Our main server Lizzy was great. She has an amazing energy and smile that is so inviting. You're already enjoying dinner before you even order. We were 6 people and so we could order a wide variety of dishes. Some of my favorites were the scallion pancakes, lobster rice rolls, clam and basil and marinated cucumbers. I actually couldn't even finish my burger and gave half of it to my roommate and she said it was good but that it was a bit too spicy for her? And there's nothing in the ingredients that should be spicy, so there was definitely some funk in that sauce. Which is a shame because if the chicken were a bit more seasoned and they stuck with a regular kewpie blend it could have been a pretty standard burger. Same with the eggplant, I ended up throwing some sugar and soy sauce and stir-frying it to a more classic chinese style and it ended up tasting immensely better especially with the creamy sauce on the bottom giving a contrasting but balancing taste. I can see what Win Son is trying to attempt with their flavors I suppose...but it's just not for me. I will admit I did order delivery, so take this review with a grain of salt.
