Rosa Maria's food is amazing. So delicious. I come here at least once a week. However, I usually go to the Redlands one. I was in the area and we stopped at this one. This review has nothing to do with the food. There were two girls working. The one that took are order was fine. Professional and sweet. The one that handed the food was EXTREMELY rude!! I was looking for a good breakfast burrito spot and came across this place. I ordered two breakfast burritos and I just have to say this... the horrible customer service is not worth the experience for those mediocre burritos. The ladies working in the front are rude and condescending, making the atmosphere unwelcoming. I couldn't even ask for a clarification of my order without receiving a sour attitude in return. I lived in San Bernardino for 32 years and this was my favorite place to eat after I moved to montana I still ordered the burrito's and got them delivered in montana , I came down to visit family for Christmas and before I even got to my family's house I had to stop by Rosie's for a MRC burrito , what the hell happened I was so disappointed, I was really bummed out , instead of a soft and home made tortilla it was falling apart before I got the my burrito ate , it didn't taste like a burrito that I I ended up throwing half away, and I called my son and asked what happened to Rosa Maria's burritos and he said he doesn't go anymore since they changed sad to see my favorite place go down , I'll try the Rosie's in the north end my old stomping grounds maybe they didn't change I can only hope read more

I've gone to Rosa Maria's many times since living in highland, and lately I've been very disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food they serve. Today I went in because it was late and I was tired off cooking, been cooking dinners all week and wanted to just pick up some food to go. Within my families order, I ordered for myself an XL-chili verde burrito with "extra meat" and the normal beans and rice that it comes with. When I got home I noticed that the burrito was more tortilla then anything else. Already starting to get upset cause they charged me extra for the meat I requested, I opened the burrito to find two small pieces of pork ( quarter size) and some fragments of meat here and there! I was beyond upset and disappointed, I kept calling the store for them to make me a new burrito but since it was close to closing time they wouldn't answer their phone! We don't have many restaurants in highland that I would go to as it is and now Rosa Maria's might become one that I skip from now on. If you don't respect each customer that goes through your doors eventually you won't have many coming back. Also if there was a shortage of meat, you should have just told me! Asked me to pick something else on the menu and apologized for the inconvenience... not charge me extra and then give me less then nothing to eat when I got home. read more

Mainly because they messed up my order. I ordered two MC burritos one was chicken and one was pork, a garbage burrito, and a kid taco meal with rice. When they called my number I only received two burritos and a kid's meal. So I had told them we were missing a burrito. We get our other burrito and headed home. Once we got home my son didn't get a taco, instead he got a cheese quesadilla. My husband didn't get a MC burrito. Instead he got chicken with chopped chili's in his burrito. I have to say, this place is clean!! They run a tight ship and I like the vibe. Ok, now to the food... Freshly made tortillas make everything better and theirs are no exception. I had a bean, rice, and cheese burrito that was good. I've had better, but it was still pretty darn good. My kids had bean and rice burritos that they devoured and my husband had the garbage burrito that was "Great and very tasty." I really like they they offer different burrito sizes, too. I've been a customer here for 14 yrs & my problems have been a few but the main one is their inconsistency sometimes the food is good & sometimes it's awful. I tried their menudo & initially was pretty tasty. Now it's just greasy & meat is over cooked & you hardly get any. The breakfast burrito sometimes are delicious & other times not so good. Stopped in to pick up lunch while we were on our way to visit family. We ordered 5 chili verde burritos and several shredded beef tacos. The chili verde burritos were filled with lots of pork (no rice and beans, etc.). I would have preferred to have some more sauce with the pork. It was a while before we reached our destination so the fried taco shells were a little greasy, although tasty. My family enjoyed their burritos and tacos. I also recommend the shredded beef tacos which are great at any time (lots of cheese and lettuce come with it). A classic. Rosa Maria's is good for fast Mexican food that is better than say Bakers or The Green Burrito inside a Carl's Jr. They used to be purely pork, but now they do chicken and beef also. I think the first time I tasted their food was a piece of a 6 foot long garbage at an office party back in the mid 90s. The garbage burrito is nothing special though. The chile relleno burrito is. A chile relleno rolled in a flour tortilla with pork chile verde. Well played sirs. Oh, the dining area is clean and boring.
