For one meal I enjoyed the Filetto Al Pepe Rosa. It is a beef tenderloin with pink peppercorn, bone marrow and wood fire grilled potatoes. The tenderloin was juicy and flavorful. The peppercorn and marrow add some nice accent flavors. I am always a fan of grilled potatoes so it was a nice touch for me. I also tried the Ravioli Di Costine Di Manzo. It is a short rib ravioli with beef reduction and perfumed with habanero pepper. This was very good. It is small so you will need to pair it with something or share it as an appetizer. The short rib is tasty and the hint of habanero adds a nice kick. It is not overwhelming but adds nicely. We will certainly be coming back here on our next trip.
