Although I blame the City of Anchorage for this problem. Do not let this turn you away from a visit, just be smart! -Service time, this definitely shouldn't be treated like a fast food outing, it took about 15-20 minutes from order to get served and we had to go to the counter in order to get the dessert we had ordered. Not the worst thing in the world and they do humorously have a sign on the front saying that it will be a bit of a wait for food because it's all made in house.
