There is also a bar area with TVs, which felt a little different from the typical Italian vibe, but it did not take away from the experience. Service was friendly, but it was a busy Saturday night and you could definitely feel it. Everything moved a bit slower, and we had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for the check at the end because our server was not around. We started with the meatballs in red sauce and really enjoyed them. Simple, flavorful, and a great appetizer to share. One thing I was not expecting was being charged for the bread. It was fresh and good, but it is not something I usually associate with Italian restaurants. For the main course, we had the cacio e pepe. The flavor was there, but the sauce was a bit too liquid for my preference. It is a difficult dish to get right, and while it was good, I think it could have been a little better. The tiramisu was absolutely the highlight. The balance between the cream and the ladyfingers was spot on, and it ended up being my favorite thing we ordered. Overall, good location, nice atmosphere, and solid food. The tiramisu is the one thing I would absolutely come back for.

I reviewed this restaurant a year ago. I swung back by the comments to see if anything had changed in their reviews - maybe I'd eat here again. I don't think the people who run this place/the Rosati's owners care anymore. I look at bad review after bad review and they all say the same thing - bad service/not what they ordered. And the replies these comments get? Nothing short of an automated/soulless response. And NONE of the reviews change after the fact. It looks like yet another restaurant that won't change and doesn't care enough to care. Cancel Rosati's. Update: just looked at my review and got an instant AUTOMATED response from the resultant. They don't care about us, they DONT care about their customers. They want to make money and shaft us. Check the photo for review response time. We just stopped in to Rosati's Pizza and we were so glad we did! This pizza is AMAZING!!!! Seriously you guys, do your self a favor and come try this for yourself! The pizza is cooked to perfection! You really can't go wrong with your order. Everything on the menu is properly prepared and tastes great! We met the owners, Margie and Angelo, and they couldn't have been any kinder. They are honest, hardworking people and just about as friendly as they come. Margie, greeted us and waited on us. She was great! I'm very picky about getting my water refilled in restaurants and she did not disappoint. Angelo, came out of the kitchen to see how everything was going. We were thrilled to talk with him and tell him how wonderful his restaurant was. If you're looking for great food at a great price, this is the place to go! This may be the oddest review ever, because I've never even stepped into the restaurant. My review is based on the personnel and one of the owners, Marjorie. Earlier this week our credit card got used to make fraudulent purchases from this location. I gave the location a call and not only did they help me with the time of use and information, they filed a police report locally. On June 16th the individual attempted to use our card again. And due to their actions he was placed into custody. They didn't have to take any action to assist us all the way back in Colorado, but they did. Delicious and fresh authentic Italian food. Should have taken a before picture of the chicken parmigiana on garlic bread. It was perfectly cooked. My friend had the "Cheef" sandwich and it was melt in your mouth perfection. The side salad was pretty big and really fresh. I also had crinkle cut fries that were so good. The Zepoli's served with Nutella was like little bites of heaven. The atmosphere was nice, cozy and the service was wonderful. They are super close to the Hilton Hotel where our seminar was. I am originally from Chicago, and have been searching for a good "Chicago pizza" for years. Well, I FINALLY found it!!! Rosatis has a great menu, that offers pasta, pizza, salad, and much more. They also have a nice selection of beer, and wine. We ordered beer, wine, wings and their "combo" pizza! Their portions are generous, and the pizza had an abundant amount of toppings and cheese! (If we weren't so full, we would have ordered more!!) The service was friendly, and the wait staff was attentive. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. We were visiting Naples and met people at our hotel who raved about the pizza at Rosati's. They were so enthusiastic about it that we went there for lunch the same day. The pizza was great. We had a thin crust sausage and pepperoni pizza. The owners are from Chicago, but the thin crust was the pizza that we prefer. It was crisp, and the sauce, cheese, and toppings were excellent. Tonight we wanted to find a different place, (other than the only one) that will deliver pizza. Being on 'the other side' of Imperial Parkway and East Terry (by .25 mile) we aren't a lucky as some with delivery. Rosati's didn't turn down our delivery address (Yay), let me do everything online, even tracking the delivery and the best part was the pizza was HUGE, very reasonably priced and it was FABULOUS! It feels like the whole place is ran by thugs and criminals. I feel bad for the only white girl on that place who's very innocent but absolutely polite. At this point, it doesn't feel like a one-off bad moment, it feels like a pattern of behavior. Staff like this damage the entire experience and reflect poorly on management. I hope this gets addressed, because customers shouldn't have to deal with this kind of attitude and environment when they're paying for service. Especially in America!
