The place has been remodeled to a beautiful looking restaurant clean and just amazing I ordered a cheese beef on garlic bread with fries and it is delicious and the portions are huge. Worse experience ever! Ordered pizza, wings, and fries. The pizza and wings were cold and the fries were soggy... called and informed them that the food was cold and the guy did not care...he basically blamed the wind or weather for this...He refused to send another pizza saying well it should be hot...If I'm telling you the pizza is cold it's cold...worse Customer service ever...will never order from them again. read more

I have been coming to this same Rosati's location for over 20yrs. It's where my teenage prom date took me for dinner. It's where I brought my own kiddos when they were babies in a high chair. We've celebrated a couple birthdays here, and even came to fuel up after a peewee football game or two. Now I order from here when the kids are home from college and we want a quick homestyle dinner. Or I'll stop by on my own when I have a night to just treat myself (and not have to share the garlic bread). Truly, the quality of the food and the quality of service has never wavered all these years. They sure know how to make delicious Italian food. And they sure know how to hire/train amazing staff. ordered xl thin crust pizza for delivery. was told 1hr to 1hr 15 min delivery. 2 hours later, no pizza. we're sitting in the driveway/garage and decided to call. we were then told that the delivery driver "came to the house" and tried dropping it off. clearly, this never happened since we never. got. it. Manager "ruso" said he would have liked to call us, but we didn't leave a phone number. okay, we were never asked for a phone number. so what happened with the pizza? we were told it was thrown out, and they were waiting for us to call and see what happened. no discount, we were offered a free soda, or another pizza full price + 1 hour wait. being in the restaurant industry, I get it. things happen, etc. I'm usually not one to write a review at all, but I know that if this were to happen in my place of work (another local pizza restaurant) my manager would have at LEAST been more considerate, if not offered more. they acted like I was crazy for questioning it. been coming here for 10 years, hate to say i'm this disappointed. read more

I've been to this location several times since I live in the area. The people aren't exactly the friendliest (they stare at you like you're "bothering them"), but the pizza is usually good. This last time I visited I ordered a medium double dough and received the usual not-so-friendly service and an even more terrible pizza. The dough was soaked with sauce and only about 2/3rd's of the pizza actually had cheese on it. A third of the outer diameter was actually all sauce. So it seems their poor attitudes are translating into the pizza itself. Nothing like paying $20 for a pizza and having to provide your own cheese. We had our daughters birthday dinner here after her basketball game and I made sure they would accommodate her team before coming. They were very helpful when I called and when we arrived it was close to 30-40 of us and they did a great job with getting our food to us and the food was excellent! We've been on the search for a good local pizza spot since we moved in a few years ago. We had Rosati's at a bday party venue nearby for kids and asked where it was from. Terrible, terrible customer service. I was a loyal customer for years w/Rosati's. The owner who took over a few years ago has absolutely no regard for meeting customers needs. In the past, the previous owner would go above & beyond to meet Specific dietary needs of my family. Since this new owner, he refuses. Example: substitute a side salad instead of fries with a meal. He says no and that we'll have to pay separate for a salad. Today, I called in and ordered the following: a medium white pizza w/olive oil & fresh garlic. I asked for it to include spinach & mushrooms. A Caesar salad was also ordered. He told me the told was $38.00. When I questioned the price, he read back to me "medium pizza w/olive oil, garlic, spinach & mushroom, and a Caesar salad. I agreed and, to my fault, accepted the order. When I received the pizza, it had tomatoes, EXTRA spinach, EXTRA mushrooms, & EXTRA garlic. Now I know why it was so expensive! My kids cannot eat tomatoes. so therefore, I would never had ordered them. I called the owner & he blamed me for not ordering the correct pizza. He said "the menu for whit pizza includes tomatoes". First off, the menu I have, has no mention of tomatoes. I said if I wanted tomatoes I would have ordered them. At NO TIME did he apologize for his mistake, nor try to work with me to rectify the situation. He began arguing with me & told me that I should have known what I was ordering. Am I crazy, here? So the last two times I've had problems with this FRANCHISE and I'm DONE with this location. The first time the pizza was cold and I called and all they offered me was 25% off my next order. That's a joke. The second, and last time, was we ordered a salad asked for creamy garlic dressing, which is on their menu and they sent Italian. Both website and yelp account show that they are open until midnight. When I called to place an order at 11PM, they stop taking orders at 11PM. Then they said they close at 11PM. Ordered food via GH, 40 minutes after the delivery time, I had to call them and ask where the driver was. They said they have been trying to call me and that their GPS could not locate me. So both TMO failed and an address that's been here for over 15 years and works in all GPS systems I have failed simultaneously. So let's give them the benefit of the doubt, so I call GH and tell them all this and ask the question, does a driver have the ability to contact you if they cannot deliver and the answer is yes. They are supposed to contact GH who will notify you. So basically this place is unreliable for delivery and lies. They told me to call GH to get a refund. read more

Great go to family night order out pizza place! Great value on toppings...great crust!! Big chief beef sandwich has ample portions of beef and cheese, a little dry but i always order it!! Not impressed with this rosatis. I love double dough pizza and this place has the worst. The crust is nothing like what double dough is supposed to be. This also includes their pizza by the slice, it's basically big slices of double dough. I have had rosatis at other locations and would have to say I never had a problem with their pizza. Not sure what's up with this location. I live so close to here but I will never go back here again. Old town pizza on R59 has awesome double dough pizza and that's where I go from now on. This pizza place is so unprofessional. I ordered pizza for family dinner one night, the pizza was dry, cold, and nasty. It tasted like the card board box that it must have been sitting in at least 30 to 40 minutes before bring to us. I called immediately and advised the manager, he said no problem he would place a credit for the pizza or send a new one that night. I told him the credit was fine. Yet again, this location got my order wrong. They read back my order correctly on the phone when scheduling a pickup but when I get there its missing ingredients not only on the pizza but they didn't even put the ingredient on the order. How do you read it back correctly but enter it in incorrectly. the service here is horrible. They spent more money upgrading the ceiling at this location than the quality in the staff. quality of the food is good, service and consistency needs alot of work. Rosatis is fire. The only place my wife and I will go get pizza in the area. My wife and I don't like deep dish at other locations that only serve this style pizza. At Rosatis the thin crust pizzas regardless of what one you get are delicious. There service is great and plain and simple best pizza anywhere in the burbs. This place is convenient for me but I find myself going to other places nearby. The quality of service has plummeted in recent years and the attention to detail is fading rapidly. I have been ordering from here going on 6 years so I'm not just complaining. The consistency of the way my pizzas are made is way too random. Ingredients are not always going to the outer edge, under done, over done. I've had my order prepared wrong numerous times and had to wait for a remake with no offer for compensation. The staff is full of young kids that show little care for customer service. I get that they are young and work in a pizza place, but when your money is spent at a place that is local to me and is frequented often, you kinda expect good service after a while. The interior of this place is pretty bad. Dirty floors are noticed by me everytime I enter the door and I always wonder how people eat in there.
