My boyfriend usually treats me to get my nails done, and pays for it. This time when he was parked right outside of the place. The lady didn't allow me to get the money from him to pay. She said I can't walk "out side without paying". Meanwhile I been here many times. I showed her a photo of the shape and style of nails I wanted and she hit it right on the head. I was very nervous to get them done because the last place I went to did such a bad job, I stopped going for years. Rose was my first after that break and look at what a great job she did. Also, when She finished with my acrylic, she poured some acetone out to clean her hands with, then poured the acetone she used to clean her hands with, back into the rest of the acetone. Wow, just wow. This place is a mess. Customer service is horrible. They have zero regard for their customers time. They don't respect appointments. So if you make one be prepared to wait over an hour to be helped. I came to get a pedicure and a manicure with my friend but they seated me first to soak my feet in water. They seated my friend for a manicure 20 mins after I had been sitting there soaking my feet in water. 40 minutes passed by, my friend is almost done getting her manicure and I'm still sitting there with my feet soaking in water. I sat there for an hour soaking my feet in water to the point where my feet started getting itchy and I developed a rash. At this point I don't even want to get my pedicure anymore so I get up put my shoes on and sit in the waiting area to wait for my friend. A few minutes after one of the lady comes and literally grabs me by the arms and starts to pull me out of my seat telling me to go back and sit down. She's literally pulling me from my arm forcing me to get up. I told her I didn't want anything done anymore and told her to not touch me. The owner talked to me and apologized but honestly this is unacceptable. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but if you're not going to follow appointment protocol then don't offer appointments. I feel like my time is being wasted. Also the way their nail technician handled the situation was horrible. I felt so uncomfortable that she put her hands on me. I will NEVER come back here again. Also this place is so dirty. I'm so upset with the service that I recieved here. I came 2 weeks ago and Anna helped me with my mani and pedi. She did a good job so I made an appointment to come back to see her. Apparently, her car broke down so she could not make the appointment. I didn't get the name of the person that assisted me in her place but a few things happened: 1. she kept running in and out of the salon to deal with the broken down car situation, so my pedi took an hour on its own. 2. the acetone wraps were left on my gel for removal for about 20-25 minutes so my nails were brittle and soggy. 3. I had to ask for a BASE COAT for my pedicure. insanity. 4. She tried to drill and file my natural nails. I don't mind having them buffed but she took the coarsest file to my nails instead of scraping the gel off. I specifically asked for her not to do this. She had no other method of removing the gel, apparently. 5. she FILED A HOLE through my natural nails. I was so mad, I asked her to clean my nails and I wouldn't move forward with the pedicure. I take extremely good care of my natural nails. they're so strong and healthy, but after leaving the salon they immediately broke. Thank GOD i didn't pay for them to finish the manicure. Horrible service. I wanted to cry, and now it will take several months for my nails to grow back strong. read more

I went here for the 2nd time today. My 1st experience was great because it looks like their specialty is in gel. However I don't prefer it. I just wanted a simple manicure without gel today. Unfortunately the result made by the manicurist looked like my nail color already grew out 1.5 weeks or so. I had to tell her repeatedly to get more color near my cuticle; She could then clean up any messy parts later. I had to also tell her to smooth out certain places. I'm sure the language barrier was somewhat of an issue because we were both bit frustrated. However it looked bad. She made it worse by saying, "It's my first time coloring over skin." That was very rude to me. I've had my nails done before; I wasn't born yesterday. I had to respond with "It's my first time seeing my nails look like this." I had to pay before she started to actually color my nails. That makes sense because I can't do much with my nails until later. However if I had known my experience was going to be terrible with rude manners, I wouldn't have given tip. If you need a quick place to do your nails in gel, this would be the place. But I'm no expert with gel. If you need a place to do simple manicure and come here, hope that you get a good manicurist. read more

RUDE. My friend and I hadn't seen each other in several months and we wanted to go get our nails done together and catch up. Welp... not so much. Without being busy or packed at all, they put us on COMPLETELY opposite sides of the nail salon. When I told her that we wanted to talk and catch up while we got our nails done she didn't give a shit. She just said "this is my station so this is where you sit." Ok... so I just gave my friend a look like "Welp, talk to you later I guess..." Yeah, well, the rude behavior didn't stop there. She (I wish I got her name so I could be more specific) was speeding through the entire process. It was NOT a relaxing experience like you hope when you get your nails done and try to pamper yourself... I felt extremely rushed to pick a color. I picked a color and when she put it on my nail I realized I did not like way it looked. I chose another color.... same thing. (The displays did NOT look like the way the nail polish actually came out.) When I was again unhappy with the color she actually ROLLED HER EYES (I can't believe she did this... so incredibly rude to roll your eyes at a customer, no matter how annoyed you are at them.)
