Warning: Rory's Bakehouse is addictive. As a baker myself, I'm a tough critic, and Rory's lives up to the hype. I've loved everything I've tried. My partner even said their chocolate chip cookie is one of the best he's ever had. The customer service is also great--friendly and welcoming every time. I'm not a huge scone person but I ordered a couple today for breakfast tomorrow morning. I decided I would take a little bite of one of them.... And I'm now finishing off the last bite It's still July 4th in the afternoon. These are so good The chocolate chip cookies..... Are amazing as well. I live in North Napa but every time I'm in the South part of town I'm going to stop by. Adding to my review I purchase these items on July 4th and today is July 5th I just had the Boston. Pie.. I don't know what's in it but on the second layer there's this crunchy thing that's amazing and my children were fighting over who could lick the sides of the tin... Not really sure what it is other than it's just deliciousness.Bravo! read more

Probably the best brick & mortar place to get cookies in Napa!! Convenient little walk-up window to order from. Love that they started doing "twilight hours". We were never able to catch them before they closed before! The rotating flavors of dot cakes are fun, cookies are to die for and when you get them when they're still warm *chef's kiss*. Ordered s'mores, rocky road, chocolate chip & white chocolate chip cookies, chocolate & caramel and funfetti dot cakes and banana bread. Thought I got a pic of the bright pink walk-up window and the haul before everyone dug in but I guess not! Living in the East Bay, I finally was able to stop by Rory's for my pastry fix. I tried an assortment of ready to eat as well as bake at home. The passion fruit iced tea, double chocolate cookie, ham and cheese biscone and the passion fruit key lime pie were all outstanding. I'd say, the key lime was one of the best I've had. All the flavors were well balanced, fresh and creative. The kids are excited to try the bake at home cinnamon rolls! Rory's is a gem! read more

Cutest little pink-framed window in a cute little strip mall. At 10:30am on the Saturday after 4th of July, there was no line and we parked right in front. They were out of the cheddar bacon corn biscuits, so we'll have get up earlier next time. The lady at the window was nice and friendly. We bought: 1x Strawberry Vanilla Scone (Texture is like a biscuit and croissant with seasonal strawberries, it's genius) 1x Giant Snack Attack Cookie (Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, packed with peanut butter and chocolate chunks and a mini pretzel which brings extra crunch and salt into that bite) 3x Giant Cinnamon Rolls (I'm a cinnamon roll connoisseur and I came here for this was really excited for it, but it was dry. I was so sad. I bought 3. They were all dry. Maybe not baked fresh? Maybe day old? Super bummed, but the frosting was good) 1x Mini Carrot Cake (Perfectly moist with raisins, nuts, carrots in every bite. The frosting was not overly sweet) I'll have to come back next time we're in Napa, for cinnamon roll redemption and the biscuits. This is a gem of a bakery on Old Sonoma Road in Napa. Everything I have purchased at the take out window has been delicious. Rory is an amazing baker! Staff who help her are cheerful and courteous. Today's purchases were a strawberry scone, two chocolate chip cookies and a mini carrot cake to share with others in my household. There are usually some savory options as well. I'd been meaning to order frozen goods from Rory's since I first heard about her. Was excited to find out their pickup window doesn't just have the frozen treats you see online but also has ready to eat treats as well! We went intentionally for the croque biscones to bake at home, and left with a cookie to have on the spot that was delicious. Made the biscone for breakfast this morning and wow! Bought the lemon raspberry meringue ice box pie for hubby's birthday. It was supposed to be for him to enjoy since I don't like meringue for the eggy taste. Rory told me I would not be disappointed. She was so right! I tasted it and it does not taste eggy. The lemon curd with the raspberry pops in your mouth and the meringue melts in your mouth. It's not too sweet at all. Rory's Bakehouse makes the best ready to eat and bake at home treats in the Valley. You can't go wrong - I have never had something I didn't love! Marshmallow crispy treats, not matter how she makes them - 10/10. We love her bagels more than any we had in NYC. Literally everything on her menu is so good. You can't go wrong! Run, don't walk to her little pink shop. You won't be disappointed. She always has a smile on her face and no matter who is at the window, they are happy to see you. Gosh how to approach this. Rory. I love everything about your bakery. I could stop right there but you deserve me to keep going on and on but its simplicity at its best. You offer a wonderful and absolutely delicious product. You offer it at great prices. You get it to us quickly. I had the butter milk apple fritter cake. I not literally, but figuratively shit my best underwear, and I am known to wear Louis Vuitton. it was that good. I gave my neighbor half. It's convenient to order online and pick- up so easily at her kitchen to bake at home to fill the house with the smells of freshed backed items to share with friends or family. Rory's is THE BEST!! I love to bake in my spare time, but sometimes I don't have the time to whip something up for a last min dinner party or invite. This is why I stock up on Rory's. Her baked goods are delicious, and it's so helpful to just pop some cookies or tart in the oven and bring a warm homemade goodie to a last min gathering. Not to mention that maybe I don't want to bake 300 cookies, because I have a craving for one or two.... If you have not yet discovered Rory's, you need to try it. Most of her baked goods are frozen and you bake them at your convenience. It is amazing to have these wonderful pastries, cookies, etc., coming out of your own oven and just so delicious. And so convenient. She drops a new menu each Sunday afternoon and you can either pick them up later in the week or also have them delivered in the Napa area. I highly recommend this business. read more

Absolutely everything on her menu is delicious!!! Every night I slice a frozen cookie into 4 and bake it off as my dessert. And in the mornings it's great to have an amazing scone assortment in the freezer to choose from! Love Rory and all that she does!
