I'd love to give this location 5 stars but unfortunately the staff is what ruins it for me. The food is always great from here but their drivers are HORRIBLE! One in particular: this tall dude with glasses--He is the reason I no longer eat at Rosati's. My food is always a disaster and he is so unbelievably rude I can't stand it. One time I think he showed up at my door hungover and he was on a personal call! You're working kid: be professional! I've called the store and corporate to complain and they continue to do nothing about this guy. It sucks because I always liked their food but I can't support a location and a company that would employ someone of that caliber. If you really want Rosati's, try the BG location, they have good food too and they know how to be professional! read more

The food here is great. Service is HORRIBLE! They have a delivery driver that I seem unfortunate enough to get every time I place an order who smells of booze, seems to not bathe and is nothing but rude. This man has shaggy hair and glasses. He has dropped my food as it has been all over the boxes and containers. He sometimes brings a friend along on deliveries and they sit in the driveway talking and/or drinking instead of doing his job; making me have to go get my pizza from his car! Just awful delivery service. They should fire that man. Go to the Rosati's in Buffalo Grove or Arlington Heights where they know how to treat their customers! read more

The food here is terrible. Whenever I food from here it is cold, soggy and tastes awful. I've even gotten salads before that looks like they are very old; lettuce wilty and slimy, tomatoes extremely soft, ect. I often get delivery and they have a man that works for them with shaggy brown hair and glasses that is very racist both to me and my family every time that we get him as a driver, which is usual.
