Yes, I said breakfast joints. I'm well aware it's a "coffee" place, but if you haven't stopped in for a fresh crepe, you are seriously missing out on a hidden gem in Gig Harbor. I usually get whatever the special is, because they generally have a killer special crepe, and I have yet to be disappointed by them. My wife has sampled several of the regular menu item crepes and been very happy with all of them so far. She is a super picky eater, so this is a pretty big statement. Her favorite is the Bacon, Turkey, Avocado crepe. They don't skimp on the avocado either, big slices! It can be hard to locate, it is inside the Olympic Medical Building. From the outside you'd never even know it was there. But once we decided to check it out and found it, this place became one of favorites. It can be slow sometimes, so if you're in a really big hurry you may want to gauge the line. But we usually hit it just before 9am and it's not too busy. Really love the crepes here, highly recommend giving them a try. Oh yeah, they also do paninis too. If you're not a crepe person. ;-) Oh, and I guess they have coffee, for you coffee drinkers. =D

I originally came in for a drink and saw they had savory crepes, so I decided to try their popular Turkey, Bacon, Avocado crepes- it was amazing! The make the crepe into a wrap and the filling plentiful. The crepe was the perfect texture and thickness (didn't rip, spilling all the contents). The matcha lavender latte I got (based on the photo ad of it) was disappointing. The ad they have is a matcha latte with lavender foam, but when I received the drink it was just matcha with no foam. So I asked where the lavender was and the employee said it was a syrup. I tried the drink and the matcha itself wasn't the best and the drink was grainy. I wouldn't order that again but I'd try a latte next time. Overall, great selection of food and most items are made to order - which takes some time but the crepes are worth it!

I feel the service is really good, but did feel a bit rushed out. The people are very friendly that work there and very accommodating even though it can be pretty busy. I love that the open windows on the front allow you to people watch! I wish there were more than four seat seats to do this though! You walk in waiting in line grab a menu and order at the counter, they give you a number and you are seated where you like if there are any seats left, seems to clear out here and there though! I like that they have a self-serve water station, and a cute little coffee bar in the back. The bathrooms are really nice, and clean. I ordered a turkey sandwich with a jalapeño aïoli, and it was delicious!! I do think the sandwiches are kind of on the smaller side for the price, but they are very good and it is a new up-and-coming place so I get it. The sandwiches come with chips so thats nice. What happened to Big Bubba's? I know prices have gone up but? It was just an average burger and I can't say the experience was all that great. I didn't even take any pictures which is rare for me. Maybe they were just having a bad day and I'll update my review the next time I stop whenever that is. I may go past again in the next month on my way to Shelton, but I hope the experience is better next time. I've heard some mixed reviews about Bubba's lately so I hope I have a better experience next time.

Strong and herbal matcha flavor with hints of strawberry flavored. Love it. At the beginning, it was long line out of the store but it was quickly moved. Staff were pro. I ordered different kinds of bagels. I made homemade sandwich with egg bagel and veggies cream cheese. It was perfect. I can't wait to try other bagels.

We were planning to come to Gig Harbor again very soon anyway and planned to come back here and eat. We were under the impression here that the restaurant served sandwiches but that is not correct. It is a waffle place in which you can get sweet and savory waffles. When I am at a waffle place and I have the choice of and I am hungry enough I will get a savory waffle and a sweet waffle. That was just such the case here and so sweet and savory waffles were ordered. I ordered the Blackout which was a sweet waffle with whipped cream cheese, jam and some powdered sugar. For the savory waffle I got the The Hilltop which was a chicken and waffle arrangement with breaded chicken, maple syrup drizzled on it and some powdered sugar. Both waffles were good! They are served kind of in a rolled up manner and not served flatly on plates so it makes them easy to become "to go" orders if that is your desire as well. But if you want to sit and relax the dining setting is nice and laid back.

While I waited for my drink, I checked out their cute merchandise selection of coffee mugs and coffee scented candles. I decided to buy a mug and candle to take home.
