Chicago 14" Pizza - Classic Combo

I am from Chicago and read the reviews. They are wrong this place is amazing. Ate there two times in two days! LOVED it! Great thin crust pizza! Hats off to you!

Large deep dish with pepperoni and garlic

If you're craving a Chicago-style deep dish pizza in Estero, Rosati's is the place to go. We ordered a large deep dish with pepperoni and fresh garlic, and it was delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were generous. Plus, the fresh garlic was a nice touch. One thing to note: call ahead for carry-out. Deep dish pizzas take a bit longer to prepare, and when we arrived, we noticed they had a ton of carry-out orders.

BBQ Beef (not on the menu, but they made it for me).

The food here never disappoints. No matter what you want- Pizza, an Italian Beef or something else, this location always comes through with a delicious meal! My only disappointment is if you look a the suggested gratuity at the bottom on your bill, they are calculating it post-tax which goes against the universal standard that you don't in on government taxes and fees. This means even generous tippers are paying even more than they should, and it's deceptive. This has been a popular trend in the Naples area, and when called out some restaurant owners have apologized and quickly corrected the issue. We will see if Rosati's does the same. Aside from that, a great option for lunch or dinner! Just use the pre-tax amount to calculate a proper tip.

I am still going to give this restaurant 5 stars because I absolutely love the atmosphere. I could sit in the bar all night and listen to the pianist play songs. There are zero TV's at the bar and the pianist really makes for an enjoyable night. Up first, I had an $18 Ember in Bloom which consists of: Los Vecinos Mezcal, Aperol, Watermelon Juice, Lime, Salt & Lime Zest Rim. Served on the Rocks. I thought it was pretty good, and better than most. It at least had a moderately smoky taste. I think I'm just extreme on liking drinks smoky. Then, I had the $15 Caesar salad. It was pretty standard. Nothing spectacular or bad, just standard. I was pretty starved so I got 2 entrees: $24 Meatball & Mushroom Pizza: Meatball, Fonduta Sauce, Caramelized Onion, Mushroom, Mozzarella, Basil, Parmigiano-Reggiano $28 Pappardelle 'Capri': Handcut Pappardelle, San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Basil, Buffalo Mozzarella, Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil I thought the pizza was fine. Once again, very good, but nothing spectacular. And the same goes for the pasta. Maybe I ordered the wrong things, but I wasn't particularly blown away by the food here. Like I said, a cool place to come relax and listen to the pianist.

(kinda on the smaller side) i did end up getting a second one ($15 each). For apps we got the tuna cervichi and flatbread. (I do not eat raw tuna, so I have no option on that dish. But the rest of the table ate it up) The flat bread was great too. It had black olives, figs, tomatoes and lots of cheese. For dinner we each ordered something different. I got the crab cake stuffed Salmon with seasoned spinach and mashed topped with, what i think the waitress said was lobster sauce.. altho my friend that got the seafood risotto was supposed to have the same sauce on top but hers was a much more red color. The risotto was another great dish. It had scallops, big shrimps and muscles in it. Cooked perfectly. My friend had the Sicilian Penne. He said: It was a delicious pasta dish with sausage and cannellini beans. The Gorgonzola cheese was an amazing addition that really took the dish to the next level. Our server Sydney was great. She let us know they were short staffed some wait ataff and she may have been backed up (there was probably 6 tables in there at the time idk.. where I waitress i have a 12 table station, and its fast paced..) but she still a great job. The restaurant its self love nice after the renovations, but inqoukdnhave never known it was a finer dining place rather then a typical breakfast diner from the outside of it. Ill be back! There were other things on the menu I'd like to try. (Please, dont mind the photos, we were all just so excited to dig in i didn't remember to take pics till we were 1/4 of the way into eating)

The owners are recent arrivals from Italy. I have already extolled this place on Google for gnocchi and walnut cream sauce from heaven and I could say as much for the risotto with pecorino and figs that I just had today. I would like to eat the whole menu but we go there after our semi-annual appointments with our cardiologists and have to be cautious. They are in this location because it was available. In my opinion there is not enough traffic, and not enough people are going to discover this absolute gem for them to achieve the success they deserve. If you want to dine on authentic Italian cuisine, lovingly prepared by a husband and wife at a typical Italian osteria this is the place. This is not a spaghetti and meatballs American restaurant. It is real and magnificent. Go there. Trust me!

Everything feels homemade, rich, and made with care the kind of old-school Italian cooking that's getting harder to find. The garlic knots alone are worth the visit soft, buttery, loaded with garlic, and easily some of the best around. Their price-fix menu for two at $39.99 is an incredible deal and makes it easy to enjoy a full, satisfying meal without overthinking anything. This includes appetizers, and dessert! And the chicken Parmesan... genuinely top tier. Crispy, flavorful, perfectly sauced, and portioned like it should be. It's the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite because it's just that good.
