Giving this restaurant 3 stars because I cannot give 2 1/2 stars. Went here because I had a gift card that was good for Outback, Carrabba's, Bonefish Grill or Flemings. We chose Carrabba's due to its proximity to us. We ordered raspberry, flavored, iced tea, Caesar salad, Sacchetti appetizer, and Lasagne. My partner ate some of the Sacchetti appetizer as her dinner. I say some because it was room temperature. The server asked how our food tasted and we told her the appetizer was not hot or even warm. The manager came over and asked if we wanted a new one. We did not want a new one and we're happy to find out that they took it off the bill. The lasagna was just OK and regrettably. I ordered a take-home for the $10 deal before I was able to taste it as my dinner that night. My soup and my partner salad was brought out first and very shortly after about two minutes the rest of our food came out. We were disappointed because we did not finish our first course at that time. My soup came with a teaspoon and not a soup spoon. The raspberry iced tea did not have a lot of flavor. We asked our server about this, and she said that the manager changed the sign in the back from six pumps of flavoring to two pumps of flavoring recently. Two pumps was not enough. read more

I expected much more for a $38 meal although it does include three sides. The steak was almost inedible. As for the sides, the sautéed spinach was perfect. The penne was too large for a side a. TheCaesar salad was a bit of a disappointment with soggy lettuce.my humble suggestion would be to just stick to two sides and cut the price accordingly. Three sides are too many for a big dinner like that As for the appetizer of the shrimp scampi, the broth was beautiful a lot of garlic, very flavorful however, the shrimp was cooked beyond recognition . Is everyone knows shrimp needs to be cooked very delicately and lightly Overall there's a lot of potential there but the steak needs to be a higher quality cut with marbling and more tender in this cost rage. I haven't been here in about a year. It was as I remembered it. Although the bread was served with a wad of wet looking seasoning on a plate. We asked & they said to add olive oil for the bread. It used to be served mixed. Strange. Anyway the place is very chain restaurant looking. Cozy & clean. My Ceasar salad was good. The shrimp was delicious. Big & cooked perfectly. Penne pasta was good. The food part about this was mostly the service and though the food was hot and ready it wasn't all that fresh. I understand you're a chain but canned mushrooms ‍ on a lunch special sandwich is just cutting costs. I went for a family members birthday and were walked in on the smell of old mop water. The host showed up to a table and we were greeted with ease. The server understood when I mentioned a birthday and surely when the time came she said she couldn't sing hahaha or carry a tune. Which I get it! Overall the appetizer I was told was overly salty but hot only because there was only maybe 4 or 5 diners. We come for the happy hour and it never disappoints. The sangria is so yummy & sweet. The fritte dish thing is delicious, calamari always hits. Star of the show is the Cannoli cake! Omg, we fought over the plate. The only thing was they ran out of a few things we wanted to try but it was okay. Service was good and she took great care of us. I was out and about shopping and decided that I wanted a tally so I stopped by Carrabba's because I had a taste for some good chicken marsala. Like most Italian restaurants the lighting was low, but I like that ambience that it gives. I decided to sit at the bar since it was just me dining. My server name was Carl very mannered, friendly and handsome young man. He was very attentive and accommodating. I started my meal off with a cocktail; I had an espresso martini it was strong, but good and then Carl brought me a basket of warm bread and spicy pesto before my meal. My salad was good, although I don't care for olives of any kind. My chicken Marcelis was delicious and I had sautéed spinach which was also very delicious. Between my daughter and myself we have ordered through door dash 4-6 times in the last 3 months always ordered during the day and everything was excellent!! (Except the pasta salad once I did not care for it ..it was dry with a strange consistency) plus we have actually came in and ordered at the restaurant as well 4-6 times in the last 3 months. Always during the week middays. Everything was ALWAYS delicious and no complaints! Tonight we ordered through DoorDash again and it must be the manager on Sunday nights or weekend evening manager but everything was horrible...normally we get the steak sandwich meals as we ordered tonight (normally I could literally eat these 2-3 times a week) tonight I am very questionable if I will order from here again! First no bread or seasoning just olive oil 2nd I ordered sweet tea and it was regular no sweet tea. (Needed stickers over the straw holes to protect our drinks) 3rd normally our meals come all in the same box sandwich soup and cookie (it keeps everything nice and warm for delivery with hot soup in same box) sandwich was in separate box (not normal box smaller one) with "Steak" written on the top. Soups were less than 1/2 full and mainly just broth. Soup was in a brown bag no soup spoons plus this was the first time we had to re-heat our food. Which makes the bread really chewy and gross! Figured you all needed to know the quality of the food that was delivered today since it was "less then". I get it was delivered but I was in communication with the DD driver the whole time...and she came directly to my home no stops on the way so it was not her. Couple of suggestions! #1 put on your DD menu where we can order extra sauce if we choose to. #2 put on the menu where we can order extra cookies if we choose too. Because both cookies are delicious and we always want to order extra but we can't. #3 make sure there are stickers for the straw holes for delivery so we know our drinks were not tampered with. read more

We attended the feast of the 7 fishes wine dinner. IT WAS AMAZING! Management does a really good job at making sure the food comes out fresh and hot. The flavors of the food were delicious. I ordered Doordash/Takeout - so my review may be specific to delivery and not dine-in... I ordered the Calamari, Fettuccine Carrabba and the Bread and Dipping Sauce Trio. Calamari: This was actually my favorite part of the meal. It was lightly breaded and fried, lemon slices, two sauces. Very tasty. Some of the calamari was a bit tougher than others though. 9/10 Fettuccine Carrabba: I wanted to like this the most, but it was dry, the chicken was in larger than normal chunks and it should have been more strips, but the chicken didn't have much of a taste to it either. The peas were there, but you couldn't really taste them either. This dish was bland and dry. 4/10 Bread and Dipping Trio: the bread wasn't as fresh as it should have been. It was wrapped in foil and you received about 7 slices. There were also 3 dips: alfredo sauce, marinara sauce, and tomato cream. Garlic bread would have been a better appetizer for this dinner. The alfredo sauce was watery and not thick enough. The marinara sauce was chunky and not a good "dip." The tomato cream was sweet and my least favorite. 2/10 I would entertain dining inside the restaurant to determine if the food quality is better dining in instead of delivery. read more

Tee is an incredible and attentive server with a heart of gold! I cannot say enough about how well she and the expo staff handled a party of 18. All timing was perfect and she was really nice to folks in the party who were waffling on what to order and offering suggestions. All servers do an incredibly difficult job, but it's wonderful people like Tee who take an outing above and beyond. Her kindness, warmth, and expertise is at 3 Michelin level. read more

Dinner was meh. Avoid the sautéed spinach. My husband and I took our daughter and her family to Carrabba's last night. Two of us had the sirloin, ordered medium rare and it was chewy. And the garlic was insane. I had garlic mashed potatoes which I expected but the spinach had WAY too much garlic. For a small amount of spinach there most likely was a whole shaved garlic clove in the dish. I started picking it out. I went here there are some new good things going on on the menu. First the food was good. They have a special if you buy a dinner then you get one to go for only $10. It must be same or lower price than your meal. Danielle our server and she was great! She kept checking on us and making sure we had bread and drinks. The Carrabba's website says they're a family oriented company however I found this to be completely false. My father passed recently & this was his favorite place to eat so I made a reservation for 65 people to have dinner after the funeral. The reservation was taken without issue & the hostess was very friendly. However 30 minutes after making the reservation, an extremely unprofessional manager called me and cancelled my reservation. She started she would not dedicate that much space at HER restaurant on a busy night. I explained the situation & she still demanded that the reservation be canceled. This Carrabba's is not a family oriented restaurant, it appears they only care about how many people they can churn through their restaurant. My family & friends will never give this place another dollar. read more

The food is pretty good. They offer lunch specials and day of the week specials. The service is... really great when they're not super busy but they need more help. Once it gets busier the service is lacking but still sweet. They start with bread at the table with olive oil to dip. This is actually one of my favorite parts of my meal. Cuz i love bread. And... I'll never be a skinny girl. Lol! We ordered the Calamari for an appetizer and it did not disappoint. So very yum. I ordered the Linguine Pescatore. We visited on Amore Monday where you get an appetizer/dessert, soup/salad, and an entree ranging from about $13-20. I ordered the small calamari, minestrone soup, and chicken marsala with penne pomodoro as the side. The calamari was crispy and plentiful, the soup had a lot of beans and chickpeas (I didn't care too much for it), and the chicken marsala was decent. I wish they served the penne on a separate plate because the tomato sauce from the pasta clashed with the chicken marsala. My bf ordered the fettuccine weesie which is pretty much shrimp alfredo. That one was really creamy and delicious! There weren't many people at the time we visited, but we had extremely slow service. It was around 3:30 that we came. I couldn't find the waitress and she didn't visit often. While we were eating, I saw the manager walking table to table to ask how the food was, but she never visited ours. We walk in & we were greeted immediately. I was expecting more of a Olive Garden or Applebee's vibe, but it definitely was a bit more upscaled. The hostess sat us at the table & we were greeted again immediately by our waitress, I'm so sorry, but can not recall her name. But she was so friendly, outgoing, & helpful. We were served nice warm bread with the pesto and oil which was soooo delicious. We asked for more and our waitress brought it to us right away. I ordered the chicken parmigiana sandwich and my daughter ordered the mussel, shrimp and linguine pescatarian. We also ordered dessert which was also very good. My first time at the restaurant because of the recommendation of a friend. The pesto sauce for the warm bread was hot and spicy. I did not like it that much. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs that were not as good as Olive Garden, but cost more. My mom ordered ribeye steak cooked medium well, but it was well done. I had never received the appetizer bread and oil with the spices from a restaurant when carrying out. That prompted me to go dine in. The service at the door was pleasant. The restaurant is beautiful and welcoming. I tried a different meal than what I ordered for carry out. It was just as delicious. I went back less than a week later and tried the Johnny Trio. I didn't like how it arrived with a lot of "liquid" in my plate. So I asked for a plate to transfer my food to. Once I did that, it tasted amazing. When I was sick and couldn't leave my house, I ordered food from here through door dash because I just had to have it. Unfortunately, I don't take many pictures.
