I'm very disappointed. First the pizza came UNCUT. A large 18 incher...UNCUT??? Bull. Then we tried calling at 8:35pm TO ASK WHY OUR PIZZA WAS UNCUT and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. YOU DON'T CLOSE UNTIL 9:00pm. Not to mention we kept calling back to lodge a complaint and SOMEONE KEPT HANGING UP THE PHONE. Again. BULL. To add insult to injury, the crust was so overdone it was black and curling up at the edges. You don't want bad reviews. You threaten to sue when people say truths that are obvious. This is a BAD REVIEW. SUE ME!! Rosati's SUCKS.

I only have one question. Where's the pizza?!

There are two things you get here: quality and price. You get quality pizza at a great price. We ordered the Thursday special which was a 10" Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, garlic bread, and a medium 1 topping thin crust pizza. Everything was amazing and we couldn't be happier. Awesome pizza joint!

I've had the 10" Chicago Deep Dish pizza and a slice of cheese from here. The slice of cheese was just ok, nothing special, but not so bad that it wasn't edible. The Deep Dish was pretty good, not as good as actual Chicago pizza like Giordano's or Gino's East, but probably among the best of that deep dish we can get here in Milwaukee.

I'm surprised by other people's experience with this location because I have never had anything but excellent service from them. I order delivery (online) once per week and the food is always good and comes within an hour. My daughter loves their Italian Sausage sandwich, and my husband loves their pastas (Italian Beef and the Deep Dish as well he's a greedy one) and I love their thin crust pizza. I've ordered 4 times this month already. I wouldn't continue to spend money with them if they didn't provide quality service and food. Don't let the comments run you off.

They are not answering the phone for a hour. Been calling since 4 pm. Hales corners answers and Brookfield does first try. Disappointing

The restaurant was busy, but that didn't slow down our amazing server, Kayla C. She was so kind, funny, and attentive. Such a gem! She checked in on us throughout the meal, kept our drinks full, and made sure everyone was enjoying their food. We started with appetizers, including the famous onion strings, which definitely lived up to the hype. Next came fresh salads and plenty of warm breadsticks. Kayla was happy to customize the salads for family members with different dressing preferences, which we really appreciated. The entrees were so good and very generously portioned. The menu has a great variety, making it easy for everyone in our group to find something they enjoyed. One family member brought in a bakery cake for the birthday celebration, and Kayla even offered to have it sliced for us, which was such a thoughtful touch (even though she was a bit disappointed that she missed singing "Happy Birthday!")! The wonderful service truly made the evening special!

I've tried most of the menu items, with the exception of the lasagna, and everything has been very good. They also serve a delicious sangria. This year, I finally tried their cannoli, and I was blown away by how good it was. It's not quite as good as one that's freshly filled to order, but it's surprisingly close. If you order the Italian sausage sandwich, be sure to add the grilled onions and peppers. While you're at it, don't miss the giardiniera from the condiment table. It adds just the right amount of flavor and heat. The staff who work these events are always super friendly and do a terrific job.

The bartenders are amazing, friendly, personable without being too much, knew the menu and made fantastic cocktails. The time between ordering, appetizers, and main entrees was well paced! Get the focaccia to soak up the any of the pasta sauces... I don't care if it's considered bad manners.

I love this place. After every visit I have to forego pasta anywhere else for weeks. Nowhere in town compares. Their treatment of wild mushrooms is masterful. My partner and I scored a two-spot at the bar on a Saturday to celebrate and we loved it, as always. The service was just as attentive and friendly at the bar as at a table. The atmosphere there is cozy and intimate and feels very European. Bonus - you get a great look at other diners' meals. I've had the tajarin with morels in the past, blessedly, and got one of the final orders available, maybe the last for the night. It's always a revelation in how amazing simple, high quality ingredients can make a meal. The amount of morels is generous as well. He ordered the rigatoni with pork and enjoyed it very much. We started with a cauliflower and broccoli dish that would make anyone a cruciferous vegetable aficionado. I had the always wonderful browned butter bourbon drink and a twist on a Manhattan for dessert. He had the house Affogato and really enjoyed it. This place is always worth the time and the money. It's among my favorites anywhere in the country that I've ever eaten.

The dishes served at Sorella reminded me of the food I devoured on the Jersey Shore in towns like Point Pleasant Beach, Brielle, and Toms River. My Chicken Parm was fantastic, with a crispy breading and lots of cheese. Like on the shore, it was too much to finish. My wife's pasta was cooked al dente, with just the right amount of sauce. Most Italian restaurants in Milwaukee serve pasta swimming in sauce, burying the pasta's flavor. Sorella got it right. The service was friendly. We sat at the bar eating late and had fun. It was a beautiful night - there was no reason to have a tent, and the enclosed sides increased the noise level. They could have at least rolled down or opened the sides of the tent to reduce the noise. The dinner was fine. The chicken parm was actually way too large. Our server was very pleasant.
