Upon arrival (6:00pm) I was at the front door where there wasn't even a receptionist or an associate that can let you in. I called the number on their site a number of times just to reach no one. I had to ask a random stranger where it was located and when I finally found it (6:07). I was met with the instructor whom was so inconsiderate and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. She tells me the class has already started and doesn't even let me get a word in. I try to explain to her that I've been calling and it's really hard to find the location....she just repeatedly shook her head "no" with a weird look on her face. This is so deeply disheartening because I love yoga and have been an active participant for 4 years. I've never had an instructor be so nonchalant. She didn't even greet me....I will never be going back here.

Meditation definitely helps center the mind and relax yourself of all thoughts and to get engrossed in thoughts as well. There are classes every week if you so desire. Thank you. I also notice that this would be good for people with ADD /ADHD - and lo and behold, when I was leaving the office, I saw brochures on ADD/ADHD. So I guess I was onto something! You can do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the late afternoon (that's what I am doing right now). It's based on your income or you get discounts if you are a full time student.
