I will start by saying that Fernando was good, he actually tried to solve the sewer blockage. But then his Supervisor came with a camera and he is a real scammer. He put the camera into the dirty, muddy pipe - of course he couldn't see anything! He went around with a pipe detector and claimed that the gas pipe was the sewage pipe. My Dad who is a civil engineer, lived in the house for 30 years and knows how everything works, clearly showed where the actual pipe was (and he has photos to prove it). But the Supervisor didn't listed. Then this Supervisor said that the whole clean out was built wrong, backwards. The house was built in 1973, 52 years ago. And last week was the first time the sewer got blocked. This Supervisor said that they had to dig everything up and completely replace the clean out, for 3250 dollars! We are not stupid so we sent them home and called another plumber the next day. They had no problem clearing out the sewage and everything is working just fine! For less than 200 dollar. Saw an advertisement saying they offered drain cleaning for $49 and online appointments. I filled in all info and took the first available appointment offered at 5:00. I received a call from them. The rep starts asking me for all the same info I just filled out online. I ask why and she says they have to get more info that wasn't online--and she proceeds to ask me for the same info I filled out. Red flag starting to rise. Then she quotes me $189 for the cleaning. I tell her no, that's not correct. It's $49 for first time customers. She says there is an additional charge if after 5:00. Even though the first appointment showing was at 5:00. Seems VERY SUSPICIOUS that all the online appointments were at 5:00 or later. Red flag fully raised. I canceled the appointment. After 2 weeks of waiting for a call back from management, i wanted to share my experience for the next customers to be aware about this company. My 1st scheduled appointment was on a Monday from 9-10am, they called and said the technician is running behind and wanted to come around 12pm. At 12pm called and said he's still behind and rescheduled for 3pm. At 3:30pm they called again and said after 5pm and they're closing at 5pm and asked me what do I want to do about the appointment???? We ended up waisted the whole day waiting for nothing and rescheduled for the week after. We recently completely remodeled our home, and experience sewage smell coming from our bathroom. I called Rooterman and booked for a complete clean out for all the pipes in the house to the sewage and main line. They came and offered to run the camera through our main line to ensure no leaks/issues with the pipes/lines. They concluded that the line was collapse and suggested a repair costs $3,800. A supervisor called and renegotiate the price to $2,800 to repair and will complete a full clean out for the whole house by bringing a special equipment for the blowout. We agreed to proceed without getting a second quote since it's only fair to them because they took a trip and put effort to uncover the issue. It took them 2 days dig an 8' deep hole and nothing was collapse but instead the original installation was improper and caused the backflow of the water, which led to the smell of the sewage(according to them). We paid them on the completion day and asked them to go over the work, which came to find out they only clean out my main line and not the whole house. The technician called the manager and he denied that he never promise to blow the whole house. I told the technician that I initially called them to clean out my pipes for the whole house not to fix my main line. After took my money, the technician said that a manager will call me back since he can't make the decision. It has been 2 weeks, I paid them and still no call. My bathroom still smell like sewage. It was my fault for trusting them based on the reviews and also not making draft up a contract prior to service. Please BE AWARE of this company and take your service else where. read more

Called in because of our toilet that was clogged by a toy. Operator was knowledgable and explained that they would try to snake it for $125. If that didn't solve the issue, then they would give us a quote on what further work it would take. But if we declined the further work, they would not charge us since they were not able to unclog it. Their plumber was out within 2 hours. We called for a clog, which turned into much more. All of the Drain-Waste-Vent plumbing below the house was literally falling apart. Good thing the home inspector did his job and mentioned that? Not. Don't trust home inspectors, most are a joke. Hire your own, do not trust the sellers. Gustavo M. and his team pulled all of it out and replaced with new in days. They worked late and cleaned up after every day and left us with temporary working plumbing. They were very knowledgeable, respectful and polite. They took pictures of everything, before and after, and will provide a full report. All the work is warranted for 25 years and if anything goes wrong they will fix it for free. I trust they will do just that if anything happens. The price was not cheap, but I expect it is within the industry standards. But cheap work is what was done before and look what that gets you. First of I would not advise anyone to use this service. Plumber came out to unclog my kitchen sink he was so out of shape he could barely get down under the sink. Second he told me after unsuccessfully snaking the drain that the clog was somewhere in the wall and would require making a hole in the outside wall of my home along with the inside dry wall. This man gave me a quote of $3500 dollars. I told him absolutely not. I then called another plumbing company out the same day and they were able to unclog my sink for $150 dollars. This past Friday evening we'd experienced a major plumbing problem from a backup in the upstairs bathroom which made an absolute mess downstairs. After calling 10 or so plumbers there was a minimum of a three day wait. I then called Rooter Man and they were here within in two hours.
