill but who is going to fix and pay for my wall??? very disappointed as the salesman Ed seemed like such a nice trustworthy guy lol read more

My appointment was set between 10-12. The tech (I believe his name was Greg??) showed up after 1:30. I called the day before and told them that I needed the water spouts in both my tubs replaced. I had ugly old ones and wanted new spouts. After going to home depot twice and getting the wrong parts, I figured I would just pay somebody and save me the hassle. The tech at my house called his boss John to get a price. John sounded like a real a$$, as I could hear the conversation. John advised his tech that in order to change my water spouts that they would need to cut into my walls and replace everything!!!! When they told me it would cost $5000, I actually thought they were joking. 5k to change two water spouts?? I must have idiot written on my forehead. Called a local handy man and he grabbed the correct water spouts and swapped both of them out in less than 30 minutes. $100 bucks later and no leaks. Screw these guys, because they will screw you! read more

I called Rooter Hero today, Sunday, requesting help for a our sewer line. They said they could help and gave me a two hour window. Anthony called shortly after that and said he was in the area and was on his way, he'd be here in about 13 minute. Yeah!!! Anthony and Alex were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable men. They share that knowledge with us and gave hints on good maintenance on our line. They were running a special one drain cleaned and a free camera inspections for $77.00. AWESOME PRICE!!!! Nick, the camera man gave our 80 year old pipes a thorough 80 ft. inspection, and lets us know want our problems were and gave us options for taking care of them. I had the pleasure of having Chris take care of a clogged sink, and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. From start to finish, he was incredibly thorough, making sure to fully diagnose the issue before getting to work. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he also made sure to clean up after himself, leaving the area spotless. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding, and the job was done perfectly. On top of all that, the price of the service was very reasonable and didn't break the bank at all. I'm not sure why this company has such a bad rating because my experience was nothing short of excellent. First of all I want to commend James W. for busting his ass for the better part of 2 days in 110 degree heat. He was downright cheerful about it and had to dig a really big hole to get to the issue. He smiled and said, "this is what I signed up for'". Absolute rock star! Now the issue: A crack in the main sewer line allowed a some tree roots to grow into the line blocking everything. Old pipe (1970's) and a pump in between the clean outs replaced with new up to date stuff and raised the clean outs from the hole they were in the was covered with a concrete lid. He even repaired an irrigation line next to the hole that was root damaged also. This was no easy job and it was A LOT of hard work. Awesome job James W., thank you!!!! read more

SCAMERS, Don't use this company. They scammed me out 3 thousand dollars I now have to get back. My sinks were backing up. They sold me on having to have new pipes put in, and that didn't fix the problem. They came back w/ a supervisor ran a snake and the back was gone. They then found a new problem and after admitting they misdiagnosed the problem they offered to credit me 3k an the next problem they found. They have not returned my calls, so I am having to take this up the chain to get my money back. Save yourself for this and don't ever use this company. They 30+ complaints w/ BBB. They only post positive reviews on their website. Bait and switch, scammers, this company should not be allow to do business. read more

Terrible! Rip off artists. Asked for a quote for a faucet installation. They kept pushing my appt back with zero or wrong communication. They could not just give me a simple ball park quote for an installation. After being called a liar scheduling 3 appointments, guy finally shows up after trying to reach him through their dispatch looks in his book and says $450 . I said no way, thank you , you gotta go!. Then he offers to do it for me on the side for 180-200 on his own. Then says ok 100, no 40 or 150. No thank you. The technician then blamed the lack of communication on their hired dispatch service. After having the wrong sized sink installed (the second wrong sized one), my dishwasher is crooked and sticks out at one end. A third employee of this company was sent out to see what could be done. Thanks to him, I now not only have a dishwasher that is crooked, I now have one that starts to tip over and fall out when the door is opened. It was not properly secured. I would be more than happy to discuss this with someone from Rooter Hero, except they won't return my calls. Which I only started making after the guy was supposed to call me after his visit, and didn't do. Unless migraine headaches are your idea of a good time, stay as far away from this company as possible. read more

I use these guys for a simple drain clean out of my shower. It's on the ground floor, no steps, etc. there was not a clean out but it was a simple easy job. I called them because they had a $59 coupon for that service apparently in the small print if the drain does not have a clean out, there's an extra charge I ended up getting charged $225, I was in a rush so I ended up using the service. The guy did a good job was quick efficient very nice and that's the only reason I would give them three stars, but their marketing is a bit deceptive and somewhat bait and switch, for those reasons I would probably call elsewhere first next time I have a plumbing problem read more

I called many plumbers and these guys were the only ones who not only answered their phone, but were able to come out in a reasonable time. They resolved my initial issue and also noticed a larger problem, namely tree roots growing in the pipes that flow out to the sewer. They were able to get back out there the next business day and got all the roots taken care of. On top of being fast and efficient, everyone was super nice. An absolute pleasure to work with this crew. I cant say enough nice things about these guys. Totally recommend.

It really resonated with us because of how overall customer service these days has taken a back seat to profit. ( nothing wrong with profit, but there is a blend for success ) I had 4 bids for a complete re-pipe of our home. 2 of the 4 , barely looked at our concerns, and one company didn't even come out, just gave me a HIGH quote over a text message. My wife and I were immediately set at ease by Armon. Not only did he come out as he said, he was on time and communicated with us at all times. He took the time to take pictures, ask questions of us AND listen to our concerns. We were actually able to negotiate a workable solution and price, which was something the other companies were unwilling to do. One week before the agreed upon start date, I had the pleasure of meeting Art, another brother, I believe there are 3 brothers. But anyway, this guy is TOP SHELF ! He came out and told us he would be doing the re-pipe job, and he went over everything that he needed for me to due in preparation for their arrival. On the start day, they were half an hour early. They went straight to work. All during the day Art was keeping me informed of any and all issues that we should be aware of, and asking ME my opinion, Incredible. These guys worked together very well, it was obvious that they are highly experienced in all aspects of plumbing and re piping. Top of the line tools and well organized parts caught my attention quickly. During the course of this project we had walls exposed in multiple areas, old steel pipe being removed, it looked like mayhem to this home owner, but to them it was all part of this difficult process. At all times they were keeping things picked up and vacuumed, always aware, and causing no harm to our property. Needless to say, this big job had us with some high anxiety, but the feeling that we had while they worked and after completion was so satisfying. Just having the feeling of trust with the people that were in our home, almost immediately, that is priceless. So a great big THANK YOU to Art, Armon, Arman...and lets not forget Uncle Joseph ! After a couple of weeks of disasters with two visits from plumbers our home warranty sent. We decided to find our own here on Yelp. 1st Call Plumbing looked promising, so we called them. Mike is very personable and instilled confidence from the get-go. He listened carefully on the phone and asked pertinent questions, scheduling us in for a quick visit the following morning. We are short on cash and had already checked what the average cost of sewage line replacement was and the various options available. We discussed whether I could dig the trench and have them remove and replace the line. Was given a very nice quote on the understanding that I do a good job digging to their specifications. It took me all my spare time over a few days. Again, Mike was excellent. I didn't have to chase him or even ask. He called one morning and stopped by in between jobs to check my progress. He estimated when I would be done. Did a follow up visit the day before and saw I had pretty much finished. When I was done and gave him a call, he had already penciled us in for the following morning. Mike is punctual and, on all occasions, came exactly when he said he would. To install the new sewer line, he brought his work partner of 25 years Carlos. They are good buddies and between them did all the work quickly and competently. I am happy to say that our sewer line has been working flawlessly for the last 3 weeks. I have no problems recommending First Call Plumbing. Mike was fair and honest from the get-go. A small business who takes pride in their work and does an excellent job. Wish all contractors were as straightforward and easy to work with.

I live in an older home (1950s-1960s) so clogged pipes are a problem and they've always done a great job on them. I also appreciated that they've made good suggestions when I've mentioned the cost of upgrading my plumbing and offered me options that made the cost more within reach. For the last call, a regular cleaning could have caused damage to the sewer line which was breaking and was full of roots, so they water-flushed the blockage instead to get the water moving and I realized, it was time to replace the sewer line before it was too late. I received a discount as a repeat customer. The whole process took less than two days. Mike and Anatoliy came out to do the work. They covered the ground with tarps to minimize cleanup later, digging was a few feet deep but confined to the location of the line, narrow to the point that they saved a favorite rose bush that I was supposed to dig out. I appreciated seeing part of the removal process and the explanation of the original sewer material, how it was installed and how that eventually led to the wear. The work on day one didn't take that long and the pipe was installed and the cleanouts were upgraded to current standards. They handled the permit and scheduling for the inspection and it was passed by late morning so that Mike could. complete the work. The whole removal and installation hardly interrupted my water use. Thank you for the quality work, your professionalism and personal customer service.

The first plumber couldn't get through & told me we'd need to bust out my brand new patio! Dustin came later that day, and not only cleared through the root clog, but accurately isolated the problem to an area that would not disturb my hardscape. Anatoly came the next day and, with a very sunny disposition and only a shovel and a tarp, I watched him magically dig a six ft deep hole to access the problem in no time at all. I still can't figure out how he wasn't even dirty or sweaty. The two of these guys knocked out the job, filled the hole and tidied up, spic and span, just in time for a big party at my house!!
