Called in because of our toilet that was clogged by a toy. Operator was knowledgable and explained that they would try to snake it for $125. If that didn't solve the issue, then they would give us a quote on what further work it would take. But if we declined the further work, they would not charge us since they were not able to unclog it. Their plumber was out within 2 hours. We called for a clog, which turned into much more. All of the Drain-Waste-Vent plumbing below the house was literally falling apart. Good thing the home inspector did his job and mentioned that? Not. Don't trust home inspectors, most are a joke. Hire your own, do not trust the sellers. Gustavo M. and his team pulled all of it out and replaced with new in days. They worked late and cleaned up after every day and left us with temporary working plumbing. They were very knowledgeable, respectful and polite. They took pictures of everything, before and after, and will provide a full report. All the work is warranted for 25 years and if anything goes wrong they will fix it for free. I trust they will do just that if anything happens. The price was not cheap, but I expect it is within the industry standards. But cheap work is what was done before and look what that gets you. First of I would not advise anyone to use this service. Plumber came out to unclog my kitchen sink he was so out of shape he could barely get down under the sink. Second he told me after unsuccessfully snaking the drain that the clog was somewhere in the wall and would require making a hole in the outside wall of my home along with the inside dry wall. This man gave me a quote of $3500 dollars. I told him absolutely not. I then called another plumbing company out the same day and they were able to unclog my sink for $150 dollars. This past Friday evening we'd experienced a major plumbing problem from a backup in the upstairs bathroom which made an absolute mess downstairs. After calling 10 or so plumbers there was a minimum of a three day wait. I then called Rooter Man and they were here within in two hours. I'd thought that alone was a major plus until they'd started and finished the work. A major plus is a massive understatement as service men Jacob and Josh were relentless in the professionalism, work ethic and respect of both our home and this unpleasant situation. These two didn't take lunch breaks until their job was complete! I've not seen dedication like this to any job. They'd soon solved our unique situation and acted immediately to resolve it! Their immediate supervisor George was just as dedicated to solve this situation as our home had questionable plumbing design issues (from home made looking work that had been done long before). All three of these workers looked me in the eye with every word they'd spoken to me, and explained in detail the issue. I even had to insist that they call me by my first name instead of my last! Dispatch kept me informed via text, their arrival times and with every facet concerning the job. My total cost was hundreds less than expected as I'd witnessed every duty they'd performed. Had them hydro blast a clogged sewer main, they said it included video inspection and A 30 day warranty, they ran the hydro jet, and were leaving and I said what about the video and they said they don't have a camera. I got them to come back with a camera the next day, 4 days later the sewer backs up again, I call and they say they won't come out and snake it, I have another company come snake it and run a camera and they said rooter man ran the hydro knocked a bunch of scale off the pipe and then didn't flush that material out causing another clog. read more

Don't trust this company! They will overcharge you and up sell you on everything. Our toilet was clogged and we had a Rooter man come out to unclog it. They found root intrusion throughout our pipes that led all the way to the street. They told us the job would cost $15,000 to hydrojet and line the pipe. They tried to finish the job in one day and ended up at 9 pm at night. They said they would send photos and videos to verify their work. The next morning we saw their work, which needed to be completed and up to quality. After requesting Rooterman to complete the service, they ignored our calls and now we are left we an overpriced service and an incomplete job.
