Absolutely nothing for over three weeks, and they would not respond to calls, emails or chats. Finally they refund me $400 less than what they *explicitly* told me, without an explanation (I rejected the first amount they mentioned as an unsuitable solution). Absolutely a scam. By the way, this is not me, but clearly shows a sustained pattern on cancellations and lack of response. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I've been seeing Natalya for facials and laser treatment for over a month now and my experience with her has been wonderful. She is an excellent cosmetologist and a very caring person. In addition to facials and laser treatment, she has also provided me products specifically for my skin and instructions on how to properly clean my face every morning and night. She also checks in on me every day to ensure that I am following the steps properly and to adjust my facial cleansing routine depending on how my skin responds to certain products and/or lifestyle changes. I've never worked with a cosmetologist (or even a dermatologist for that matter) who has been more thorough and effective at improving my skin and educating me on how to properly care for my skin on my own. My skin has already started showing major improvements compared to before I started seeing her, and I credit that to her level of care and attention to my individual skin needs.
