This place should get fined for not following sanitary guidelines. They don't sanitize any of their tools at all. They use the same tools for customers beware I got a toe infection I went back to them a few days later because my big toe was hurting and it was swollen rose the owner said I had an ingrown toenail. It got worse as the days went on so I had to go to urgent care the doctor said it wasn't ingrown nail that I had gotten an infection from a dirty unsanitized tool. I was prescribed antibiotics for a week so my toe got better but never ever went back to that place I should call health department on them for not properly sanitizing their tools. read more

Noooooo! Don't do it! I got a pedi and acrylics. I decided to get a French pedi and wow! I feel like I could have done better my self. The nails were shaped horribly and the French lines were crooked. Yes, crooked. The acrylics were shaped decent but painted horribly. I have nail Polish over my cuticles and acrylic as well. The paint job was sloppy, I feel if he would have spent more time on the paint job the nails would have come out good. Decent shape, bad polish job. A faithful customer to Rose! I've been coming to her since my dragon nail days in high school but she is the absolute best! $20 bucks for a mani and pedi? You can't beat that, and I get my eyebrows waxed here for 8 bucks! The employees are super sweet and Rose is dedicated to her business. I loved this place! It was my first time trying this place today. It took a while to be seen but I expected that since I was a walk in. I got my nails done by Nancy and she was great. I love my nails and I'm more than happy with the results and price. I got a full set of coffin shaped gel acrylics and it was only $36! I love getting my mani and wax here. I've been to plenty of nail salons before but none can compare. I love the service, all the girls are so courteous and professional. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody I know, unless I don't like them. They are expensive for no reason. I was there last night right before they close because my girlfriend wanted to get a pedicure. I sat down while I waited for her when one of the ladies that work there started mopping the floor and she straight out asked me to step out of the place because she didn't want her floor to be messed up. I just got a gel pedicure done by Christy and let me say that she is great. She was talking to me the whole time and making it a relaxing experience despite the fact that the lady that was getting her nails done behind me was being extremely loud and rude to the employees. Any way, she did a nice clean design and although i had accidentally ruined one of the nails she quickly went back and fixed it before it completely dried. Everyone here is toooooo pushy. I came into this place because it was closer to home, and I was not going to make it in time to the one I usually go to in West Hollywood. I have NEVER ever gotten acrylic nails because I have really long nail beds and I really like my natural nails. All I wanted was a simple french manicure on my natural nails! I had a broken nail so I just wanted them to fix that nail and they were like, "yeah get the powder, get the powder will make your nails stronger!" They were saying all this other stuff and communicating with them was so hard. Their English was not that great. So they start puttling all this stuff and I kept telling them I'm not allowed to have acrylic nails because of work (especially because I work in a hospital). This dude starts putting it on my nails and I kept telling them I just want to use my natural nails. They pretty much just did whatever they wanted. I should have just yanked my hand out and walk out of the place, but I did not want to be rude and cause a scene. The pedicure came out good, but I walked out of that place spending $50 when I could have spent $26 at the other place I usually go. I'm really annoyed because its just going to be a pain to remove this acrylic and I'm probably going to mess up my nice nails underneath! I've never been so annoyed, seriously!! read more

I've had the worst experience at this place! They're rude , talking about the clients in their language , unprofessional , the prices are way too high for the place , and they're not clean with their work. But what bothered me the most was how in order to pay with your debit card you have to pay a fee but they charge based on what you spend , so basically the more you spend the more they charge your card , they were charging me $7 to be able to pay with my debit card and when I told the lady that was a lot she told me to go to a near store and get cash from an ATM. I have gone to this place about 4 times only because it's close to my house but I swear I'm not going back. They're only nice to their regular customers and are rude to the rest. They always rush to do your service and don't do a good job. Last two times I've gone to get a gel manicure they have done a horrible job. It hasn't even been a week and the gel on my nails is lifting and she didn't even apply the gel polish on correctly the side of my nails has no polish neither do the tip of my nails. Horrible!! They do a pretty good job, especially for the price. The only thing that is strange to me is there's no massage chairs when you get a pedi. It's not very busy during the weekdays which is when I prefer to go. Plus there is always parking in front. Pretty good location too. I am definitely a returning customer. read more

this place is nothing fancy, but they're friendly and you can't argue with the prices. i've never booked an appointment but i guess i always go when it isn't too busy because i'm always promptly seated and somehow always end up with the same woman helping me. i don't know her name and she barely speaks english, but she's great. she's very gentle and does a great job. i like that for like, $15 i get a beautiful manicure and a neck and shoulders massage. read more
