This was our 1st order from Rosati's new Dyer location. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Toppings were good - not overdone and flavorful. I asked for light sauce and delivery. While we got rhat, the crust was nor good. I needed a knife and fork because it was so limp. Even if I asked for crispy, this pizza could not be restricted. Limp and soggy for a 16" at $45 plus tip... not going to try again. They are in the old Sanfrantello location but not the quality of most other pizzas in NWI. read more

We tried the new location twice now for carry out and couldn't be happier. Pizzas were loaded and very tasty. A Fab Four and a sausage and mushroom. Perfectly done. Pickup was easy with the drive thru. Polite courteous service. We'll definitely order again. "Most" of the bad reviews I've read are from years back. I'd recommend giving them a try. read more

Never. Will. Order. From. Here. Again. We ordered three Italian Beef sandwiches. When they arrived, we were taken aback, to be sure. Each sandwich had maybe 1 or 2 slices of very dry beef, 3 at the most. One of the sandwiches was only half full, lengthwise, yet there were beef stains on the other half of the bun.... did someone take some out? Eat it? We'll never know.... I wish I could say these pictures are doctored, but no, they're not. We called to speak to the manager who seemed very not concerned. He offered new food or a credit. We took the credit, but we'll never take advantage of it - there are WAY better places to order from. read more

I like the pizza. I stopped in for a slice a couple of weeks ago and noticed that it was pretty dirty under the prep tables and cooler to the left from what I could see from the front counter. I stopped in today and all that crap was STILL there. I know because there was a bottle cap amongst the mess that was the same. I'll probably not return. I can only imagine what the back of house looks like if they don't clean what you can see from the front. read more

I ordered a 12" pizza with "fresh basil" and "fresh garlic"(was charged an additional $2+ for each ) via door dash pickup. What I received isn't what I ordered. They obviously gave me a dash of dried basil seasoning and put heaping chunks of garlic on the pizza. The 18" pepperoni was damned near charred and the "garlic bread" was a sinister joke. The "dough nuggets" were good though. The girl behind the counter was completely clueless as well. They had a nice drink selection. read more

If there was an option for NO star. I would!!!! I typically love to eat at Rosati's. Since I was a former employee at the Schererville location. I know how to prepare the food on the menu. Dyer location did not meet the Rosati's corporate expectations. I would shut down and train all employees the correct way to make each dish. Called in for a delivery at 5:39 PM. Talked to K Jitender. I was told 30 minutes. Over 2 hours and 3 calls later, the pizza arrived cold and missing an ingredient I paid for. This location is like the subway of pizza; they put on toppings like they are 500.00 an ounce. It had maybe 4 tomato slices and a handful of black olives on a medium pizza. Trust the reviews! This place is terrible. The last time I was there the girl give me a bunch of pizza by the slice without a bag to carry them out in as she walked away. Maybe it's because as I was paying she asked me if I wanted to tip her and I said no... Mind you I have no problem tipping for carry out and have done it many, many times but when you ask me if I want to tip you and you already have an attitude... No thanks. This place has gone downhill since new ownership. The sausage pizza you're lucky to get two bits of sausage on a piece of pizza. Also the overall taste is bland, like its missing something. The Dough Nuggets are pure garbage. They are supposed to have garlic parmesan butter but they always come plain even when I ask for the garlic butter. I hate giving a place with decent food one star but I swear, this place is begging to get rid of any and all customers. I've eaten here about 8 times. It's close, and the one in Schererville was always good. However, unless you literally show up in person and order, you're probably going to be over charged, your coupons won't be honored, or the time it takes to make your food will literally be twice what the establishment estimates. First, don't EVER order online. Half of the time the website crashes and deletes your order. Second, no coupons will be honored online. NONE. Nothing is ever accepted. If you place your order and bring the coupon in person, they'll laugh at you. Third, you'll get a confirmation email telling you when to pick up your order. This time will in NO WAY be accurate. I ordered pizza yesterday. It said 25 minutes. (Mind you this was a Tuesday afternoon at 4pm - not a busy time.) I showed up after 25 minutes...and was told to wait, and wait, and wait.... after a total of FIFTY (50) minutes, my order was ready. I asked the uninterested girl why the email told me 25 minutes and she said, "well, unless we manually update the time, it won't be right.) SO MANUALLY UPDATE IT, MA'AM. I've asked before why the coupons don't work online. Another girl told me they constantly get complaints about their website. And? Are they fixing? Apparently not. This pizza is like a 3 star pizza but the service drops it to a 1. Every single time it's something. Their staff looks so bored and annoyed, they don't care that you're inconvenienced. I placed two separate orders to get the Wednesday special if you buy a 16 or 18" pizza you get 1/2lb wings . My first order was a large sausage and half pepperoni pizza. I got home opened he pizza the it was half pepperoni and no sausage. I called the store to let them know that I had no sausage on the pizza. Employee said hold on I'll have to ask. Very, very, very upset. I called and placed an order at 8pm. Says they are open till 11pm. Was told 20 minutes. Due to weather I didn't get there until 830pm. No lights on door locked. Just terrible. I placed an order through Grubhub (1 medium pizza, fried mushrooms & dough nuggets) around 3:50pm & was quoted a 5:05-5:15p delivery time in the confirmation email. At 5:30p I still haven't heard anything so I called the restaurant & was told that "someone confirmed the order but no one made it". Um, what? The kid that answered the phone offered to start the order at that time, but it "would probably be about another hour" no thanks...nearly 4 hours for a small order? I don't think so. I would strongly recommend you terminate operations with your third party as this seems to cause too many issues with orders, and will end up in a loss of business. Maybe switch to better and more reliable ordering third party vendor, or have oversight and integration of the orders in your system. I appreciate the reply however, we will never return. I put in on online order for the schererville location. All communications through email confirmed schererville. When I got to the location, there was a sign on the door saying to go to the Dyer location. My email said it would be ready in 45 min. When I arrived a guy behind the counter said just a minute. I stood there for about 6-7. when I opened the door, someone appeared and told me "they were really busy" and it had just been put in. This was now an hour after I ordered. If I hadn't paid online already, I would have cancelled my order. Finally got my order 45 min after the email said it would be ready. read more

Horrible experience. Website shows them as open on Sundays so today we placed a $75 order for a kids birthday party. The order was placed online. First we got a message showing it had been delivered but....no pizza. Called customer service and she said the driver was out still making deliveries so, okay, waited a bit longer. When it was over two hours, we called and they offered us 30 dollars off. We chose to just cancel the order which left us with a party of people with no food except cake. My son decided to get in the car and drive over to the Dyer Rosati to better understand this mess. When he got there, the restaurant was not even open!! 4 PM on a Sunday when they are supposed to open at 11. To top it off, the family hosting the party orders regularly from this exact Rosatis. They just lost a customer and the business of a bunch of other families. Zero stars. They do not even deserve one star. read more
