If you read any of my other reviews you know that I do not review something until I have had some time to evaluate over a few visits. Rosatis definitely passes the test. The food is great the service is quite accommodating, and it is a fun space to have dinner. We have had carry out, catering, and dine in, and they have done a great job on all of these. its ok. I've had better and I've had worse. Its cute on the inside, has a mix of a sports bar/pizzeria vibe. I tried the pizza, it was good, nothing to write home about, a solid 4 star pizza. Unfortunate to say that the chicken tenders were so processed, I was disappointed. Not a solid piece of chicken but like a filler blend :( 1 star. Ordered take out last night- first time in more than 6 months. The thin crust pizza is consistently on the slightly crispy side, which is just right. Their ingredients, especially vegetables, are fresh and minimally processed. This is a great steady place for pizza. read more

Great sport restaurant and bar. 16 flat screen monitors encircle the interior restaurant space. Went to Rosati's last night for the firt time as they had the McGregor vs Mayweather fight. They were busy. The space is not very large but it has a nice ambiance. Enjoyed the food. Not over the top delicious but it was good. Nice to have a sports bar location right in Bannockburn! We have ordered out from Rosatis in Bannockburn twice and both times we received excellent customer service. On our first occasion the woman answering the phone (the manager's Mom) helped me order the right amount of salad and ensuring we received the best price without sacrificing the amount we needed. Tonight we ordered online and accidentally entered an error (1/2 no cheese) which we didn't realize until we got home. Upon calling Rosatis they encouraged us to come pick up a pizza to replace the one with an error at no cost. They could have just told us we ordered wrong but they felt it was an error based on how the site worked. Their customer service will keep us ordering! The pizza is delicious as well! read more

Went to try it out, new in the hood. Couldn't believe my eyes when I went in to restaurant, small , limited tables. We ordered a thin crust pizza for two. It was $17.98 with no topples. It was a larg pizza added three ingredients, grilled chicken ( $5,98 ) to add chicken OMG then added garlic $2,79 and spinach for $2,79 so $29.45 for an average pizza. We also had a Caesar Salad and split it. My bill for two plus tip was $46.50 . Too expensive, below average service & food. Do yourself a favor go to Barnaby's or Lou's. This place won't last way too expensive!!! So disappointed. read more

I really like Rosati's pizza and the Bannockburn location is convenient for delivery or pickup. No complaints about the product or the service but the venue itself is a little disappointing. Two things...number 1 it''s been cold every time I've eaten in...cold as in leave-the-jacket-on cold. Perhaps because the front of the place is all glass. Number 2...the noise level when busy makes a conversation across the table difficult. That said, if you just want to stop in, watch some sports and enjoy terrific pizza and/or salad...and don't mind wearing your parka while doing so..it's a good choice for dine-in. Personally, I'll wait for a warm summer evening when I can sit outside. Until then...delivery or pickup for me. read more

I am torn between a 3 star and 4 star because I've recently ordered their thin crust cheese pizza and thought it was one of the best- even better than Lou's in my opinion. However, the restaurant was just okay. From the start, the service seemed a tad sloppy. I could not even distinguish some servers from customers. Another negative was the fact they handed me a dirty menu covered in gooey food and then a dirty plate. My guests and I started with the fried mushrooms and we all agreed they were just fine. I think it was an unwise choice for an appetizer because there are far more interesting options. For our main courses, I ordered the chicken parm and thought it was pretty good. I loved all the melted cheese- yum. My other guest ordered some pizza (I have to admit their pizza is fantastic so no problems there). My other guest ordered some chicken alfredo pasta and said it was pretty good- almost similar taste quality to what you would find at an Olive Garden. I don't think i'll rush back to the restaurant anytime soon, but they have my service as far as the pizza goes! read more

So I ordered through Ubereats and needed to make a change to my order because my wife noticed that we had a coupon for a free 12in pizza from a previous order we had made. Minutes after placing the order through the app I called the store and the lady I spoke with was very disrespectful - she was giving me a hard time to make a change to the order and stating I was double dipping because I was calling in to use a coupon. By the end of the conversation I told her I wished to cancel the order because of her unprofessionalism. She then stated I needed to call Uber to cancel. I proceeded and called Ubereats who then contacted the restaurant to see if they had already started the order and they stated they did. This was upsetting because I had already called them to cancel and because they had already started the order I was responsible to pay for services I did not want. I was also sure that they didn't start the order and that this lady was playing games - I mean theres no way they started making the order 3 minutes after placing it on an app. So after 40mins of back and forth with Uber I cancelled the order and was told I was not due a refund. I then called back to tell the restaurant my order was cancelled and was transferred to the owner Josh. He was much better to deal with and I decided to stick with the order. He also upgraded the free pizza from a 12in to a 14in. He mentioned that I might have to call Uber again so that they will send a driver. I called Uber and because the order had been cancelled they can not resend a driver. So then a 1hr and 45mins passes and I was wondering why the pizza was still not delivered. I called the restaurant back and the lady said that she called Uber and because I cancelled the order I will be getting a refund (which I did receive confirmation of via email) as well as them and that she would get the order delivered now because I'm 5mins away. I was though disappointed because if I wouldn't have called back I'm sure my order would not have been delivered. The food arrived warm and tasted good. Would have been better if it was hot. In all, do not use Ubereats because it is very difficult to make changes to your order once it been placed - even if it was one minute ago. Also, coupons are not typically allowed from the establishment if placed on the app. I'm giving 4 stars because I don't like to Bash establishments and Josh had made the difference. But whomever that lady is needs to be fired because I'm sure I'm not the only one she's disrespected. read more

Sometimes names can be deceiving! For example, when a pizza house is named Rosati's one assumes enjoying a better than average product. Wrong! My first time at Rosati,s in Bannockburn and found out how BAD an "Authentic" pie can be! I think the Fornaio here could learn much from those at Dominoes/Little Caesars/Jet's or even Di Giorno...Seemed like: Dough was several days old/ was placed in a cold/warm oven/left for 20/25 minutes before oven got to proper temperature thus making a base a 12inch Matzoh cracker! Result...no flex, no bend, breaks apart upon touch. My presumption then is that condiments were placed as a joint mixture and poured on top of the cracker and given the microwave treatment to warm, Result was that when served, about a half hour later, any slice/piece could not be cut/folded/handled without toppings falling off the cracker ...not a humongous disappointment since due to the separate heating of cracker and toppings, the latter had no discernible individual taste i.e. there was pepperoni in there somewhere bu couldn't taste it...green pepper, forget it, etc! So, don't be fooled by the name Rosati...there's very little "Italian" about this house and little to enjoy about th greatly overpriced product. Spare yourself a disappointment and enjoy "la culinary italiana" elsewhere. We read more

Went in just for a few slices & spent almost 30 minutes just waiting to be served. It wouldn't be so much of an issue if I didn't order ahead of time but once I was helped, I let the cashier know what I wanted, she went to the back & got old pizza that was placed to the side at the time I ordered. Now I was greeted almost immediately when I walked in, & she knew I was the only call in order, yet she continue to make me wait. By the time she helped, I wanted fresher slices of pizza and was told I specifically requested them be put to the side. She didn't replace my pizza & was also made aware that I was on my lunch break. I loved Rosati's & this was my first time at this location, But I will never be back or recommend anyone I know to this location. read more

Open about a year now. We've had some good experiences and some not-so-good. One time we arrived to eat in and there was a long, long table of people down the middle of the restaurant. We were not able to get a table (there were several others open) because it would have been too many people per fire code. Commendable that they follow the rules, and being a smaller place, this is bound to happen. Other times eaten in and service was fair, food was good. Takeout has been pretty standard over the several times we've taken out. The service at the takeout counter is hit or miss. Sometimes the person isn't very friendly...at all. Like, not nice. Love the pizza, but don't like the green pepper they put on the pizza. It's weird tasting so we avoid that. Asked about it and the manager said it's not just straight sliced fresh green pepper. My guess it's canned. Who knows. One time ordered online and chose a pizza 1/2 veggie and 1/2 cheese. I went to pick up and the person said, you wanted that 1/2 veggie and cheese and 1/2 no cheese (just sauce)? Huh? Who get's a pizza with no cheese? I later realized that their online ordering UI is confusing. [Tip: If you want a 1/2 cheese, 1/2 something else pizza, DO NOT choose the 1/2 cheese radio button. That means you want cheese on only 1/2 of the pizza. (In normal pizza ordering parlance, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 something else. But on their website, 1/2 cheese means 1/2 cheese.)] Overall 3 stars. Great place to watch NFL football. Plenty of TVs, very friendly staff and great pizza. Only sports bar in Bannockburn-Deerfield area.

Burned our pizzas more than once. And worse, they regularly screw up the orders and are not apologetic about it.

Food is excellent, friendly service, great place to watch games. Great beer selection,outdoor seating. Good cocktails.
