Well customer service was a nightmare. First I call and the guy sounded pretty rushed, so I order my items, then he says, "woah woah woah, can you go back about three minutes??" super snotty. I laughed it off and said sure. Then I tried to order bosco sticks as I'd seen on grubhub, he tells me he doesn't have those. Fine. Can I get a 2L (also seen on grubhub)? Nope, don't have those either. 6-pack? Great I'll do that. Total was astronomical. So while I quickly ask my friend if they really want the $15 worth or shrimp (Christ!) the dude on the phone tells me (seriously rageful) that he has "5 other callers on hold and if I don't want to do this..." Excuse me, you JUST sassed me to slow down!!!! And how is it my fault you didn't have half of your menu items lol This dude clearly can't handle the pressure of pizza delivery, so I hung up and called Rosati's Naperville which was not only pleasant, they actually had their menu items. I'm pretty sure Wheaton guy would have spit in my food anyway, so I think it's for the best all around... read more

Great food, terrible phone customer service. No thank you, no nothing. Please give some coaching to your phone order employee and tell her to not hate her job and treat customer's like customer's and to not act like talking to someone buying your food is so inconvenient to her. read more

We were very disappointed in our sausage mushroom pizza we picked up at your location. The pizza was well done and very bland. There was very little sauce, cheese, and spices(if any) It was loaded with sausage ..I have ordered pizza several times from you and as of late there seems to be no quality control. I don't know if one person makes it better than another, but it seems to be hit or miss as of late. I'll probably go back to the Woodridge location even though I live in Glen Ellyn. It was pizza party day at work. I decided to get a pizza delivered from a local joint. My boss always would get a pizza from the Rosati's in Wheaton so I figured I would do the same. The pizza was supposed to be delivered in an hour. An hour and a half pass by and still no pizza. I give them a call. They tell me I never ordered anything and asked me if I was sure I did. I replied yes. I was then put on hold. When he picked up the line again he told me the driver delivered it an hour ago and told me I should make sure none of my employees took it. I think it would be pretty hard to hide a 16" pizza. He told me the driver left the food on the front counter. That is when I got angry. Who in their right mind would leave a pizza on the front counter at a place of business. A customer could grab it and walk out. The manager at rosati's flat out refused to do anything to help with the situation. He just kept repeating that the driver delivered the pizza. About 20 minutes later one of my employees found the pizza. It was cold as could be. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. I will never go back to that company. The service was the worst I have ever dealt with and the food was inedible. read more

Love the pizza! However, the customer service has been nothing but terrible. If you call or stop in just make sure you're not looking for a pleasant customer service experience. I've had 3 incorrect orders, including one that was burnt, and received no compensation. At least their food is a saving grace! read more

Meh. Out of desperation, I ordered from Rosatis tonight. It was snowing and I didn't feel like driving to our normal spot. The transaction was fine but the food was just meh. It wasn't terrible but it certainly wasn't memorable. Next time I will just drive extra distance to our normal spots. read more

If I could review a zero stars I would. Manager Kevin is so rude it shocking why Family owned restaurant allows this treatment of customers by the managers is quite shocking. We ordered and they heard our order wrong. So when the food arrives we call. The manger says well what do you want me to do about it? So place a second order and I ask his name. Poorest excuse for business practices have to admit pizza is good when you get the right one my problem was I work at a 342 unit apartment complex on their property behind them all of my residents show their gratitude for me and collect all the 50% off coupons for me and leave them for me in my office so therefore I always use them shouldn't matter who uses them. I myself and a co-worker used to buy a pizza from there every other Saturday when they seen I was always using coupons they decided to skimp on half the pizza when I called them on it they tried to argue up and down with me saying it was the right pizza I always get I told them I've been getting them for three years now this was not the same Pizza they would not hear it instead of satisfying their customer and do what it takes to make them happy they told me I wasn't allowed to order from there again I don't think they realize how much influence I have on all these residents here you would think they would try to rectify the situation and said they would rather take the risk and losing business that's fine and dandy if they don't care I don't care one thing for sure I don't want to ever see them advertising on my property again ever and another thing all the people that work there are so rude they don't care about even talking to the customers they never will smile they are overloaded with employees especially high school girls there will be three or four of them at the front counter at any given time and not even doing anything because they don't need to be there also had a gift card from there they would not even accept that in conclusion I will never ever recommend any new of residence of hours to go there at all and the rest of them I will be recommending they go to the Lombard location instead very pissed poor way to run a business my next call will be corporate office read more

I had a large cheese and pepperoni. It was ready in about 20-25 mins. Good pizza. I would order from this place again.

My husband was a loyal customer here for over 30 years until they refused a coupon from an Entertainment.com coupon book that would have been valued at $10 at most. The owner/manager so rudely berated me for bringing this coupon, I walked out on the order and will never return. If a $10 coupon is worth losing a loyal customer, they can do without our business. read more

WOW. I have been a long time proponent of Rosatis, so it is with heavy heart that I write this scathing review about a great chain being defiled by a single restraunt. I have been a long time patron of the Rosati's on Cass ave in Darien-26 years, they are great and I wish that the wheaton store could take a training day there. I digress-the review-it started back on 12/29 I ordered 2 family size pizzas for a small gathering, a cheese/sausage and a bbq chicken. The sausage was okay, albeit it does not taste anything like the pie i get at the other stores. The BBQ chicken was just horrible, they used processed "pink slime-ish" chicken the BBQ sauce tasted like polyester. I expect to get processed meat and synthetic sauce at CiCi's but not from Rosatis where I pay $22.15 for a pie-where their hold recording touts "only the freshest ingredients". Didnt know that fresh meant that it came from an extruder. So i wrote an email to their corporate office expressing my displeasure, and within a day Mark Bridges, the store manager emails me expressing his sorrow, expressing that if I wished that the next pizza was on him. It took me until 2/20 to get around to giving them another chance, I ordered an order of spaghetti with meat sauce and a sausage pie. When I went in there I was treated as if I was some 20 year old trying to scam a free pizza. Embarrassed, I said forget it, ill just pay for it, whatever, when the manager then said, no he would happily comp the check but he could not give away 30 bucks worth of food "you understand right buddy?" so I asked him if he thought i was lying, I had the email from Mark. After a slightly elevated conversation, he comped the check and I went on my way. The sauce in the spaghetti was NOT rosatis, we did not get two bites down before throwing it away, the pie again, was okay but not what any other rosatis tastes like. I emailed Mark back on 2/20 hoping to simply voice my problem privately but now on 3/17 I figure that this matter is closed. Bottom line, go to CiCi's, save some money and stay away from this place. read more

We have been loyal customers to this particular Rosati's for several years now. In fact, we order from them every Friday or Saturday evening and for our son's birthday party every year. However, we were very disheartened by what happened with our dinner last night. I ordered a beef sandwich. I took a few bites, put my sandwich down and pull out a giant ball of yarn, fabric, piece of hair net...whatever the hell it was. It was the size of a quarter, either black or navy blue, and literally had to be pulled from my mouth and teeth. It was absolutely disgusting and the rest of my meal (and everyone else's) was completely ruined. My husband brought the sandwich back to the restaurant on the plate that I was eating it on....fuzz ball and all. My husband told the manager "I didn't order that", pointing to the foreign object. By our surprise, the manager looked at my husband and said "that doesn't look like anything in our kitchen". Wow, what customer service! It was like he was implying that we were one of those wackos that puts things in our food to get a free meal. Give me a break. Anyway, the manager acted like he was doing us a favor by comping the $5 sandwich. While my husband walked out the door, the manger yelled "sorry, man" and that was it. On a side note, I thought it was very kind of my husband to hide the disgusting sandwich when he walked into the restaurant to return it so the other customers would not see it. I wish the manager was as polite and considerate as my husband was considering the situation. read more
