This is where you want to go for real bagels if you're in Denver. No reason to go anywhere else. The bagels here are the real deal: large, soft, chewy, and pleasantly salty around the edges. Just like a traditional NY bagel. To be completely honest I have a hard time finding bagels like this in NYC nowadays. The homemade cream cheeses are also fantastic, the scallion and lox cream cheeses being my favorite. This place is only open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7am - 3pm, but the wait is worth it. Snatch a bunch up on the weekend and freeze them for the week. I've been to the Rosenberg's location in Stanley marketplace and this location is actually a lot better. The ones up in Stanley were really generic and bland when I tried it. This is the location you want to go to, trust me.

This place is tucked in a corner. There is no seating, just walk in and take out kinda place. It was clean and spacious for a quick pick up. The service was great - Robert was open, honest and we shared a few laughs! The bagels are delicious! I got the sesame, pumpernickel, everything, and garlic bagel. I love buying bagels and freezing them for the week. They were so helpful. I'd love to come back.

Recovering New Yorker here to say that this place is as legit as it gets in Colorado. Their challah is the stuff of dreams and the babka is a delight, but I'll always think of their bagels first and foremost. Nice texture on the outside, great chew inside, never overcooked or doughy. As an everything bagel guy, I also appreciate the double coating on the exterior (instead of just on the top like you get pretty much everywhere else in Denver). My wife is eastern European and goes gaga for the dark breads, but do yourself a favor and don't leave without a container of their cream cheese. It will spoil you forever. I'm partial to the hatch green chili (with nice big pieces) but you can't go wrong with the veggie and regular fluffy stuff.

Crumb is a little too fluffy for my taste.

Now THAT'S a great NY style bagel! Worth the drive and worth the wait on a SAT morning. Really good stuff! Will definitely go back.

If you think this is a bad bagel, then you don't know bagels... but I don't mind you being a schlub. More for the rest of us.

The worse customer service ever. They have good bagels but don't trust them in any other way.

I was greeted with warm, welcoming smiles from the crew and my eyes were in awe by the colorful retro-style decor. Totally unique and I'm loving it- I don't get much of this aesthetic back home haha Sun City: 10/10 -Trust me, you'll get a cheese pull upon opening the wrapper. Pastrami was the meat of choice. The saltiness from the pastrami paired perfectly with the eggs and melty cheese! The hot honey made the sandwich well-balanced with sweetness too. I'll definitely order this again, but try it with their other bagel options (i.e., Maple Salt & Pepper). Better than your standard bagel sandwich. They had Mother's Day special menu items such as strawberry cheesecake cream cheese and blueberry cinnamon rolls! My friends and I ate well in Denver yet Call Your Mother Deli takes 1st place on our foodie crawl! We genuinely ate in silence because these bagels hit the spot after a long conference week and an extra longgggg night out :))

However, the food and service more than made up for it! I ordered my sandwich on a zataar bagel and it was amazing. My friend had one of the create your own bagel sandwiches and she liked it as well. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the service was given how many takeout orders they had and the fact that the line was initially out the door when I got there. They have limited indoor seating and additional seating on the edge of the parking lot. Even though the parking situation is tough, I will definitely be back.

You order at the counter, grab a number, and then find a table. Seating was filling up quickly, but we managed to snag one. I went with the Focaccia & Mozzarella, and wow. The house-made focaccia might be some of the best I've ever had, soft, fresh, and with that perfect bounce you want from focaccia. It's filled with fresh mozzarella and spinach pesto, and I added chicken for extra protein. The sandwich is huge, easily big enough to split with someone. The sandwich itself is on the pricier side ($17 + $6 for chicken), but the quality is there. You can also add prosciutto for less, which I'd definitely consider next time. The house pickles on the side were gas. We also grabbed a half loaf of sourdough for around $6, which I thought was a great option. My fiancée and I sometimes struggle to finish a full loaf, so being able to buy half was perfect. I had some toasted with breakfast the next morning, and the sourdough was excellent too. They also have a great-looking pastry selection, and I'm already looking forward to coming back to work my way through the other sandwiches, both grilled and cold. If you love sandwiches, Leven Deli is worth the stop.

I ordered a pesto mozzarella focaccia sandwich and added chicken, coconut ube latte and the tahini brownie. Initially I thought it was expensive but then I saw the portions! Lasted me two whole meals and was stuffed both times. Everything was DELISH and so fresh and the bread is made in house!! The coconut latte was also a surprise because usually restaurant coffees are meh, but it was VERY good. IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE ONE THING FROM THIS REVIEW LET IT BE THIS: GET THE TAHINI BROWNIE. I've never had anything like it- crunchy, soft, moist, DELICIOUS. And so worth every penny. Will absolutely be back this place is so cute and great for a casual breakfast or lunch
