I just purchased a calzone and paid for extra marinara on the side at a cost of.50. When I picked up my order I kindly asked if the extra marinara was in the box? I was told it was so I paid and left. I got home and to my surprise no marinara. I called and was told my attitude sucked and that all she could do was refund.50. Was in town for the weekend and friend recommended it. As I was craving a good chicago pizza, I decided to give Rosati's a shot and was not disappointed. PIzza was fresh and delicious especially the cheese. Service/staff were friendly and overall a pleasant experience. Not sure about all the negative reviews as I was told the place had a change of ownership recently and are trying to turn things around and it shows. I highly recommend it and will definitely get Rosati's on my next visit! read more

I have ordered here before with no problems. This time there was a slew of problems. My order was incorrect, the pizza was undercooked, the garlic bread was partially burnt and the pizza was mashed to one side of the box, like it was dropped. I don't plan to order from them again. My past orders (4 other times) were good but I wouldn't roll the dice. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on the fact that it was a Friday night and it was probably busy. We just had Rosati's catered to the West Chicago Park District yesterday for my daughter's bday. They arrived on time, set all the food up (and organized without us even asking) and wished us a great day. The pizzas were hot and delicious, the harvest salad was AMAZING! They gave us a ton of dressing and serving utensils for the salad and garlic bread. Everything was just perfect. Ordering was quick and accurate as well. Thanks guys! read more

I'm being generous and giving them 2 stars because they are usually better than what I just experienced. We've ordered from this location once a week for the last 4 years and the food is awesome, we've never had a problem with anything until the last 2 times we've ordered. Last week, the pizza delivery guy got lost and called us three times to figure out where he was going (in a cul de sac, mind you). This week, we put in a delivery order, waited an hour and a half before calling to figure out where the hell it was, then come to find out that they hadn't even started it because the 'printer was broken,' the girl on the other end of the line couldn't give a straight answer as to how long it would take to actually get here, then told me it would take 45 minutes MORE to get to us, so I ended up just canceling the order. Called back a few minutes later to ask for a manager, SURPRISE!!! No manager there. What the hell, Rosati's?? I'm thisclose to never ordering from this location again. I usually don't write reviews, but I was surprised by all the negative yelp feedback and wanted to recognize the good service and genuinely awesome pizza I received while in this part of town. Cheese and crust was perfect, ingredients well mixed in, hot and fresh. Not sure what else to ask for, plus the staff were pleasant and professional. I LOVE Rosatis pizza. This specific Rosatis has terrible customer service. I live 2minutes away and I've order from there at least ten times over the pat 5 years because I really really want to have a good experience with a place so close from a franchise I LOVE. But sadly I have been disappointed every single time. At this point we drive past this location to the Rosatis in Warrenville (excellent experience) whenever we order. It's not just about the customer service...I want good pizza...and this place simply doesn't get it done...I'd give the food a 2/5 and overall a 1/5. read more

Ordered a family meal. 3 pizzas, and 2 chicken meals. 1 pizza was wrong size, 1 pizza was under cooked. Both chicken meals had burnt fries. 3rd pizza for the kids was "FORGOTTEN" Called back and pizza was mever made. Told us 20 minutes for pizza to be delievered. 45 minutes later called store to locate driver. Driver went to wrong address and called. Then showed up at correct address 5 minutes later. All said and done, service was horrible. Only getting 1 star, because you can't put negative stats. read more

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I placed an order tonight and everything in the order was incorrect. I asked to speak to the manager and he would neither send me the correct food or give me my money back. After a very heated conversation Fernando the manager hung up on me I had to drive all the way there to return my food and demand my money back. I was treated rudely while I was there he refused to let me talk to the owner and told me the owner would not be contacting me because of my behavior. I suggest the owner and his managers take a training class In customer service. If your cooks can't follow directions and mess up your order and your customers are waiting an hour to get it of course they're going to be upset. read more

We have been in Winfield for 25 years and even though we have 4 pizza places "in town" we still prefer Rosati's in West Chicago for the great food and an exceptional value especially when you utilize their coupons. The Big 20 is our favorite as it comes with 24 wings in addition to the 20" pizza and even comes with a 2 liter of pop too! We also love the very filling huge pizza slices which are also reasonably priced. Please check them out as I just met the new owner Neel who is really trying to make the necessary changes to make all of his customers 100% completely satisfied! read more

I work at a school with scheduled lunch periods. We ordered a pizza for delivery 15 minutes prior to lunch time just in case it was late. Twenty minutes after the scheduled delivery time the pizza had not arrived. We called Rosati's...they were just putting the pizza in the oven . Their printer had jammed so they did not see the order. When asked what they were going to do about it they argued that it wasn't there fault and would do nothing. After a discussion they gave us a$10 credit on a $30 order. I would highly recommend not ordering from here, they are unprofessional and they do not believe in the saying the customer is always right! read more

Poorly run business. Have had many issues with wrong orders and poor quality food over the years. We go back every 4-6 months hoping things have improved. Tonight was the last straw and we will never give them our business again. Ordered the Thursday rib dinner special which is supposed to have 11-13 ribs. We ended up with 7 ribs with 4 of them being half length. Called store and voiced our complaint about such a small quantity for almost $20. All we got was the run around. Not worth the hastle of dealing with this business. There are much better choices out there! read more
