Hi. I'm moving at the end of the month and need my EV car charger disconnected from the wall and the power cord pulled through. How much would you charge?

I charge by the hour. My first hour cost $130. and extra hours are $105. I would think to disconnect your equipment would take one hour.

His team was professional and was so accommodating. They helped clear a part of the garage without a complaint in order to run the wires properly. Now that work is complete, im looking forward to finishing up with the chandeliers. Thanks, Romo!!!

My experience with ER Electric was really bad. I went with them because their reviews were so good…read morebut the negative reviews aligned with my experience.  TLDR:  - random cancellations, no shows, and no response when trying to reschedule - still has not provided a receipt for my $3000 payment, after having asked numerous times - shady payments via zelle. His bank kept rejecting my payments and I ended up having to pay his wife's zelle account (??)  Long version: Romo took almost 2 months to complete my project of replacing the subpanel, adding a 20 amp circuit, and repairing any damaged drywall. He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

He…read moreis a consummate professional, who cares as much about doing everything right on your house as much as you do. He redeemed my faith in electricians after I struck out with two different electricians--one completely dropped the ball with SDG&E work order process and the other just ghosted me. Fazel, on the other hand, took care of everything. Not just the SDG&E work order application, but continually communicating with the coordinator and planner to get the electric panel relocation and upgrade plan approved. And when the planner's mistake was discovered at the city permit office, he fixed the problem himself without passing that buck to me. He provided clear communications and status updates along the way, gave me options on parts (size, features, etc.) and installation locations, and was super conscientious about every detail. He even split up his work over multiple days to minimize the time I'd be without power in my house. And most of all, his pricing was fair, reasonable, and completely transparent. I wish all contractors were as good as Fazel is. I will definitely give him all my future electrical work, including solar panel installation and EV charger installation.

The work did not fix the problem, and he later said the issue was with SDG&E. SDG&E confirmed the problem was entirely on their equipment, that nothing was wrong with our home, and that the work performed was unnecessary. When my husband called for clarification, the electrician became defensive, raised his voice, called him a jerk, told him to call his lawyer, and hung up. We were not asking for a full refund, only a reasonable discussion. We actually never discussed a resolution. Any one (or a combination) of the following would have been appropriate in my opinion. Refund for unnecessary work, If SDG&E confirmed the issue was entirely on their side. Charge only for diagnostics, not repairs Credit toward future service, even partial acknowledges the misdiagnosis without admitting fault Good-faith adjustment Ultimately I relied on his on expertise, his work did not fix the issue, I was concerned we paid for unnecessary work, and were received with defensiveness, hostility, and unprofessional conduct. Very disappointing. Im not holding my breath but I really hope we get at a minimum an apology for the unprofessional behavior.
