Well designed, lots of bars and bathrooms. It's easy to get in and out. Traffic flow is usually not too bad. They do have construction happening for the new arena, which means that parking at the GSR is limited, so be aware on show nights and come a bit early. The bar prices are semi-reasonable. They have beer, canned cocktails, and some wine choices. They also have light snacks for purchase, but no real food options. The primary challenge with this venue is the sound. It's just not great. The echoes are noticeable, and it's often way too loud in here. I always feel like I need my earplugs at this venue. Many reviews tell you how great their show was, and I think they are confusing the show quality with the venue quality. The shows here are great, but that doesn't have anything to do with the venue itself. If you are looking for a top-shelf auditory experience, you might want to consider seeing your show at another venue. If you're okay with some sound imperfections, the Grand Theatre is a perfectly fine venue.

They have different themes we came to the "'90s unplugged" which was '90s rock and indie rock. Some songs I knew some songs I didn't know. I thought it was going to be more of an R&B cover of the '90s but I guess that one's sold out too quick. They also do covers of Adele it just depends on what night you choose to go. They offer popcorn and candy and drinks for purchase. Similar to theater prices. They mentioned they offer a magic show so I will have to come back to check that out. I would recommend coming to this candlelight show. The candles are fake just incase you were wondering.

You may buy a chair or lawn ticket. The chairs are made of metal so would recommend a cushion. For the lawn would definitely recommend some sort of back support. If you bring a chair have it be low back. Also bring a blanket as it does get cool on the grass when the sun goes down. For the lawn tickets you may bring in food and snacks as well as bevys including alcohol. No glass. I am not sure this applies to the chair tickets. There is also a concession stand with snacks, beer, wine, and water. Not sure if there was soda. They have extra parking in the dirt. We arrived about 25 min earlier to secure a good spot and parking. Can't wait to come back!

This Holiday Market was so cool. Not only were there alot of vendors, they were all really unique. The place was full of color, creativity and tons of positive energy, just the perfect vibe. I do have to say that it was a bit warm and music was too loud to have a conversation with the vendors, but I suppose that's minor.

Each story was served with a special cocktail or mocktail. The mocktails were deliciously crafted. My only complaint was how hot it got in the historic Opera house. We sat not too far from the doors to get a break from the heat. They had a swamp cooler blowing, but central cooling would have been better. The actors were also our servers and they were all amazing and they all worked efficiently together.

The space, a beautiful revamp of what used to be Junkees, looked stunning and felt like a completely fresh experience. What made the night truly special was the crowd itself...such a diverse, vibrant gathering of community that reminded you exactly why spaces like this matter. As a kickoff to Pride Month, it couldn't have been more perfect. Our bartender for the evening was a standout. A young guy who was knowledgeable, efficient, and somehow managed to check on us regularly despite the packed crowd. That kind of attentive service on opening night is impressive and really set the tone. The one downside: the drag show kept getting pushed back throughout the night, and we ended up leaving around midnight without getting to see it. A little disappointing, but understandable for an opening night with so much going on. We're already looking forward to coming back to catch the show. The Selden is a welcome and needed addition to the Reno community!
