Well, after Jeorge installed my muffler he told me that my CAT needed to be replaced. The price he gave me was more than I could afford at the time. He gave me a great price on the muffler. I shopped around. Jeorge was very helpful. He gave me the correct CAT numbers and told me he would install it for a modest labor charge. I found a CAT online and got a good deal. Jeorge did the installation. Again, he was methodical with his work. This guy knows what he's doing! He even gave me a $15 break on the price that he quoted me. He's an honest guy. I purchased two catalitic converter at $350 each and a year later they both went bad, the man there said there was a warranty on them if they went bad and they went bad in less than a year, he blames it on the condition of my vehicle and not on the Chinese quality of the products he sells, I am an automotive technician and service all my vehicles on a timely manner so there is no way to say it was due to lack of service on the vehicle, I'm definitely filing a claim to consumer affairs and file a small claims too, save yourselves a hassle dont go there read more

Dont ever come here again i called before i arrived to make sure what time they close . The lady answered the phone and told me 6pm. I arrived at 530 and explained my problem to the tech . Next thing you know i was kicked out for no reason and refusing to look at my car . This guy must have been having a bad day or something. Bad customer service. read more

This guy took advantage of me when i was at a low point. He saw that i was stuck without much options and he lead me to believe i was in a much bigger hole then i was. He charged me 300 dollas to fix my stolen exhaust even after i already bought the parts and he'd claimed he'd do it for half the price. He claimed it was an illegal job and that he couldn't give me a receipt. Me, never being in this position , believed him because my truck wasnt driveable and i was Vulnerable. A month later The MFer then acted like he didnt remember me and claimed he didnt tell me the my exhaust was incomplete ( when in fact it was a regular job he charged twice the price to do). This guy is a lier and a Manipulator. AVOID THIS PLACE . VERY BAD BUSINESS. btw i rarely complain or comment on anything. I just want to help next person from becoming a victim. read more

My serpentine belt snapped while driving west on Rosecrans, and luckily I was able to pull into Doty, right by Rose's! The gentleman engineer stopped what he was doing and came to my aid. He immediately spotted the issue and gave me a fair estimate! I didn't even need to call a tow! I drive an 1998 Toyota Camry, and it needs a little extra TLC every now and then, so I always take it to Rose's mufflers! They're so considerate and always fair! read more

I went to this buisness because I have done buisness with them in the past. I learned that they had changed owners ,but I was there so I had them replace my cat converters. I learned that the # 1 cat was bad when I went to get my car smoged. . Rose mufflers quoted me $330.00 to replace it. He also offered me a deal of $600.00 if I replaced both cats stating that if 1 went bad the other wasnt far behind. This made sense to me so I agreed. He insisted that I pay in advance which I did ,but upon returning the next day to pick up the car I realized that I had used the wrong card. I explained this to the owner and he said "No Problem" I will credit the one card and charge the correct card. It has now been 2 months and I finally got my credit card statements ,but he instead of charging me what he quoted me which was the $600.00, charged me $660.00 on both cards!!!!.. what an inconvieance! I had to go back down there several times, he didn't know how to credit back the first $660.00 back to my card 1st of all, then he refused to credit my card the the $60.00, he swears that he never told me the above quote! He also does not have the equipment to reset the car computer after a converter is replaced!!!. why wasn't i told about this to begin with??!! what do i know!, This guy is a nightmare.
