The only arena is synthetic and not maintained properly because of ignorance therefore causing injuries to horses if you do more than a easy jog. They spray weed poison while it is close to a horse. LEAKING SEPTIC tank under the arena causes stinky bacteria ridden water to sit atop the arena surface. Very hazardous to your horse.... Owner keeps driving over it with a huge tractor. Look elsewhere, your horse will not be safe here.

She was not even aware until I informed her that my horse had not been eating for days. The muckers knew it, as we spoke about it, but they must not have been keeping her informed. She also placed my feed bin in another boarder's 'spot' which the other boarder would not tolerate. I won't mention any names; you will find out on your own soon enough who the territorial boarders are. Kimberly did keep all of my board money so she did line her pockets nicely when I left the property. Oh yes, the grounds look nice.

Leo the ranch hand really cares about the horses and is hard working as well as Karisa the Manager who is willing to go the extra mile for your horse. She will text or call you when she notices something about your horse. She did for me when my horse's eyed was swollen enabling me to quickly take care of it so that her eye did not get worse. Karisa offers hay upgrades and turn outs for your horse for reasonable add on rates. Karisa and Leo are both friendly and I get to practice my Spanish when communicating with Leo which is a bonus for me! So happy I moved my horse to this ranch!!!

You'll want to learn the phrase "algae sauce" because barn manager insists that Algae Sauce "is normal and that horses love it!" Coincidently, Algae Sauce also hides dead rat I found in my horses water. When I notified management about the second rat, found in horses hay, Kristy called me nasty names in what one can only hope was an alcohol induced rant. She, straight sober, tried to convince me that my pasture horse would thrive without fresh water, with two flakes of cheap hay, provided at random times on most days. Many many times, I would find that they had not fed or only provided a fraction of the portions that were promised. Pasture horses are expected to fight the herd stallion (Krusty's retired horse) for access to water. At one point, I found the tap to the water trough had come apart. Management promised it would be repaired the next day. Four days later, I checked the trough. It was DRY. It had not been fixed. It was 98-100 degrees for those days. My young horse had NO water for at least two of those days. Another horse died from colic three days later. Yes, the ranch is pretty and yes they have a covered arena. But, if they can't deliver fresh water and food, what's the point? Boarders are subjected to price gouging (+$200, monthly for 1cube/week of bedding and you must "subscribe" for a minimum of 6 months) to make up for manager's bad business practices. I'm embarrassed to tell people I boarded my horses here. See photos!

It is disgusting. Full of algae They never clean it. One of the Ferrier's couldn't take it and took it upon herself to clean the huge water bin. It took her an hour and she got reprimanded for it instead of a thank you so she only cleaned one. The alpha in the pasture is not accustomed to pasture life and will kill any horse that is a threat. I watched him mount four times in front of me. That mare was badly hurt to where the vet was called. Upon reporting this the manager Kristi Troyna simply texted back 'thank you'. Then she attempted to, in her macheavillian manner, push me out and leave. Threatening email and several texts on file. The harassment was never ending. Kristi should not be in charge any more than her horse should be in a pasture with other horses. I was there and saw too much. They underfeed and what hay I did see every so often, was floor hay, dusty and inedible. I eventually left, needless to say I didn't get a deposit back nor did she prorate my departure. I had to call for police escort, yes she is that nasty. Always yelling at people and complaining about people discussing the inept and disastrous manner in which it runs the ranch. Her reason for not wanting me there was ' not a good fit'. I saw too much. Everyone one there is terrified of her appalling behavior. I might add that the boarding and pasture clients were all lovely. All of them. It was a pleasure to have met them.

AVOID BREEZY MEADOWS!…read more Like Jeff C. and several of the filtered reviews, I had a horrible experience with Breezy Meadows. I brought my horse over on Friday, February 2nd, 2024. I started having problems by the second day in. They barely put any shavings in the stalls... not even enough to soak up the urine or to cover the floor. They only sprinkle in a little bit of fresh shavings every 3-4 days, which is unsanitary. I spoke with Brittany Burzynski several times requesting extra shavings. I wanted thick and cushy shavings in the stall. She told me it would be an extra $80. I confirmed that I would pay this. There were still no shavings in the stall after a week and multiple conversations about this problem. My horse was standing in urine!!! So I was in a rush to find another facility for my baby. Luckily, I found an amazing barn that was able to squeeze her in in a rush, since the conditions were really bad where she was currently at. I moved her out on the 16th (Exactly 2 weeks from when she was brought to Breezy.) I gave my 30 days notice and paid the additional two weeks in March, which was required when I gave my 30 day notice, and I ate the 2 additional weeks in February. I just wanted her out of there. While moving her out, Tyler Burzynski was extremely aggressive. He handed me my contract after I told him I already have a copy. Then he started yelling at me and recording me with his phone telling me that this is his property and I need to leave. Which I was in the process of doing since I was getting in my car with all of my things before he started making a scene. I asked him why he's recording me because he's the one causing a scene in front of all of his customers, and he proceeded to yell at me. So I got my car and left. He recorded me driving down the street which is completely stupid he was the one causing a problem. Also, paid an additional $100 for Orchard hay since they only feed alfalfa. I asked for the additional hay that I paid for when I was leaving, because I paid for a month of hay, and I was only there for for two weeks. Tyler got in my face and said that I'm not getting my hay and then I need to leave his property (which they rent from the owner of the house.) This complete BS since I paid for it. Tyler took it upon himself to block the entrance to the stable with his truck and trailer, so that we had to bring my horse into the street to load her. They really do not care about the safety of the horses. On another note, Brittney Burzynski advised me for the first month at the barn to start with half training to ease my Mare in. I agreed to this. Half training is $450 for three days of training per week. Full training is $700 for five days of training per week. After I gave my notice, I was told that she LUNGED her 3 times... and since I never signed a training contract which I was never told to sign, I need to pay her for lessons at $65 an hour ($195) The ONLY reason I paid this is because I was trying to get get my horse out safely, without having any problems. Welp, that didn't happen. AVOID BREEZY MEADOWS!!!
