Deliveries have arrived over an hour late, orders have been deleted without notification, and I have had to drive to the store myself to resolve issues with delivery orders. These problems are recurring and point to breakdowns in the delivery process, not one-off mistakes. After last night's situation, I will no longer order delivery from this location. The current delivery operation is unreliable, and after years of patience, I am done rolling the dice.
