Disclaimer: I've never had to go anywhere to get anything altered so I didn't know it was expected that we need to bring the shoes we plan on wearing (although now it makes a lot of sense) I communicated via yelp and I did get timely responses. However not once did she mention anything about bringing shoes. We just set an appt. I get to her place which was very hard to find- I called her and told her I was there and didn't know where to go and she explained where she was. I get to the door and stood there for a couple minutes expecting she'd open the door knowing I was there but she didn't so I knocked and she still took a while to open the door I get inside, she looks at my dress and says where are your shoes? And I said I didn't have them. She snapped at me and said she always tells all of her clients to bring shoes and makes a point to mention it in her communication. I told her she never told me to and she still didn't believe me. So I took my dress and left to go to someone who wasn't so rude. read more

For a long time I had been looking for someone that can make me a keepsake pillow out my brother's shirt. I didn't know Rose, and there was only 1 review so I was a little bit hesitant trusting someone who I didn't know with my beloved brother's shirt. But when I looked at her work, I couldn't help but to contact her and give her a shot. I even showed up without giving a notice, she answered right away and met with me right away. I told her what I wanted and what I was looking for. Without any hesitation, she said she could do the job. She made sure she would have the pillow done before mother's day, and she kept her word.
